    Organizational Justice and its Impact on Functional Alienation: An Applied Study at the Iraqi Port of Umm Qasr

    The The study aimed to determine the nature of the impact between the dimensions oforganizational justice and functional expatriation in a sample of workers in the Iraqi port of UmmQasr. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data. 196 questionnaires weredistributed, 144 of which were excluded, Questionnaires were not valid for analysis, so 135 (93%) ofthe total distributed questionnaires were used in the analysis process. To achieve the objectives of thestudy, four main hypotheses were tested.The results of the test indicated that: The dimensions of organizational justice affect the functionalalienation of both types. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important ofwhich are: The necessity of taking into account the decision makers at various organizational levels inthe Iraqi port of Umm Qasr to the importance of providing an organizational climate with regulatoryjustice and attention to the establishment of the four dimensions embodied in this justice.     The study aimed to know the role of the dimensions of transformational leadership (ideal influence,inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individual considerations) in achieving the strategic plan atthe National University of Rabat, Sudan, because of the importance of transformational leadershipdimensions. The descriptive analytical method was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collectthe data needed to test the hypotheses of the study based on the lack of a role for transformative leadershipdimensions in achieving the strategic plan at the National University of Rabat.     The study aims to identify the role of free zones in achieving economic development in the Sultanate ofOman. The study society consists of employees working in the companies investing in Salalah Free Zone.The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach in this study. 100 questionnaires were distributedamong the sample of the study and only 83 questionnaires were good for statistical analysis. The studyconcluded that there is a statistically significant for the role of free zones in the economic development, alsofound the existence of an statistical significance effect of the laws and exemptions from taxes and fees ineconomic development; as well as the existence of statistic ally influence significant of incentives forinvestment in economic development, and the existence of a statistically significant effect of infrastructurein economic development from the point of view of the employees working in companies invested in thefree zone in Salalah. The Study recommends the establishment of an authority specialized in free zones.Also, it recommends increasing the budget of Salalah free zone to suit the size of the projects which areinvested in Salalah free zones

    The study aims at identifying the factors affecting credit in Jordanian commercial banks (inflation andinterest rates), independent variables, and the dependent variable bank credit. The study was conducted overthe period 2010-2015. The study found that there is a statistically significant effect on inflation and interestrates on bank credit. The study also found a positive effect on inflation and a negative impact on interestrates .Therefore, the adoption of a monetary policy in the commercial banks of Jordan aims to reduceinflation rates, and adopting a banking policy at the level of Jordanian commercial banks that reduce thebank interest rates of the most important recommendations of the study
