Develop A Prototype Based On Wiki For Emergency Health Care
No full textThe problem of this study is embodied in the lack of health sector for a knowledge system that contains thebest health practices to deal with emergency medical cases. There was a need for a knowledge systemcontaining the best practices to deal with them. As a consequence, this study aims at finding a developingknowledge model to contain most of the experiences related to the best health care introduced to theemergency medical cases and the work to maintain this model by involving the new experiences by theexperienced medical staff so that health care provider will be able to know the best practices of theemergency cases and the mechanism of dealing with the case at its arrival time to the emergency unit in thedepartment. We have adopted the systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodology. We have used(Prototype) model and we have used (Focus Group) technique to conduct interviews with medical staff(Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, and Radiologists) all of them were serving in the emergency units (12participants). One of the main findings of the study was creating a knowledge-based application for themedical staff in emergency units. We recommend implementing the application in all emergency units inJordanian hospitals, In addition, this model can be integrated with (Hakeem) program in health care sector

A standard study wasconducted to investigated the nature of the relationship and to determine the role of theAlgerian banking system in promoting the economic activity during the period (1990 –2014) relying on a set of tests, including the test of cointegration of variables, and vectorerror-correction model. In addition to Granger’s causality, using only the financialvariables, and then applying the model using macro variables (financial and realvariables) as to identify the most influential factors on economic growth .The study concluded that there is a one-way long-term causal relationship betweenbanking system and economic growth. While the Granger’s causality test indicates a onewaycausal relationship between economic growth and investments

No full textThis study investigates the nature of the direct and indirect relationship between Authentic leadership andthe development of creative work behavior in the Yemeni Public Telecommunications Corporation throughpsychological capital as a mediating variable. In order to achieve this objective, a sample of 285 employeeswas selected at the main headquarters of the Yemeni Public Telecommunications Corporation and itsbranches in Sana\u27a. A survey list was used to collect a primary data. The number of survey lists that wascollected and be valid for analysis is 226 lists which represent 79% of the whole distributed survey lists. Theresults showed that there is a shortage in the level of practice of Authentic leadership by the managers of theYemeni Public Telecommunications Corporation according to the attitudes of subordinates. Also, the levelof psychological capital of the employees and their creative behavior is a moderate level. In addition, theresults showed a significant relationship between the practice of Authentic leadership and the developmentof creative work behavior in the Yemeni Public Telecommunications Corporation. Finally, the resultsshowed that psychological capital significantly mediates the relationship between Authentic leadershippractice and the development of creative work behavior

This study concluded that there are thesignificant impact between off balance sheet and capital adequacy , Thus The alternative hypothesis hasbeen proved which included ( There are significant impact between off balance sheet and capital adequacy )by using simple linear regression . The study recommended that there should be rules and regulationsgoverning the use of funds in off balance sheet in order to avoid future risk to the bank

No full textThis paper aims to identify the determinants of entrepreneurial intention among Algerian students. so thatentrepreneurship has become the source of interest of many countries because it has been considered a keyissue of economic growth and development through job creation, revenue generation, and hence wealthcreation, Since most literature agreed that entrepreneurial intention can be determined by using Theory ofPlanned Behavior (TPB) and Event Theory, So that we used the theoreticians in our study to arrive atidentifying 6 external variables there are personality traits, social recognition, self-efficacy, training andentrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial attitude. To achieve this purpose we used a questionnaire, whichwas distributed, to about 120 students from the University of Sidi Bel Abbès, while only 100 validquestionnaires were analyzed through Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).theresult showed that personality traits, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial attitude had a positive significanteffect on entrepreneurial intention and that the effects of social recognition and training and entrepreneurialeducation are not significant

Ending by giving some ideas about what could the Algerian pharmaceutical companies get from this experience. As results, there is trending towards biotechnological companies which makes the acquisition or merger with them very important. Second, collaborations are necessary to provide better health solutions. Third, the inevitability of digitalizing the sector and keeping good relationship with investors and society
