The objectives of this study are to examine the mobility of students at the Algerian University, particularly the international mobility, which is one of the most important objectives of the LMD system, which is one of the most recent reforms adopted by the Algerian University in its new engineering of higher education. The research question is: What is the reality and prospects of mobility of students at the Algerian University under the application of the LMD system. The current study aimed identifying the reality of unemployment of university graduates and itsimpact on psychological stability Gaza provinces have detected the prevalence of unemploymentamong graduates and their psychological stability level and detect signs of differences in averagesample estimates for unemployment Psychological stability depending on the variables (sex,residence, number of years of unemployment), developing recommendations and proposals andways to limit the spread of unemployment of graduates has been used the descriptive and analyticmethodology questionnaire as a tool of measurement (35) paragraph spread over five dimensionsand the number of respondents (155) graduates and unemployed graduates of both sexes, the studyfound the following results1. The rate of unemployment university draduates 56%.2. Degree of psychological stability among university fraduates unemployed moderately andrelative weight 72.02%.3. A statistically significant correlation between unemployment and psychological stabilityamong university graduates are unemployed.4.
