The role of modern monetary policy in targeting inflation in Algeria is a standard (study for the period (2001-2017
Despite the success of modern monetary policy based on the adoption of inflation targetingstrategy in the achievement of low inflation rates during the last decade in many countries, and theincreasing demand for this policy on a continuous basis, but there is some doubts that it can be appliedeffectively in Algeria under the Regulatory and structural monetary conditions that coincided with thebeginning of the implementation of the three development programs in the period from 2001 to 2017, inorder to achieve the ultimate goal of controlling the overall level of prices. The study, using the ARDLmethod, found that the lack of conditions for applying this policy in the Algerian economy prevented thedesired results from being achieved. However, this method can be used to manage future monetary policy.In a phased manner, preceded by overcoming difficulties in their implementation
Green Marketing as a Vital Approach to Support the Social Responsibility in Enterprises
This study aims at highlighting the role played by green marketing in supporting the socialresponsibility of economic enterprises as they have common objectives that serve the interests of societies.The descriptive approach was used to inform the theoretical aspect of corporate social responsibility, greenmarketing and analysis to highlight the effect of green marketing on supporting the corporate socialresponsibility. The study concluded that green marketing enterprises can effectively support their socialresponsibility. As it found the hypothesis and considered green marketing as a vital approach to supportsocial responsibility in the enterprises, to the green marketing mix supports corporate social responsibilitythrough all of its elements (green product, promote, pricing and green distribution)

ADEN ECO-TOURISM: REALITY AND OBSTACLES
This research aims to shed light on the reality of eco-tourism in Aden and on glitches that restrict its improvement. In order to achieve objectives of the research, descriptive method was employed to describe reality (research subject-matter). The researcher concluded a number of results including the fact that Aden has many factors, both natural and human, that enable it to host eco-tourism, but this is prevented by various obstacles. Based on the research conclusions, recommendations were presented to contribute to developing and reviving eco-tourism if considered seriously. The most important such recommendations are: providing financial resources, drawing development plans, policies and programs, working on attracting national and international investments in this field while taking into account all ecological considerations and support for infrastructure, protecting and developing all aspects of the city’s natural and historical heritage
Internal audit and its role in assuring an effective corporate governance implementation: A theoretical analysis.
Corporate governance gained a significant interest form academics andpractitioners in business environment, in the last two decades or so. Themisrepresentation of companies’ financial reports and performance had a sever negativeconsequences, not just of what it caused to investors’ funds and employees layoffs butalso to country’s economy in general. Visibility of Acculturation in Legal Translation: Some Remarks about Cadi Ibn Acem ‘s Book Translated into French
After French colonialism monopolized Algeria, the French administration faced the problem of establishment judicial institution like courts. Otherwise, there is a great difference between civil law system and Islamic law adopted in Algeria before colonialism. The French administration order their judges to use Islamic law in judging Algerian citizens named « Indigene », by contrast French judges didn’t master both Arabic langue and Islamic law. This is the main reason of appearing legal acculturation by translating into French main books of religious jurisprudence like Mokhtasir Sidi Khalil who explained Imam Malek doctrine .This book was very difficult to understand, as a result two French lawyers decided to translate into French « Tohfa el Hokam » a book written by Cadi Ibn Acen, he was from Andalusia. It’s a judicial book wrote in poetry form addressed to Muslims Cadis and it contained practical steps to rule. This translation made a partial acculturation to French judges and it was a legal and linguistic introduction to Islamic law. In this paper, we are going to give some remarks about French translation of Ibn Acem book containing legal notions originated from Islam religion , and will pay attention for importance of acculturation in legal translatio
The impact of the use of cooperative learning in the achievement of sixth grade students Jerusalem in mathematics
The current research aims to study the impact of the use of collaborative learning in the collection of students of the sixth grade primary school mixed elementary school in mathematics. In order to achieve the objective of the research, the researcher put the following hypothesis: There were no statistically significant differences between the average number of students who studied mathematics using cooperative learning and the average number of students who studied mathematics in the traditional way. (49) students representing students of two divisions of the class For the academic year 2017/2018The researcher used the experimental design of two equal groups, where the sample chose the intended method and measured it into the first experimental groups that taught mathematics using collaborative learning and the second control, which is taught in the traditional way. And then parity between them in the variables of the student\u27s age, grade of all grades and grade in mathematics in the sixth grade average level of education for his parents ,For the sixth grade in the public schools, as well as a statistical test in the first and second chapters of the mathematics book itself and according to its coefficient of stability. The two groups studied for six weeks. After the completion of the teaching, the test was conducted for the sample students. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the average of the students who studied mathematics using cooperative learning and the average number of students who studied mathematics in the traditional way for the experimental group, In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended using cooperative learning in teaching and suggesting similar studies to be studied in other classes and stages

This study is concerned with solving the problem of unemployment by finding new jobs in the economies of developed countries through the transition to circular economy. The descriptive and analytical approach was adopted to give the concept of the circular economy and its possibilities to create new jobs and analyze the data of developed countries destined for the circular economy. "The circular economy includes new jobs that differ from those in the linear economy, and contribute significantly to the creation of new jobs and reduce the unemployment rates in developed countries." It was concluded that the circular economy provides many functions in (New York, London, Italy, Germany, Britain, Northern Ireland and Poland).
