The Foundations of Textual Coherence in the Ancient Linguistic Heritage (Arabic grammar as an example)
Textual coherence is one of the main pillars for building a text. Rather, it is the building block on which the overall coherence is based; at that time, tight coherence and consistency occurs between the various linguistic structures; Grammar is based on linguistic relationships that are stable in the essence of synthetic patterns. Because the purpose of this coherence is to highlight the communicative interaction between the two elements of communication; that is the speaker and the listener.
It is appropriate to point out that the linguistic structures in the modern linguistic lesson are similar to the old grammatical lesson. in building the foundations of harmony and cohesion; Beginning with Sibawayh to the era of Abd al-Qaher al-Jurjani, however, the studies developed and extended to bring about a shift in the linguistic study to move from the sentence to the broader one, which is the text.
From this point of view, we intend to answer the following problem: What are the scientific bases for textual coherence in the ancient grammar lesson? Algeria’s sociolinguistic situation continues to offer a fertile corpus to the field of language sciences, particularly that of discourse analysis. This study is also responsible for analysing the language practices of Algerian speakers in the world of car sales. Its objective is to clarify and interpret semantically and pragmatically the frozen polylexical sequences of sellers of vehicles in Algerian context. The semantic approach reveals that these sequences have a compositional meaning and are characterized by a criterion of transparency, partial or total opacity depending on the context of use. They also convey specific pragmatic features that reflect the cultural dimension shared by these speakers

The role of treasury diagnosis on the assessment of the company\u27s financial performance: Practical case study
Cash management has become a necessary and essential management tool for managing the company. Hence effective cash management will guarantee the liquidity, solvency and profitability of the company, thus ensuring its financial performance. This article reports a theoretical conceptual framework that illustrates the relationship between cash management and business performance, and how to perform an accurate cash diagnosis to monitor and evaluate the financial performance of the business, at through reports and financial statements (an example on the press company "LE QUOTIDIEN SA"). We arrived at several results, among them: The diagnosis of the cash flow is essential to evaluate the financial performance of a company. Thanks to the study of significant relationships between quantities extracted from financial statements, the ratio method provides a simple approach for assessing the performance of a company. This assessment is generally made on the basis of a comparison between the ratios calculated on the company and reference ratios reflecting significant standards, internal or external. Among the factors which determine the level of performance, mention should be made of the structure of the company\u27s financing. Although the role of this structure is complex, the analysis of the leverage effect provides a first approach, already rich in implications for the assessment of financial performance 
Quality Assessment of University Life in Higher Education Institutions during the Corona Pandemic from the University Family’s Point of View: Case Study of the University Center Abdelhafid Boussouf – Mila
The current study sought to ascertain the level of satisfaction of university center members, Abdelhafid Boussouf with the quality of university life during the Corona pandemic. To achieve the study\u27s objectives, the researchers used the National Quality Assurance Reference (CIAQES) to create the electronic questionnaire. Students, professors, administrative staff, and professional workers at the Abdelhafid Boussouf University Center made up the study population. The sample was made up of 275 people who were chosen at random, and the study yielded several results. The most important is that no one is completely satisfied with the quality of university life during the Corona pandemic. This is due to a lack of effective preparation for the university environment, as well as a lack of interest in the university lifestyle. The lack of a self-evaluation process, as well as the weakness of the information system for this field, are the most significant barriers to achieving a high quality of university life.

This paper attempts to address the evaluation of sample performance indicators of Islamic banks in light of the global financial crisis During the period 2005-2012, by studying the indicators of profitability, liquidity, capital adequacy and asset quality. The study concluded that the Islamic banks are characterized by their efficiency, This is a financial crisis, by moving away from forbidden riba-based transactions, and the good results achieved by these banks in the studied indicators before, during and after the global financial crisis. This is compared with the results achieved in conventional banks that have had profound effects on Indicators
Estimating the agricultural production function in the State of Mila in the period of (1990-2020)
The study aims to estimate and analyze the agricultural production function in the Wilaya of Mila over the period from 1990 to 2020 using the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model to estimate and test the relationship between variables. The dependent variable is agricultural production, while the explanatory variables are employment, equipment, annual precipitation, and cultivated area. The results indicate a positive relationship in both the long run and short run between agricultural production and the explanatory variables of employment, equipment, and annual precipitation. However, the relationship with cultivated area is negative in the short run, contrasting with the positive association found in the long run. Overall, the study finds agricultural production is positively influenced by labor, capital in the form of equipment, and favorable climatic conditions as measured by precipitation, while the impact of land area devoted to cultivation differs in the short and long term
