The Impact of the Added Value of the Agricultural Sector on Economic Growth in Algeria: An Econometric Study for the Period (1993-2022)
This research aims to evaluate the impact of agricultural output on the rate of GDP in Algeria for the period 1993 to 2022, using the EViews.8 program, and to achieve the objective of the analysis, we adopted a selection of independent variables related to value Additives for agriculture, forestry and fishing sector, volume of agricultural raw materials exports and imports of raw materials
The research found a positive correlation between the two variables evaluated, as an increase in the value-added of the agricultural sector by 1 unit leads to an increase in the level of GDP by 1.1012 units, so that the public authorities must implement active agricultural policies aimed at raising the level of non-oil revenues
The Contribution of E-Training to Human Resource Development Case Study of Sonelgaz Foundation, Tebessa Branch
This research paper aims to clarify the importance of e-training in developing the skills of the workforce within the organization, and developing the attitudes and knowledge of these resources as the focus of the organization\u27s activity. By determining its effectiveness in the organization\u27s environment for the human resource. The study includes a sample from the Sonelgaz Foundation, Tebessa District. Through the distribution of a research form in data collection, it was processed with the program 22spss v. One of the most prominent results reached is that e-training affects the development of human resources, especially in the dimensions of knowledge, information development, and the development of attitudes
Periodic solutions of a differential perturbed system via the averaging theory and the Melnikov method
In this paper, we will study the maximum number of limit cycles of a perturbed differential system with respect to its parameters which appear in the system specially on the degree of the polynomials. For this we will use two methods namely the averaging theory of first order and the method of Melnikov on the same system to provide an upper bound for the number of periodic solutions which can bifurcate from the center with ε = 0. In the end, we will present some numerical examples in order to illustrate the theoretical results given by the averaging theory and Melnikov one
On dynamics and solution expressions of a three dimensional nonlinear difference equations system
In this paper, we construct the solution expressions of fourth order nonlinear difference systems
Φn+1 = Φn−2Ψn−3 ,
α + Ψn (±1 ± Γn−1Φn−2Ψn−3)
Ψn+1 = Ψn−2Γn−3 ,
δ + Γn (±1 ± Φn−1Ψn−2Γn−3)
Γn+1 = Γn−2Φn−3 ,
γ + Φn (±1 ± Ψn−1Γn−2Φn−3)
where α, δ and γ are arbitrary real numbers. Furthermore, the solution’s qualitative behavior is explored, such as local stability and boundedness. In some cases, system has periodic solutions. Finally, we provide numerical examples to support our conclusions
Determinants of bank lending in Algerian commercial banks
This research document aims to study the determinants of bank credit in Algerian commercial banks, using the autoregressive distributed lag(ARDL) and the annual data covering the period (1990-2021).Theresults of the econometric analysis revealed a positive and significant impact of the size of deposits, bank assets, growth rate of net foreign assets and growth rate of population density on economy loans for the long-term. In contrast, there was a positive and significant short-term effect only for the volume of deposits and the growth rate of net foreign assets on loans to the economy, With the absence of the effect of other variables
Employing artificial intelligence techniques as a mechanism to activate digital marketing: View global experiences
Given the rapid technological changes that organizations are experiencing today, the employment of digital technologies and the application of artificial intelligence in its activities has become necessary to survive in the market and face competitors and succeed on them, this is reflected in the experiences of most of the world\u27s leading institutions. The research paper aims to try to know the importance of artificial intelligence in digital marketing and to present some of the leading experiences in it to benefit from. The study found that artificial intelligence has a prominent importance through many applications and many examples of brands that have successfully succeeded in outperforming their competitors and gaining the satisfaction of their customers using innovative marketing methods
An analytical study of the status of the food gap for the main food commodities in Algeria during the period (2009-2020)
The study aims to present and analyze the food deficit for the most important food products in Algeria during the period 2009-2020; It concluded that Algeria recorded a deficit in the food trade balance during the study period because it imported most basic food products, whose world prices reached record prices, while it exports a very limited number of food products; The food deficit fluctuated during the study period, but it had a tendency to increase, reaching an average of 6502.52 million dollar. The largest fooddeficit suffered by Algeria is related to the group of cereals, with an average rate of 42.93%, of which wheat and flour contribute the largest percentage, estimated at 26.73%. Next comes the group of dairy products and its products with an average rate estimated at 19.39%, in which the milk product contributed the largest percentage 16.99%, the group of oils and fats 12.59%, the corn 12.67% and sugar 9.2%.These are widely consumed products, then red meat comes with 3.05%, total legumes 3.42%, total fruits 2.59%, barley1.98%, rice 1.07%, total vegetables 0.71%, fish 0.74%, eggs 0.03%. A situation that requires intensified efforts. In order to achieve sustainable agricultural development
The effect of capital structure on the financial performance of companies listed on the Algerian stock exchange: Case of the Saidal group
The present study aims to shed light on the impact of capital structure determinants on the financial performance of a public economic firm listed on the Algerian Stock Exchange, represented by the Saidal Group, during the period from 2010 to 2021. Furthermore, the study relied on the financial statements (balance sheet and income statement table) published on the official website of the stock exchange to collect the financial data of the firm. In pursuance of this aim, three multiple models were estimated in which dependent variables expressing financial performance were represented in each of the return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and earnings per share (EPS), while the independent variables expressing the determinants of the capital structure were represented in each of the ratio of medium and long-term debt to total assets (MLTDTA), the ratio of shortterm debt to total assets (STDTA), and the self-financing capacity (SFC). In addition to this, the control variables were used in the models to represent the liquidity and size of the firm, which was measured in the Neperian logarithm of its total assets. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are the presence of a statistically significant positive relationship between the capital structure, as measured by the firm\u27s self- inancing capacity, and the financial performance with its three indicators, as well as the existence of a statistically significant negative relationship between the ratio of medium- and long-term debt to total assets and financial performance. As for the ratio of short-term debt to total assets, it has a negative and statistically insignificant impact on both the return on assets and the return on equity, but also has a negative and statistically significant impact on earnings per share. In light of this, the study recommends that the firm should rely on internal financial sources rather than external financial sources to finance its various investments in order to improve its future financial performance
