Modelling Inflation Rates Volatility in Alegria Using ARCH Models.
This paper aims to modeling the inflation rates in Algeria using the ARCH model during the period January 2000 to December 2018. The results show that the GARCH (1.1) model is the best in modeling and forecasting Algerian’s monthly rates of inflation
Analysis of the Relationship Between the Market Structure and Performance: a Case Study of the Insurance Industry in Algeria
This study aims at analyzing the relationship between market structure and the performance of theinsurance companies in Algeria\u27s property and casualty insurance market by adopting the model ofanalysis in the industrial organization (SCP); (Structure-Conduct-Performance). Moreover, thestudy is based on the hypothesis of existence of a Mutual Influence between market structure andperformance. Accordingly, the study sample is included ten insurance companies during the periodbetween 2007 and 2015. A simultaneous equation is employed to estimate the parameters of themodel, relying on Two-Stage Least Square (2SLS) and Three-Stage Least Square.
On the whole, the study concludes that Algeria\u27s property and casualty insurance market ischaracterized by a monopoly structure and heading towards competition, the study also dictates theexistence of impact between the structure of the insurance market and the performance of insurancecompanies operating in it, this effect is negative between the two variables in both directions,which means rejection of the structure-Conduct-performance paradigm hypothesis, that is, publicinsurance companies that control the insurance market do not benefit from the dominant position inmaking unusual profits, and they are far from monopolistic behavior

The study aimed to examining the mediating role of (CP) for the relationship between (CC)and (CS) in the (BS) at (DL). The problem of study is that many branches banks in (DL) still donot realize the importance role of (CP) in facing (CC) and its effect on (CS). The study found (CP)mediating the relationship between (CC) and (CS) in (BS) at (DL) with an Indirect Effect of(0.661). Administrative orders and their impact on the teachers of the Iraqi Ministry of Education
The study aims at articulating the relational impact between administrative orders and teachers\u27performance in Anbar\u27s ministry of education. The study entails the questionnaire as a method of researchwhich includes 25 questions distributed randomly among five schools and (50) teachers. The studyconcludes that there is a moral and material relationship between the administrative orders and teachers\u27performance. It also concludes that there is an interrelated relationship of a psychological impact betweenpromotions, bonuses, acknowledgments, and the slow level of responding and viewing the delay ofactivating the orders that preserve the teachers\u27 rights such annual promotions, bonuses, acknowledgments,and the transformation of teachers from one school to another. The study reaches to positive resultsconcerning the moral relationship between the teachers and the administration of the school which shows apositive collaboration with teachers—a matter that supports and encourages their performance andmotivates them to fulfill their responsibilities and works as far as the educational process is concerne
