Organizational justice and its impact on social organizational behaviours for the Financial Supervision Authority - Bashar Agency -
No full textThis study aimed to identify the effect of organizational justice on the social organizational behaviors of the employees of the Financial Supervision Authority and the Bashar Agency. The descriptive analytical method was used to test the study hypotheses, while the data were collected through the use of a questionnaire designed for this purpose. We have identified the study population from the employees of the Financial Supervision Authority, and a sample of (72) employees was selected, where this relationship was tested using the statistical program spss19, and the study concluded that there is a positive impact of organizational justice in its various dimensions on the organizational behavior of the institution under study

No full textThis study attempted to measure the impact of participation rate on investment deposits volume. The concept of participation rate and its most important formula and how it is applied in the Islamic economy were addressed In addition to the theoretical side, a statistical model was used to study the nature of the relationship between the two variables Under study through data derived from quarterly reports of Financial and economic proposals and the series of studies and research of the Central Bank of Sudan for the period 2003 to 2016. Where this model and hypotheses were tested using the least-squares method through the analysis of simple linear regression, the statistical spss 18 program was used to Construct the model, analysis the data and test the hypotheses. We concluded that a strong positive relationship exists between participation rate as an independent variable and the investment deposits size as a dependent variable according to the hypotheses presented. This study indicates that the rate of participation can be relied upon as a mechanism for monetary policy to influence the monetary mass at community

The Development of Indicators Measuring the Phenomenon of Inflation in Algeria during the Period 1990-2017
No full textThis study aims to analyze the development of the phenomenon of inflation in Algeria during the period 1990-2017 through a number of indicators, whereby the development of each of the consumer price index was tracked with a kind of focus as it is the indicator adopted in calculating the rate of inflation in Algeria, in addition to analyzing the development of each of Implicit index, monetary stability criterion and surplus demand criterion.
The study found a number of results, including that the consumer price index doubled 7 times during the study period as a result of the economic reforms that led to the liberalization of a large group of commodity prices, which calls for linking any increase in wages to the increase in labor productivity
