The Extent to which Secondary School Teachers Use Scientific Standards in Achievement Criterion-Referenced Testes-Field Study at Secondary Schools in the Wilaya of Tiaret-
The present study aimed at identifying the extent to which secondary education teachers used scientific standards in preparing achievement test and their measurement of different levels of knowledge to the aspect related to the form and content of paragraphs and their content, as well as the degree of objectivity in correcting the papers and putting the drip ladder, and to achieve the objectives of the study was used descriptive method, included the sample of the study (130) teachers of secondary schools in the Wilaya of Tiaret, in addition was analyzed 23 test in scientific and literary materials, and to collect research data was used to evaluate the criteria of the test network based on the evaluation of the test network.
The results found that teachers were not interested in preparing test criteria in its aspect of targeting, content analysis, non-reliance on the specification table, and focusing on in-article questions

This study aims to shed light on the youth category and the risks that result from their poor position in the labour market, whether as a result of their unemployment or engaging in inappropriate forms of employment such as informal work, poor employment and temporary work. Emphasis was placed on the phenomenon of international labour migration as one of the implications of this situation. The study concluded that the situation of young people in the labourmarket at the global level is very fragile, which leads them to make the decision to migrate to other countries as an option to escape from this situation. Although international migration of young people involves some positives in some cases, in others it involves some negatives, especially if it comes to skilled labour, which requires adopting solutions to address the causes of this migration, in addition to benefiting from migrant labour in general

The research aimed to study the relationship between strategic planning and crisis management at the Amal Institute for Orphans in the Gaza Strip. The descriptive analytical method was used through the application of a comprehensive survey method for administrative leaders working in the Gaza Strip of (20) individuals. (18) questionnaires were retrieved with a response rate of (90%). Public Prosecution between Dependency and Independence: A Study in the French Experience.

The Integration between Process Reengineering and Cost-Accounting System Based on Activity & its Contribution to Improve Organisation Performance: Case of Small Industries
This study aims at investigating the contribution of the achievement between Business Process Reengineering method and Activity Based Costing System in ameliorating enterprises through raising its performance. Accordingly, a sample of Small and Medium-sized enterprises located in the industrial area of Setif was studied, through the collection of data from a sample of 32 enterprises, as 76 questionnaires were recovered and the data collected was used in the statistical analysis of the variables.
The importance of Business Process Reengineering method was clearly demonstrated in this research in regards to Small and Medium-sized enterprises. Through the contribution of making it closer to the costumer who is more aware of his needs and desires. In addition to that, the results of the research show that the integration between Business Process Reengineering, and Activity Based Costing System ABC contributes in understanding precisely the reasons of costs, behaviour, and the practiced production activities which add value through production steps expressed by operations, which in turn contribute in ameliorating the performance of the enterprise
