Security Risk Management in the Electronic Banking Environment: Some Evidence for Banking Systems
The banking industry has witnessed a significant growth in the use of the Internet, and in the procurement of goods and services and electronic data exchange, which requires a secure Internet to achieve a high level of confidence with institutional customers, so banking institutions realized the importance of security and confidentiality in electronic banking operations.The research aims to answer the following question: How to reduce the security risks in the e-banking environment?. In order to achieve the objective of the research, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted and specialized research was used in the field of e-banking risk management, leading to findings and recommendations
Adoption of Membership Level for Critical Activities In Knowledge Chain Model Building An Investigation Analytical Study Depending on Fuzzy Logic Architecture for Organizations Pushed by Knowledge
The aim of this research is to concentrate on the initial activities such as: (Acquisition, Selection, Generation, Assimilation, Emission) knowledge, and Support activities such as: (Measurement, Control, Coordination, Leadership) that is manipulate and controlling in achieving knowledge management cases in organization, that’s is leads to knowledge chain model, then determining the level of membership for these activities to knowledge chain model in a sample of Iraqi organization pushed by knowledge (Universities). The research depends on check list for gaining the data required, theses check list designed by apparently in diagnosing research dimensions and measurement mechanism. In the field domain, the researchers adopted the Fuzzy Logic architecture in checking the initial and support activities and its membership. The researchers concluded that the determining the level of membership function for these activities for building the knowledge chain model in Mosul and Mustansiriyah universities. The researchers suggests to all Iraqi Managements and the management in pushed by knowledge organization about the necessity of perception of gap between (Theoretical- Field) domains in appliance the knowledge management by movement to dependence the program and modern quantitative methods in explanation the theoretical reality

The role of Yemeni commercial banks in achieving sustainable development - an applied study
The study aimed to identify the role of Yemeni commercial banks in achieving sustainable development and to arrive at a general standard model that can be used to evaluate the role of commercial banks in sustainable development and to test the efficiency of the standard model. The descriptive approach was used to conduct the study, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data through a simple random sample of workers in the higher departments of the sample banks. A set of descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data, including the structural modeling approach using the structural equation in building a general standard model to evaluate the role of commercial banks in sustainable development. The model was also applied to and evaluated Yemeni commercial banks. The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: The standard model that has been reached which includes a working structure consisting of five factors: the economic role, the administrative role, the legal role, the social role, and the environmental role can be used to assess the role of commercial banks in sustainable development, The results also showed that Yemeni commercial banks rely to a greater extent on the economic role to achieve sustainable development, followed by the administrative, environmental, social and legal role, respectively. The study also concluded with a set of recommendations

Factors Affecting Online Hotel Reservations Intention among Customers in Algeria- Empirical Study
The revolution use of information technology and the Internet has contributed significantly to increase the popularity of online shopping as a form of e-commerce. The aim of this research is to determine important factors that are associated with online hotel reservation intention among customers.The questionnaires were used to collect the primary data, and 74 respondents are selected by convenience sample. The research concluded that are ten factors were significantly associated with online hotel reservation intention, among them are: (1) reliability of information published; (2) reduced perceived risk; (3) satisfaction with past experience; (4) the credibility of travel and tourism agencies; (5) low prices: and (6) easy access to hotel information. Finally, we suggest some recommendations for hotel managers to help them increase online hotel reservations.
