    Personal Traits and Impact on Organizational Conflict among the Employees of the General Directorate of Passports at the Ministry of Interior – Gaza Strip.

    The study aimed to identify the impact of Personal Traits on Organizational Conflicts among the Employees of the General Directorate of Passports in the Ministry of Interior- Gaza Strip. The study followed the analytical descriptive approach; data were gathered by questionnaire as a tool for data collection. (66)questionnaires were distributed to employees working in the General Directorate of Passports and the directorates at the Ministry of Interior-Gaza Strip. A comprehensive survey method was used to collect data.The most important findings of the study are as follows: All the paragraphs of (personality traits) were achieved from the study population with a relative weight (74%)، which is a (large) degree. This indicates that the personal traits are widely availableamong the employees of the General Directorate of Passports. This leads to the conflict and negatively affects the success anddevelopment of the work. The aggressive personality got the highest degree which is (79.60%) by the sample members، whilethe extroversion personality got the lowest degree which is (69.80%).Also، the results indicated that there are many forms of conflict that can be found in different levels in the organization، themost important of which is the lack of compatibility of objectives، which is limited to the exchange of objectives، thecompetition of resources for their limitedness or scarcity، and problems in the design of the structure and work design،(Duplication)، communication constraints، lack of clarity of responsibilities، change in competencies، poor performancestandards and bonuses، and lack of availability of alternatives such as expertise. And a change in performance standards and rewards، which escalates the conflict across the structure. The study mainly recommended the necessity of Apply modern management strategies in dealing with organizational conflicts at the Ministry of Interio

    The present study aimed to prospect for talented pupils at the three levels in primary classes inOuargla on the basis of significant behavioral features, under the light of the successful intelligence theory from their teacher‘viewpoint .The following variants have been considered: sex, educational level school knowledge in relation with the behavioral features significant of giftedness.The descriptive method have been followed, and the study gaved the following results: -The ratio of pupils presenting the behavioral features significant of giftedness from the teachers’ viewpoint, according to the successful intelligence theory 23.78%. -There are no statistically significant differences in the behavioral features of the pupils presenting the features of giftedness in connection with sex.     -There are statistically significant differences pupils presenting the behavioral features significant of giftedness in connection with class level (first year-second year-third year) in favor of the third year. -There is no statistically Signiant among the importance of the behavioral features and the importance of school learning among the pupils presenting the features of giftedness.         The results have been discussed in the light of earlier studies and the study concluded with a number recommendation
