Religious Reform Trends in IfraneAtlas-Alsaghir: The Traditional Coranic School of Tankert as a Model
In the 14th century AH, a movement of religious and literary renaissance emerged in the oasis of Ifrane Atlas-Alsaghir that was called “The valley of the poets”. The religious jurists (الفقهاء) and the poets in this region are still contributing to literary and religious knowledge in the southern souss region, and in the Maghreb in general. The total of what was mentioned by the Ifranian poets reached more than twenty thousand verses of poetry, in addition to other works of prose and rhetoric as stated by Muhammad Al-MukhtarAlsoussi in his book Al-Maassoul (المعسول).
This study aims to investigate into the roles of the traditional religious school of TankertinIfrane Atlas-Alsaghir, and its contribution in the field of intellectual and literary knowledge production in the domains of poetry, Sufism, and religious education. This paper will also provide an overview of the role of some prominent Ifranian local families in the emergence of Sufi trends like Ennasiriyah(الناصرية), Darqawi (الدرقاوية), and Tijania(التيجانية) religious movements. Furthermore, this study will shed more light on the social roles of the prominent religious poets and jurists who taught jurisprudence, literature and Sufism in this traditional Coranic Schoo
The Urban & Economic Characteristics of Major Arab Cities in the Nineteenth Century, through the French Travelers Observations - Cairo as a Model
The trip is considered as one of the most important historical sources that supports the researcher with an abundant scientific materials, especially since the travelers have recorded all the observations they saw in the areas they visited. The French travelersare ones of the pioneers of the traveler to the East, there are several factors that make them to be in this trip. In the forefront of which is the religious factor in the framework of what is known as the Christian pilgrimage in which it passes through several stations, including the Cairo station, which contains Christian sanctuaries. The Effectof Strategic Orientationonthe Competitive Advantage Case Study : a Sample of Economic Companies in "Biskra
The aim of this paper is to determine the impact of the dimensions of strategic orientation at the competitive advantage level . A questionnaire was developed especially to achieve this objective, and distributed to 30 supervisor from 4 economic institutionsin ‘biskra’ representing the study sample.The study concludes several results of which the most important was the adoption of strategic orientations ( Analysis, Defensiveness, Proactiveness and reactor). The results showed that there is a positive relationship between those orientations and competitive advantages. and the relationship between the Proactive orientations and competitive advantages the strongest relationships.The study recommended conducting similar studies applied in other firm’s in biskra environment, In addition to addressing the strategic orientations with other variables not covered in the current study

This article aims to clarify the ethics of the convivial and behaviour with other in the thought of El-Amir Abdelkader Al-Jazairi, that gained him a high standing throughout history, until the enemy and friend confess by him , especially since El-Amir Abdelkader have a tolerant human ethics in adversity and when he is in a position of power, which contributed to spreading the idea of peaceful coexistence and consolidating human rights principles before the birth of United Nations, which later taken many of these ethics. The question: What are these morals and principles, and where did they appear?To answer the question, the article is subject to the descriptive method.
 
The Reality of Promoting Citizenship Values in the Secondary School Curriculum in the Palestinian Territories
The study aimed to identify the reality of citizenship in the curriculum of the secondary stage in the Palestinian territories. The two researchers were exposed to the concept of citizenship, its importance, dimensions and values. In addition, the reality of the secondary education stage in the Palestinian territories, and finally; Content analysis of some courses was conducted to explore where citizenship is. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method and the theory of content analysis. The main question of the study came as follows: What is the reality of promoting the values of active citizenship in the curriculum of the second stage in the Palestinian territories? The two researchers have reached a set of results; the most important of which is that the curriculum attempted to contribute to strength the values of citizenship, but their contribution - it seems - was not in a way that suits the size of the surrounding developments. Else, the study recommended to focus on specific values related to political developments in the Palestinian territories, such as: National unity, tolerance, civilization and solidarity
The Introductory Structure in the Novel Death, the Sea and the Rat of Fredj Lahouar
This research studies the introductory structure which is defined by Gérard Genette in his book Thresholds. Within a poetic framework of textual interactions that examines the novel of the death, the sea and the rat as a mature metafiction that expressed a stage of writing problems witch deliberate the rejection of realism and traditions of classical writing according to a critical conception that considered the Writing as a work. Considering the book contains a collection of miniature texts that carry his identity. How did Fredj Lahouar formulate its introductory structure in the approach of the Gerard Genette in the adventure of metafiction? And how did he show his text?

Financing alternatives of budget deficit in Algeria 2014-2018: Analytical study
This study aimed to clarify the most important financing alternatives that have been adopted by different governments in Algeria since the decline of oil prices in 2014. This period was accompanied by the start of the application of expansionary monetary policies wich called “unconventional financing”. The study concluded that the resource regularization fund is the most important source of financing for the public budget deficit, and that there is an increase in exceptional revenues represented by the distributions of Bank of Algeria, In addition to the unconventional financing, the bond loan and bank financing are financing solutions in the past two years
