    A Comparative Study on the Ease of Doing Business in the Maghreb Countries

        Realizing the importance of creating new businesses for the development of economies is an urgent matter. Doing Business focuses on regulation affecting local firms across 12 domains. This article examines the ease of doing business in the Maghreb countries according to various indicators. It also explores the impact of its reforms on the ranking and performance of doing business between 2019-2020.      The study is based on data collected from the World Bank\u27s Doing Business website and the Doing Business reports published by the World Bank. Among the Maghreb countries, the most preferred destination for doing business in 2020 is Morocco, followed by Tunisia

    The study aimed to identify the extent of digitization of human resources and its impact in creating sustainable development in higher education in light of the pandemic, as the problem of the study was: Is the reality of digitizing human resources in Saudi universities commensurate with the requirements of sustainable development in light of the environmental threats of the Corona pandemic? The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. In addition to the historical curriculum, where the study hypothesis was represented in the existence of a positive statistical relationship between digitizing human resources and enhancing the requirements of sustainable development in higher education in light of the Corona pandemic. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The study resulted in more than 60% that the university is working to gain a prominent place among educational institutions and achieve sustainable development through building a knowledge society based on the knowledge economy and digitizing human resources. It was also found that 68% of the respondents assert that the university is working to acquire an appropriate technical structure that includes all technical means, and that it is managed by competent and specialized cadres to support digitization in light of the pandemic

    We have tried, through this study, to shed light on the impact of different elements of the international marketing environment on the implementation of pricing strategies in small and medium-sized Algerian companies that have an export activity. In order to better understand the different dimensions of the study, the statistical program Spss version 22 was used to determine how the independent variable affects the dependent variable. This research concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of a low impact, with statistical significance, of the elements of the marketing environment on the price policy of small and medium-sized exporting companies. Based on the above, a set of recommendations has been proposed, most of which affirm the need to place greater emphasis on studying and analyzing the elements of the international marketing environment in order to achieve a successful pricing policy

    Confidence is an essential pillar for building relationships and transactions in all fields, especially in the banking sector, because the success of its activities and their development in light of fluctuations and instability requires strong confidence that clients are linked to banks. Confidence with stressful financial conditions may push banks into bankruptcy and plunge the economy into a spiral of problems.     This research paper attempted to highlight the mechanisms of promoting tax reform in Algeria, By focusing on the reform and modernization of the tax administration with the goal of adapting and making it more responsive to the contemporary challenges posed by the global environment today, as a result of the ongoing changes and developments, as well as Algeria\u27s economic conditions.  The study concluded that despite Algeria\u27s efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its tax administration at the level of its structures, resources, procedures, services and its relations with the tax community, it is still weak and insufficient, requiring political will and concerted efforts to ensure successful tax administration reform and modernization by focusing on digitization, facilitating procedures and improving her relationship with taxpayers

    In this research, we  aimed  to  cover  all  sides  of  Singaporean  experience  in  fighting  corruption  how  to prevent  it. This  experience  is concerned  as  a  pioneer  experience  on  the  international  level. According  to  a various  international  indexes  of  corruption , Singapora  became  classifying as  the  least  corrupt  countries  in  the  world, on  the  top  of  this  index is rational  corruption  index  of  International  Transparency  Organization .It  led to  achieve  a  continuous  and  a  comprehensive  development, also  it  made  it as  a  place  of  foreign  direct  investments  and  an  international  commercial  center as a result  an international  economic  power  although  it  has  a  few resources  and  a  natural  capacities   which  it  has. At  the  end, we  concluded  that  the  main  secrets  of  success  of  this experience  as follows: -The investigating  office  has  played  a  big  role  in  the  affairs  of  corruption, it  was  established  in  1952, this  office  was  given  an  enough  independence and  a  big  jurisdictions ; -To  have  a  strong  political  will  for  fighting  this  phenomenon  and  prevent it; -The  increase  of  consciousness  between people  because  of  the  danger  of this  phenomenon  and  to  share  how  to  fight  it; -The  separation  between  three  authorities  and  the  focus  to  have  an inprejudiced  judicial  and  independent  system

    We can consider the loyalty of customer as a "delayed profit", and as a closer view on the influential factors on the decisions of the customer\u27s loyalty, we will find that it\u27s much closer to the influential factors of the profit of sector those were suggested by Michael porter in his famous model "five forces". Based on previous, it becomes possible to project the five forces model on the relationship marketing and the loyalty of customers since both are profit (somehow) and both could be influenced by almost same factors

    Corporate Social Responsibility and its Effect on Innovation: The Case of a Sample of Algerian SMEs

    The article assesses the relationship of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices with innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises. The research is based on a sample of Algerian SMEs. The data were collected through an online survey of company directors. For the analysis and validation of the results, the statistical technique of structural equation model (SEM) was used through PLS (Partial least squares). These analyses were prepared with the SmartPLS version 3 software. The results indicate that CSR practices increase innovation in these types of firms and can help them to understand and integrate the importance of CSR as a mechanism for improving innovation
