The repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic on the macroeconomic indicators of Algeria to take lessons
In our research, we tried to shed light on the Algerian macroeconomic reality in light of the Covid 19 pandemic, by presenting the most important macroeconomic indicators for Algeria during the pandemic period, with the aim of presenting some suggestions that contribute to mitigating the negative effects of the global crises on the Algerian economy.
We have seen a decline in the level of these indicators compared to previous periods, and the reason is the decline in the supply of imported products because the closure of borders due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Also, the decline in the level of economic activity of the industrialized countries made them reduce their demand for raw materials, This has increased the national income decline, which calls for reconsidering the structure of the national economy to face such crises by diversifying sources of national income and providing an appropriate environment for investment in the field of energy and mines to encourage exports outside of hydrocarbons and reduce From the import bill
Enhancing Public Participation in The Process of Sorting Household Waste from the Source from the Housewives Point of View
This papers attempted to address the problem of enhancing public participation in sorting household waste at the source from the point of view of housewives. We use a survey based method for a sample of household.
We found that there is great wiling from housewives to participate in sorting household waste if it was adopted by the authorized authority. Also, We also found that the factors of law and social norm are more important statistically than the factors of financial motivation, and just as important as knowledge and know-how factors as factors to enhance the contribution of housewives in the strategy of sorting waste from the source, noting that all of these factors are important, but with a slight variation in importance
The Effect of Knowledge Management on the Competitive Advantage A Field Study on a Sample of Algerian Institutions
This study aims to measure the impact of knowledge management on the competitive advantage in some Algerian institutions in order to know the role that knowledge management play in improving the competitive advantage. For this purpose a questionnaire was prepared of 32 units, 30 of which were retrieved suitable for analysis. The questionnaire included 77 questions, 38 of them related to knowledge management and the rest related to competitive advantage. It was found that knowledge management is significantly affected the competitive advantage which calls for the institutions studied to give more attention to knowledge management
The Dynamic Impact of High Oil Price Shock on the Algerian Economy: An Econometric Study during the Period (1980-2018) Using the SVECM Model
This study investigates the effect of high oil price shock on the Algerian economy, during the period (1980-2018) using the structural vector error correction model. The results of the Johansen test indicate the existing of a long-run equilibrium relationship between the study variables, The impulse response function (IRF) showed that the structural oil price shock is great and positively affects the GDP per capita and negatively effects the unemployment rate and the exchange rate in the short and long term, as for the inflation rate response it was negative in the short run, so it became positive in the long run. the results of the variance decomposition revealed that the oil price explains most of the changes that occur in unemployment rate and the GDP per capita, as well as the weak percentage of the changes that happen in both inflation rate and exchange rate in the short and long term
The Role of Legal Origins in Improving Islamic Financial Services Access: Analysis Study of Arabic and Islamic Countries
This study seeks to examine the importance of legal origin in improving the financial system, and rise Islamic financial services access, and that by studying the role of Common Law, and Civil Law, and Shari’a Law in order the describe the various stages of financial development in Arab and Islamic countries. The results in this study indicate that most Araba and Islamic countries continued to rely on foreign legal systems, which has had a negative role due to an inability to create strong institutions that can enhance financial development levels and improve financial services access

In this paper, we examine the emergence of the ecological hospital and the indicators to be retained to develop a hospital which is responsible toward its environment. Therefore, it contributes in sustainable development by drawing inspiration from literature and experience of advanced countries in the field.
Also, we address the evolution of the concept of hospital over time and its different perceptions. Then we discuss the indicators used for the emergence of the ecological hospital which, through its buildings, its various activities as well as its patients, makes the patient a key element acting directly on its immediate environment. Hence, the possibility of listing and classifying classes of indicatorsallowing the emergence of a more ecological hospital.
 
The Impact of Market Orientation on the Employee Performance in Health Institutions: An Exploratory Study in the Public Hospital Institution, Toubal, Mila
The research aims to clarify the nature of the relationship between market orientation and its impact on the employee performancein the public health institution. The study sample consisted of workers in the health institution. Among the most important findings of the study is the presence of a statistically significant effect of the relationship of market orientation, and information dissemination on the employee performance at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05). Econometric Study of The Impact of Inclusion the Islamic Sukuk in the stock Market on Market Activating in Malaysia during the Period (2001-2019)
This paper aims to study the impact of inclusion of Islamic sukuk within the financial instruments traded in the stock market on the on market activity in Malaysia during the period of (2001-2019), by exploring these financial instruments and their theoretical role in revitalizing the stock market, to reach in the bezel interaction of market activity with changes in the volume of issuance, where the joint integration test of Angel and Granger was used to study the long-term equilibrium relationship, with the estimation of the error correction model and response functions to determine the error correction factor and the effect of random shocks. this study found a long-term equilibrium relationship between the volume of Islamic sukuk issuance and trading volume as the indicator used to express market activity, and a quick and positive response to trading volume to shocks of the size of sukuk issuance
The Role of Economic Intelligence on Improving the Quality of Banking Services, A Field Study in Algerian Bank
The aim of this study is to know the effect of economic intelligence on improving the quality of banking services in Algerian Banks. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was designed and directed to managers working in banking agencies, 51 questionnaire has been retrieved, Were all valid for study, and verified the validity and stability of the tool.
