The analysis uses the techniques of measures of noncompactness and Darbo\u27s fixed point theorem. Our results are obtained under rather general assumptions. Moreover, the method used in the proof allows us to obtain the asymptotic stability of the solutions
On periodic solutions of fractional-order differential systems with a fixed length of sliding memory
No full textThe fractional-order derivative of a non-constant periodic function is not periodic with the same period. Consequently, any time-invariant fractional-order systems do not have a non-constant periodic solution. This property limits the applicability of fractional derivatives and makes it unfavorable to model periodic real phenomena.This article introduces a modification to the Caputo and Rieman-Liouville fractional-order operators by fixing their memory length and varying the lower terminal. It is shown that this modified definition of fractional derivative preserves the periodicity. Therefore, periodic solutions can be expected in fractional-order systems in terms of the new fractional derivative operator. To confirm this assertion, one investigates two examples, one linear system for which one gives an exact periodic solution by its analytical expression and another nonlinear system for which one provides exact periodic solutions using qualitative and numerical methods

No full textThrough this study, we aim to highlight the impact of corporate governance on improving the quality of financial information, and the role that governance plays in facing conflict within the company by activating its principles. The study concluded that there is no significant agreement between the conceptual framework of corporate governance and the reality of practices that encourage the adoption of governance principles in the Algerian enterprise in general, and in the Beni Haroun Mills Company in particular. It can be said that adopting corporate governance principles in the institution under study affects 69% of improving the quality of financial information

No full textThis study aimed to highlight the impact of adopting the concept and procedures of internal marketing on the performance of the university professor, and in order to achieve this goal the researcher prepared an electronic questionnaire and sent it to a sample of 385 university professor distributed inside seven colleges of economic, commercial and management sciences in universities: Chlef, El Ouedi, Khenchela, Skikda, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Djelfa, Oum El Bouaghi.
The study found: The existence of a statistically significant correlation between internal marketing and the performance of the university professor amounted to 0,368. The presence of a statistically significant effect of internal marketing on the performance of the university professor from the university professors’ point of view
