The reality of applying organizational justice in the Directorate of Education, Biskra Province
The study aimed at investigating the level of organizational justice in Education Department, wilaya of Biskra . The researcher used the Descriptive analytical approach. The study sample consisted of (48) Employee . Data was collected through the use of questionnaire developed by the researcher. In order to analyze results, means, standard deviation, analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used. The results indicated that the level of organizational justice in Education Department, wilaya of Biskra was moderate and there were no statistical significant differences attributed to the (gender, Qualification Experience). In the last We recommend working towards implementing a system of organizational justice in its various dimensions, To improve the performance of employers and increase morale and job satisfaction
The Reality of the Tourism Services and Travel Agencies in Mila Province and its Impact on Activating Internal Tourism from the Customer\u27s Point of View
This study aimed to know the reality of the services tourism provided by the tourism and travel agencies in Mila province and the extent of their impact on activating internal tourism from the customer\u27s point of view. To achieve this goal, the study based on the approach descriptive and analytical, and the elaboration of a questionnaire consisting of (15) items as a tool for collecting information, and it was distributed to the study sample represented by tourism clients and travel agencies in Mila province, who made internal tourist trips through these agencies.(200) questionnaires were distributed, of which 169 were retrieved for analysis. After the statistical treatment by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program, a set of results was reached, the most important of which is the existence of a positive correlation and impact between the extent of providing tourism services by tourism and travel agencies in Mila province and the revitalization of the internal tourism

The Impact of Organizational Learning on Innovation of New Products in Mobilis Corporation - A Case Study of Agencies in Jijel State
The study aimed to know the impact that organizational learning has on the innovation of new products in the Mobilis Corporation and the agencies of Jijel state, through its three dimensions: the strategic dimension, the organizational dimension and the cultural dimension. The questionnaire was relied on as a tool for collecting the necessary data on the study variables. The study was conducted by Mobilis agencies. For the Wilayat of Jijel (Jijel, Al-Tahir and Al-Millia). The results of the study concluded that there is a strong positive impact of organizational learning in creating new products due to the effect of the organizational dimension in creating new products, and the absence of an impact on both the strategic and cultural dimensions, The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to take advantage of the dimensions of organizational learning, support innovation in the product, and make continuous improvements in the product and its complementary services
Measuring the Effect of Marketing Communication Strategy on Generating Positive Word of Mouth among the Client of the Telecommunications Sector Companies in Algeria Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS- SEM)
this study aimed to measure and analyse the effect of marketing communication strategy tools (advertising, personal communication, public relations, sales promotion, direct marketing) on generating positive word of mouth, among client of telecommunications sector companies in Algeria. we collected data from 400 clients in Mila province, using structured questionnaire, Data were analysed using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS- SEM), using the smart PLS 3.2.8 software, the study results show that al tools of marketing communication strategy have had a positive significant effect on generating positive word of mouth, except personal communication tool
Economic Growth and its Relationship to Monetary Policy -An Econometric Analysis Using Panel Models for A Sample of MENA Countries During the Period (2000-2020)-
Our study aims to know the relationship between monetary policy and economic growth, and for this goal, a sample of MENA countries was selected during the period (2000-2020), by analyzing and interpreting the path of economic growth and the factors affecting it while studying monetary policy and its impact on some macro variables such as unemployment and GDP, to measure some monetary policy indicators on economic growth, Panel Data models were used. The study reached a number of results that there is a weak impact of monetary policy on achieving economic policy objectives considering most of the developing countries in MENA, while the econometric study showed a positive effect and a direct relationship between the growth of money supply and the exchange rate on economic growth, while there is an inverse relationship and a negative impact on the volume of credit provided to the private sector on economic growth

The problem of translating the term between Arabic and English
This paper studies the Theories of Translation and in particular Idiomatic Translation. This humble research also studies the threads that a translator must weave together so as to realize a readable and a comprehensible translated text. A translator, therefore, must translate the text/idiom from the source language (SL) into the target language (TL) preserving fidelity to both languages. This paper also discusses the main points that cause a target text (TT) to be weak, along with the methods that must be followed and applied to make it as efficient as the source text (ST). The problem of translating idioms was also discussed within sociological, social and scientific frames and contexts, alongside its reasons and suggested solutions
