The Mediating Role of Knowledge Management on the Relationship between Human Resource Management Practices and Organizational Performance: Case Study of Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences in Tahri Muhammed University Becher -Algeria
The study aimed to identify the direct impact of HRM practices on organizational performance, and the indirect impact through knowledge management at Tahri M. Bechar University, Algeria. In order to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was designed based on relevant studies to collect data from the study sample,which is represented by 48 teachers. The study found a number of results, the most important are:The existence of a statistically significant effect of HRM practices on organizational performance, and the existence of a statistically significant effect of knowledge management as a mediator in the relationship between HRM practices and organizational performance at Tahri. Developing Algeria’s Tourism Sector: The Search for a Wealth-Generator
Abstract:
The tourism sector in Algeria is facing serious challenges and its contribution to the country’s economy is still limited, despite tremendous natural and cultural potentials, as well as an important tourism infrastructure. Indeed, Algeria is still among the bottom rankings of tourist destinations. This paper tries to put forward a number of ways to develop Algeria’s tourism sector. It seeks to make a contribution to the solution of the various problems and challenges facing the tourism industry in Algeria. It highlights the necessity of boosting domestic and foreign investment in this sector to help generate wealth and jobs to alleviate the impact of the on-going drastic decline in oil and gas prices in world markets on the national economy

The Impact of the Transition towards a Renewable Energy Economy to Achieve Diversification of the Algerian Economy (Analytical and forward-looking approach)
The aim of this study is to foresee and identify the impact of the shift towards the exploitation of solar energy in Algeria as an important source for diversifying the Algerian economy by looking at the resource curse that it is currently suffering from.It has been concluded that solar energy is not expected to become a new curse for Algeria due to the small expected revenue of solar energy, and that oil and natural gas will remain in the future in Algeria,more importantly, the possibility that Algeria may struggle to diversify the economy in the field of alternative energy
The Factors Affecting the Production of Manufacturing Industry in Palestine
This study aimed at identifying the most important factors that affect the production of manufacturing industry in Palestine by conducting a test on the impact of industrial exports, inflation, foreign direct investment, grants and foreign aid, as well as the production of manufacturing industry in Palestine. The descriptive-analytical methodology was used by relying on standard methods to study the factors affecting the production of the manufacturing industry in Palestine. Secondary sources were relied on to collect data by relying on a desk survey of literature related to the research topic as those sources included books, periodicals, published studies and reports that were issued by official authorities to collect data on the study variables. The study community has represented the establishments operating in the manufacturing industries sector in the Palestinian territories. The factors affecting the production of manufacturing industry in Palestine were studied by using the time series during for the period (1996-2018). It relied on modern methods in studying the factors affecting the production of manufacturing industry in Palestine and identifying their statistical characteristics through the use of time series analysis method and the joint integration of Johansson. The model of this study was also estimated through the ordinary Least Squares method (OLS). It concluded a set of important results that were represented in the presence of a positive moral effect of statistical significance for industrial exports on the Production of Manufacturing Industry in Palestine, which is related to the role these exports play in providing foreign currencies to the country and enabling investors in the manufacturing sector to achieve a steady capital expansion as a result to maximize the profitability rates associated with exporting. In addition to the presence of a negative impact with a significance for the rate of inflation in the Production of Manufacturing Industry in Palestine. finally, the results also showed that there was no statistically significant effect for both grants, foreign aid and investment Direct foreign production in the manufacturing industry in Palestine. The study recommended the necessity for the Palestinian National Authority to provide the necessary infrastructure to facilitate the work of the manufacturing sector to enhance its ability to expand production. This is can be done by focusing on establishing well-prepared border industrial zones. Besides, the establishment of industrial zones within the municipalities borders to gather the scattered factories within Residential neighborhoods in Palestine
The Impact of Financial Depth on Economic Growth in Algeria: An Econometric Study Using ARDL Model for the Period (1980-2019)
This paper aims to measure and analyse the effect of the financial depth on the economic growth in Algeria during the period(1980-2019). Using the auto-regressive distributed lags model ARDL. The study uses the money supply M2 as a percentage of GDP to reflect the financial depth, and the GDP per capita to express economic growth. The study also uses the variables of trade openness, gross capital formation, and exchange rate as the control variables. The main finding of this research is the existence of long-term relation between the Financial depth and the economic growth in Algeria

Most of the geographical literatures of the postmodern period, which are interested on the space and Wohnen, are based on the role of qualitative and ethnographic approach in the extraction of field results, indeed, it is one of the most important methods which focuses on the relationship of the individual and society with space, and which interested on the individual\u27s lifestyle and spatiality as it is and not as it is audible or read. This article aims to study the affective relationship between the individual and the space through the concept of Wohnen, by focusing on the individual\u27s social representations about the space in its comprehensiveness, also by focusing on the daily life of the individual through his spatial behaviors and his Wohnen, and all that is included in the geography of the daily life of individuals. The impact of the use of the intranet network on the sharing of knowledge in the economic enterprise - a case study of the LafargeHolcim Cement Production Corporation - M\u27sila -
This research aims to study the role of the Intranet in the sharing of knowledge in the production of cement Lafarge Holcim-M\u27sila - Algeria. The main concepts related to the intranet and its uses in the organization were discussed and shared knowledge, objectives and obstacles.
The descriptive approach was used and the survey was used as a basic tool for obtaining information and using a number of statistical methods to test the hypothesis of the study and analyze its results.
A very low correlation was found between Intranet usage and the process of knowledge sharing by respondents, as well as the absence of an impact on the use of the Intranet to share the knowledge of the institution under study.
