Training and Development of Competencies as a Mechanism to Improve the Competitiveness of Organisations - TheCase of Sidal Group
No full textCompetencies can contribute to building a structured model that can be used to integrate management practices throughout the organisation. By enhancing the harmonization of recruitment practices, performance management, training, development and rewards to improve the organisation\u27s competitiveness. To achieve this, the study used a questionnaire consisting of 28 items to collect preliminary data from the sample of 239 researchers. The research hypotheses were formulated based on the collected data and tested using SPSS. This resulted in several conclusions. Most importantly, training plays a significant role in improving competency performance, which in turn contributes to enhancing the competitive advantage of the organisation. Hence, the paper concludes that there is a strong correlation between the development of competencies and competitive advantage.
 
Ideology versus Ethicality in the Enactment of Obamacare: Justice and Autonomy as Contested Issues
No full textOne of the most politically debatable issues in America is the reform of the healthcare sector. The heated dispute is conducted by liberals and conservatives. Accordingly, among the programs that helped divide the American ideological spectrums was the enactment and implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA, Obamacare) in 2010. The law received unconditional acclaim by liberals and severe criticism from conservatives. The present paper attempts at analyzing both the impetus that lies behind the political division over the law and the conformity of the two ideological spectrums with major public health ethical principles including justice and the respect for persons\u27 autonomy. Through taking Obamacare as a case study, this research uses the Metaphor Theory adopted by George Lakoff in order to trace the endeavor behind the liberal and conservative policies, and employs two key contested principles included in a relevant theory known as Principlism, namely justice and autonomy in an attempt to assess the extent of the liberals\u27 and conservatives\u27 compatibility with public health ethics. This study sums upwith the idea that the liberal moralists show more conformity to public health ethics highlighted by the justice and autonomy principles compared to their conservative counterparts.
 
The Role of Automated Processing in Teaching the Grammatical Rules of the Arabic Language - A Study on the Arabic Writing System
No full textThis study seeks to attempt to shed light on how to process and engineer the texts and grammar of the Arabic language on the computer, and encode them using a set of technologies and software present in the digital content. As the Arabic language is a natural, mathematical and etymological language par excellence, this research aims in the end to obtain an automated educational method to make it easier for every learner to acquire Arabic linguistic structures through modern scientific schemes.
Therefore, we chose the topic: "The role of automated processing in teaching the grammatical rules of the Arabic language - a study on the Arabic writing system - trying to answer the following forms: What are the mechanisms and mechanisms that depend on it in processing Arabic grammar automatically? We follow the descriptive-analytical approach. The research aimed to achieve a set of results, the most important of which is: The Arabic language is a mathematical language par excellence, whose rules can be reduced and shortened and programmed in the computer to facilitate the method of its acquisition.

الإشارة التناظرية والإشارة الرّقمية هما عمليتان لنقل البيانات وتخزينها. (صوت ، صورة ، فيديو ، إلخ). حيث نشأت التناظرية مع ظهور الكهرباء بينما ظهر مصطلح الرقمي مؤخرا مع عصر الكمبيوتر، إنّ مبدأ التناظرية هو إعادة إنتاج الإشارة المراد تسجيلها (صوت ، فيديو ، إلخ) في شكل مماثل على وسيط (مغناطيسي بشكل عام). أمّا في النظام الرقمي، يتم تحويل الإشارة التناظرية التي سيتم تسجيلها إلى رقمية باستخدام محوّل تناظري رقمي. بعد هذا التحويل، تكون الإشارة ليست أكثر من سلسلة من "0" و "1" ، أي إشارة ذات اتساعين بدلا من اللاّنهاية التناظرية. وعلى إثر هذا التطور أصبحنا نتحدّث على مفهوم الافتراضي.

The Palestinian Triangle between Judaization and Annexation (1949-2020)
No full textThe subject of the study revolves around the Israeli concerns about the danger of the Arab demographic expansion on the future of the Jewishness of the state and the most important Israeli attitudesand projects towards the Palestinian Triangle from 1949 until 2020. The study is divided into three axes, preceded by an introduction, followed by a conclusion. The first axis dealt with the stages of theannexing process of the Triangle since (1948) in search of the newly established entity of Israel about a strategic depth by controlling the largest possible area of land with a security and strategic dimension. This axis also examines the Israeli motives behind the idea of abandoning the Triangle in favor of the Palestinian Authority. The second axis monitors Judaization projects in detail, in addition to shedding light on annexation projects, population exchange. Finally, the third axis discussed the role of the Israeli Studies Centers in Israeli decision-making, especially towards the process of annexing the Triangle to the Palestinian Authority, in addition to the factors affecting the decision to exchange lands and annexation between security and demographic justification
