No full textتعتبر الأديبة زليخا السعودي من رواد الأدب الجزائري ما بعد الاستقلال، ومن الأوائل ممن كتبن باللغة العربية في بيئة ذكورية بتميز، حيث اعتبرت صوتا نسويا جريئا، منطلقة من مكتسبات الرومنسية العربية ، في الدعوة لاستمرار الثورة ضد جيل الاستقلال الذي استكان للسلطة، وتميزت بأسلوبها البسيط الذي يعكس علاقة لغتها بالواقع الجزائري آنذاك ، كما لا تخلو أعمالها من ملامح نسوية تميزها عن من جايلها من الأدباء الذين رسموا ملامح التجربة العربية الجزائرية. وقداتبعنا في هذا المقال اجراءات أيلين شوالتر " الجينثويGynocriticism " أي الاهتمام بالكتابة النسوية من كافة الوجوه .
The author Zouleikha Essaoudi is one of the pionners of the Algerian post independence literature and one of the first who wrote in Arabic within a masculine environment. In fact, she was viewed as a daring voice for women as she relied on the acquisition of Arabic Romanticism in order to call for the continuation of the revolution against the independence generation that submitted to the authority. Also, she was renowned for her simple style which reflects the relationship of her language to the Algerian reality then. Further, her literary works contain many feminine characteristics which set her aside from her contemporary authors who depicted the Algerian Arabic experience. And it is worth noting that we followed the procedures of Eline Showlter "gynocriticism" which are interested in the feminine writings from all their facets

No full textThis study aims to shed light on the increasing importance of the public-private partnership in the Saudi Arabia Kingdom, and the growing of available opportunities to attract private investments for many sectors such as aviation, water and port management, as well as clarifying challenges and obstacles of this type of contracting, and requirements for the successful partnership between public and private sectors in order to clarify and crystallize requirements and foundations of the real partnership between them in setting economic policies in order to advance the Saudi economy and achieve the desired economic development in the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The study concluded that the partnership between public and private sectors, if it has the right structure, can be developed successfully, that’s what has been proved by the actual progress made by the Kingdom by opening new sectors and reforming laws and regulations, which led to an increase interest in partnership projects between the public sector and the private one. The Impact of Website Services’ Quality on Users Satisfaction in Higher Education Institutions:: A Survey among the Website Users of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences Faculty of Ferhat Abbas University Setif1 [In Arabic]
No full text This study sought to determine how consumers\u27 satisfaction is affected by the websites of higher education institutions\u27 service quality. The study sample involved 211 users of the website of economics, commercial and management sciences faculty of Ferhat Abbas University in Setif. Primary data were gathered via a questionnaire, and they were analyzed using SPSS.26 software.
The study came to the conclusion that consumers\u27 satisfaction is positively impacted by all aspects of the website service quality. Based on these results, we provided a series of recommendations, with a focus on strengthening the safety and privacy of the faculty website, designating specific staff members to respond to users, boosting the website\u27s functionality, and implementing ongoing changes in line with users needs

No full textThis study aims at revealing the role of in depth investigation in the overall tax situation of people in activating and improving tax collection at the level of the state directorate in mila (2010-2019). Similarly, the taxlegislator searches for the nzczssary mechanism to contribute to incresing the tax collection and fighting tax revenue evasion that harmed the public treasury .
This piece of research concluded that the overall tax situation does not effectively contribute in incresing tax collection . The study found that the amounts to be recovered were high in the majority of the years under study and reched over 80% in 2019. Hence, finding effective solutions by the tax legislator is highly required for the sake of making this kind of control more effective and helping to ameliorate tax collection
Assessing the sustainability of higher education’s institutions from the perspective of Algerian Universities’ teaching staff
No full textThe aim of this study is to assess the sustainability of higher education’s institutions from the point of view of Algerian universities’ teaching staff, We relied on descriptive and analytical method, using electronic questionnaire as a data collection tool, it was distributed to a random sample of 381 teachers, 276 questionnaires were retrieved with a response ratio of (72%) descriptive statistical and deduction tools have also been used to analyse and test the hypotheses of the study using the spss program, The study found that higher education institutions do not apply sustainability from the point of view of the Algerian universities’ teaching staff.
The study recommends that Algerian universities should be interested in developing a clear strategic vision for sustainability through the establishment of environmental and sustainability committees ,and take advantage of the universities\u27 successful experiences in the field of university sustainability

No full textThis article aims to research the significance of indefinite and its eloquence in the Holy Qur’an, as a distinct kind of miraculous divine discourse, because of its wonderful subtleties, signs of miraculousness and the secrets of rhetoric, and this is when denial is used in contexts and communicative positions in which it is the most appropriate in performing indications. And rhetorical purposes deduced from the content of the discourse, which definite noun does not do, and this phenomenon is noticeable in the surahs and verses of the Qur’an, hence the desire to search for the significance and eloquence of indefinite in the Qur’an. Based on this question: What is indefinite noun? What are its rhetorical purposes?
The result is that the indefinite noun has benefits and rhetorical secrets, in which it refers to the goodness of the word and its correctness in its position, necessitated by the context, and the place calls it, some of which were revealed by research through Qur’anic examples, but still need to add those interested in linguistic miracles, and to more rhetorical applications in the Holy Quran.
