The importance of the axes of TQM in higher education A prospective study from student’s point of view at the University of Khenchela

    No full text
This study aims to demonstrate the importance of the application of the TQM in higher education institutions. The importance of this study is that it contains an analytical study of the TQM axes at the University of Abbas Lagrour Khanchela from the student’s point of view, in which it can be expanded and deepenedThe administration of universities and researchers in this field can benefit from it. From the questionnaire, we have also figured out that there is an enormous acceptance and satisfaction by the students on the existence of many quality features in the university under investigation. In this study, we recommend the necessity of benefiting from the concept of TQM and how to apply it for further progress in all domains of university education, through the working on achieving the student’s needs and desires , and to provide various qualified financial and human resources that increase the student’s level and allow to obtain qualified human frameworks. In addition to the work on enhancing the competitiveness ability of universities to face the external challenges and keep pace with the rapid developments of this time

The limits of politeness: therapeutic and courtroom discourse

    No full text
Theories and descriptions of politeness have concentrated on its form and function in ordinary dyadic conversation. This is reasonable, since thepurpose of politeness is to avoid conflict, and conflict is both most apt tooccur, and most dangerous, in that discourse format...This paper extends the examination of politeness to two discourse typesof which conflict is an intrinsic element: psychotherapeutic discourse and thediscourse of the American trial courtroom. It argues that, in these contexts, nonpolite behavior can be systematic and normal. A distinction is proposed, for genres like these, between “non-polite” and “rude”. Consequences arediscussed in terms of power relations between participantsTheories and descriptions of politeness have concentrated on its form and function in ordinary dyadic conversation. This carrier research paper, the title "Image of the African, in the Arab SardExpressor, aspires to read in the novel" An African Night "by Mustafa Laghirir Color, language and culture, despite their affiliation with one local environment, and this is a complementary aspect of critical studies that focus on the civilized conflict between the backward East and the developed West, not to mention the existential crises that this dialectic is exposed to, leading to a feeling of deficiency, loss and rupture, which is left behind by the inferior view of the African self, This creates two types of reaction; Either submitting and surrendering to the fait accompli and accepting the miserable conditions despite its cruelty, or rebellion over the laws of the tribe and the choice of migration towards the lost paradise as an alternative solution; The immigrant is included in an unknown adventure

On weighted Calderon-Zygmund singular integrals and applications

This paper studies some weighted norm inequalities related to some Calderon-Zygmund singular integrals. Applications to the Sobolev-Gagliardo-Nirenberg inequality, differential forms, and the potential equation du= f are given

Exponential growth of solution for a couple of semi-linear pseudo-parabolic equations with memory and source terms

    No full text
This work is concerned with coupled semi-linear pseudo-parabolic equations with memory terms in both equations, associated with the homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition. We show that the solution grows exponentially under specific conditions regarding the relaxation functions and initial energy. In order to prove the result, we use the energy method based on the construction of a suitable Lyapunov function. The most important behavior of the evolution system is the exponential growth phenomena because of its wide range of applications in modern science, such as chemistry, biology, ecology, and other areas of engineering and physical sciences

The adaptive gamma-BSPE kernel density estimation for nonnegative heavy-tailed data: Adaptive gamma-BSPE kernel density estimation for nonnegative heavy-tailed data

    No full text
In this work, we consider the nonparametric estimation of the probability density function for nonnegative heavy-tailed (HT) data. The objective is first to propose a new estimator that will combine two regions of observations (high and low density). While associating a gamma kernel to the high-density region and a BS-PE kernel to the low-density region. Then, to compare the proposed estimator with the classical estimator in order to evaluate its performance. The choice of bandwidth is investigated by adopting the popular cross-validation technique and two variants of the Bayesian approach. Finally, the performances of the proposed and the classical estimators are illustrated by a simulation study and real data

Proposed Model for Assessing CSF of Crisis Management Team: Scientific Committee for COVID-19 as a model (during 2020/2021)

    No full text
The study aims to assess the role of the national committee for monitoring and following up on the COVID-19 virus in managing Algeria’s epidemiological crisis. A model of critical success factors consisting of five elements has been proposed and four outcomes. The coronavirus statistics were relied on during 2020 and 2021, The study concluded that the Scientific Committee’s team for monitoring and following up on the coronavirus crisis has the critical success factors to manage the crisis. The committee was able to develop potential and achieve satisfactory results. The study recommended the need to improve the quality of health services provided to citizens&nbsp

This study aimed to determine the impact of creative capabilities on Strategic Agility of the Algerian Telecom Company. To achieve the objectives of the study, 56 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample The study reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α < 0.05) for creative abilities in the impact of strategic agility in the Algerian Telecom Compan

The Impact of International Standards (IAS/IFRS) on Financial Analysis: Case Study of ENIEM

    No full text
This article deals with how to do the financial analysis according to the standards (IAS/IFRS), adopted by the Algerian Financial Accounting System (SCF-2007), which was applied to Algerian institutions on January 1, 2010. It was found from the applied study (the case of ENIEM Corporation) that the preparation of its financial statements according to the international accounting standards, this preparation greatly facilitated the study of the budget and calculating the result using the tools of financial analysis, where a judgment was reached on the financial position of the institution. The results show than we can make an easy financial analysis in the context of (SCF-2007), and (IAS/IFRS), the enterprise has a structural equilibrium in the long term, but it has some difficulties in the short term

    No full text
The Takaful Participants Fund is one of the most important mechanisms invented by contemporary Islamic jurisprudence, in an attempt to distinguish Islamic Takaful insurance from conventional (commercial) insurance. The Algerian legislator referred to this type of insurance in the text of Article 203 bis of Ordinance No. 95-07 related to insurances, and then addressed its provisions in Executive Decree 21-81, which defines the conditions and modalities of practicing Takaful insurance. In this research, we will focus on studying the provisions related to the participants’ fund that came in the decree, especially those related to the way of managing and exploiting the funds, as well as how to distribute the insurance surplus for this fund
