Measure of noncompactness for nonlinear Hilfer fractional differential equation with mixed fractional integral boundary conditions in Banach space
No full textThe aim of this work is to study the existence of solutions to a class of fractional differential equations with a mixed of fractional integral boundary conditions involving the Hilfer fractional derivative. The proof is based on Monch\u27s fixed point theorem and the technique of measures of noncompactness. Two examples illustrating the main results are also constructed.
Modified projective synchronization of fractional-order hyperchaotic memristor-based Chua’s circuit
No full textThis paper investigates the modified projective synchronization (MPS) between two hyperchaotic memristor-based Chua circuits modeled by two nonlinear integer-order and fractional-order systems. First, a hyperchaotic memristor-based Chua circuit is suggested, and its dynamics are explored using different tools, including stability theory, phase portraits, Lyapunov exponents, and bifurcation diagrams. Another interesting property of this circuit was the coexistence of attractors and the appearance of mixed-mode oscillations. It has been shown that one can achieve MPS with integer-order and incommensurate fractional-order memristor-based Chua circuits. Finally, examples of numerical simulation are presented, showing that the theoretical results are in good agreement with the numerical ones

Malaysia is one of those who has early adopted this step, and get the Malaysian more happy and comfortable, but the transition was not as easy.

We have concluded that the application of Takaful insurance in Algeria faces many obstacles, the basis of which is the legal challenge that constitutes the biggest obstacle to the development of this industry, aswell as the traditional legal environment that often does not comply with Islamic Sharia regulations, as well as the weak efforts of the state in regulating the Takaful insurance industry, The failure to enact laws in line with its requirements, the weak technical and legal training of the human factor, the weak culture and insurance awareness of the Algerian public, all of which stand in the way of the development and growth of Takaful insurance

No full textThis study aimed to show the importance of Zakat for development of Islamic social finance, and enhance its effectiveness during Covid-19 pandemic. The Zakat is one of Islamic social financing tools distributed between profit-making and charitable financing tools, where it is a stable and permanent source of funding and an important component of emergency support programs in times of crises and pandemics. By studying the case of ANNABA Zakat, the study concluded that it works to provide important Islamic social financing, by financing consumer requirements according to priority, and financing investment according to the good loan formula but it was canceled since 2014 because due to the lack of resources allocated for investment and the low rate of loan recovery. In the Covid-19 pandemic, all the resources of the Fund where allocated to finance the consumption of those affected by it. The study recommended diversifying the investment formulas for Zakat resources to enhance the effectiveness of Islamic social financing which is to be achieved within the framework of the executive decree NO 21-179

No full textلقد شكلت مرحلة مابعد الحداثة ثورة عنيفة على النظريات القرائية السابقة التي نظرت إلى النص/الخطاب باعتباره نتاجا جماليا وبلاغيا، يحمل رسالة إلى القارئ ليكتشفها هذا الأخير من خلال عملية تأويلية لسطور النص.هذه الرؤيا شكلت عائقا لنظريات ماقبل الحداثة من حيث استبعادها لما يحمله النص من نتاجات ثقافية تختبئ تحت عباءة سطوره ولا يتمكن من استنطاقها إلّا منهج قرائي جديد هو النقد الثقافي، عبر آليات جديدة لا تنظر إلى الجانب الجمالي الظاهري، بل تكشف عن الجانب القبحي المستتر الذي صنعته ثقافة تولد من خلال بيئتيها الزمانية والمكانية.
The postmodern stage constituted a violent revolution against the previous reading theories that viewed the text/discourse as an aesthetic and rhetorical product, carrying a message to the reader to be discovered by the latter through an interpretive process of the text lines. Cultural products that hide under the cloak of his lines, and only a new reading approach is able to question them, which is cultural criticism through new mechanisms that do not look at the apparent aesthetic aspect, but rather reveal the hidden ugly side created by a culture that is born through its temporal and spatial environment
