    A Standard Study of the Impact of Total Productivity and Inflation on Nominal Wages during the Period (1985-2020)

    This study aimed to analyze a relationship between total productivity and inflation and nominal wages during the period 1985-2020 Through a standard study by applying an autoregressive model(ARDL) Where we divided this research into two parts, a theoretical aspect to study the role of total productivity, and inflation in determining wages , An applied aspect of a Standard Study of the impact of each on the nominal wages in the Algerian economic sector. The results showed the existence of a co-integration relationship in the long run between total productivity, inflation rate and nominal wages through the Bounds test, It also showed an estimate in thelong run on the existence of a positive relationship between the total productivity of the economic sector, the rate of inflation and nominal wage

    Corporate social responsibility in view of the United Nations Global Compact principles and its role in achieving sustainable development Case study of "CHIALI GROUP" Foundation

    The study aims to determine the extent to which business enterprises apply the United Nations Global Compact principles for Social Responsibility and assessing the level of commitment of these institutions to achieving the Sustainable Development goals. The study was applied to the "CHIALI GROUP" Foundation located in Sidi BelAbbes where a questionnaire composed of 50 items has been distributed, and analyzed using SPSS V.22 software. The study found that the foundation under study has adopted the principles of social responsibility stipulated in the United Nations Global Compact, and also the foundation seeks to contribute to achieving sustainable development goals. The study found as well a strong positive correlation between the adoption of corporate social responsibility and the sustainable development goals

The researcher developed the questionnaire to gather data, then received (437) questionnaires, the data were analyzed by using the statistical program SPSS, depending on the means. The study concluded with the following results : the level of complaint handling is relatively average, in addition, her interest in the proposing a solution to the problem strategy in the first following by explaining the causes of failure strategy then the speed of response strategy ,financial compensation strategy comes at the bottom, as the intitution’s interest in it is relatively weak, The study recommended to encourage customers to submit their complaints to the foundation when a service failure occurs, and develop plans and strategies to adress customer complaintsin order to reach their satisfaction and loyalty

    The study aims to test the relationship between the trade openness and the growth of industrial sector During the period (1990-2019), we used the latest statistical methods have been modern in time series of estimation of the unrestricted regression error correction model (autoregressive Distribution lag (ARDL), Using the statistical program (EVIEWS-10). The study concludes that There is an inverse relationship between trade openness and the growth of the industrial sector, and it’s no statistical significance, the technological and technical flows bear won\u27t have any positive impact if it won\u27t lead to the expansion of exports and this what is noticed in the Algerian economy as more than 95% of its exports are oil. The study also recommended directing the financial resources derived from the foreign trade sector and foreign direct investments towards the industrial sector to raise its productivity, especially the industrial sector outside of hydrocarbon
