The accession of the state to economic integration is necessary to provide factors to attract foreign direct investment as well as contemporary global economic changes, especially with regard to economic globalization. Today, the individual state cannot achieve what can be achieved when it joins the economic integration that enables it to activate foreign direct investment and achieve economical development. As most of the countries tended to establish alliances among themselves within the framework of economic integration in order to win the benefits it brings to them, including the provision of inter-attractions to attract foreign direct investment, which contribute to the raising of economic performance, this paper aims to present the experience of the European Union, Was a great success in the process of economic integration as it reached the monetary union and its increasing membership, which made it an economic force that competes with the world\u27s strongest economies and its contribution to providing important inter-factors attractions to attract foreign direct investment and achieve greater development Economy

This research deals with an important issue in the field of computational linguistics, namely the characterization of the Arabic language in the computer, especially in our time, which is witnessing a great technological and media revolution.  Therefore, our language must be according to the computer in order to keep up with this great development by re-understanding it by the computer, to keep up with this great scientific development, because the developed countries come a long way in making their languages it easy, and fit all areas of life. Therefore, we seek through these pages to address one of the levels of the Arabic language, and the level of phonetics, to learn how to characterize it by the computer

Technology today contributes to facilitating the educational process based on various components that have reduced many obstacles at the individual or institutional level for updating frameworks for providing knowledge and marketing it to the recipient. Human civilizations have known over the course of the crisis a remarkable development and the practice of occupying the educational triangle, which consists of a teacher, an educator, and the knowledge text or What we knew under the name of the book, the latter, technology today has worked to reduce the area of its exploitation on paper after a number of digital applications were available to help the knowledge content arrive in an easier and more secure way, and the responsibility here was placed on the recipient and the presenter For information, the application of the Green Book has been provided, which is a statement presented in the form of animated graphics and in colloquial dialect, with green backgrounds that have meaning. This application included the presentation of many types of books in various fields, this is what this research alerts him in two axes: - General description of the Green application- The nature and impact of the educational landscape for implementing the Gree

Effect of dispersal in two-patch environment with Richards growth on population dynamics

    Get PDF
In this paper, we consider a two-patch model coupled by migration terms, where each patch follows a Richards law. First, we prove the global stability of the model. Second, in the case when the migration rate tends to infinity, the total carrying capacity is given, which in general is different from the sum of the two carrying capacities and depends on the parameters of the growth rate and also on the migration terms. Using the theory of singular perturbations, we give an approximation of the solutions of the system in this case. Finally, we determine the conditions under which fragmentation and migration can lead to a total equilibrium population which might be greater or smaller than the sum of two carrying capacities and we give a complete classification for all possible cases. The total equilibrium population formula for a large migration rate plays an important role in this classification. We show that this choice of local dynamics has an influence on the effect of dispersal. Comparing the dynamics of the total equilibrium population as a function of the migration rate with that of the logistic model, we obtain the same behavior. In particular, we have only three situations that the total equilibrium population can occur: it is always greater than the sum of two carrying capacities, always smaller, and a third case, where the effect of dispersal is beneficial for lower values of the migration rate and detrimental for the higher values. We end by examining the two-patch model where one growth rate is much larger than the second one, we compare the total equilibrium population with the sum of the two carrying capacities

Green Jobs in The European Union With Reference To a Set of Experiments [In Arabic]

This study aims to illustrate one of the sustainability outcome and adoption of the green economy, which is Green Jobs. We have tried to define this approach with an explanation of the most important differences between it and the rest of the job types, using the descriptive analytical approach. The study also addressed the reality of green employment in European Union countries by presenting green work areas, support structures, thus we presented the development of this type of employment by figures, and we also presented a set of successful experiences in green employment in different regions of Europe which has allowed to achieve several positive results, including self-sufficiency

This research aimed to examine the influence of Transformational Leadership on Human Resource’s Flexibility. The hypotheses proposed here are tested on a sample of 400 individuals, questionnaires were distributed among workers in SCAEK Aïn El Kebira cement plant (SÉTIF), administrates to technicians. However, only 261 responded back and 228 responses were valid using structural equation modelling as a statistical technique of the multiple linear regression. Our findings showed that Transformational Leadership has only a partial positive effect on Human Resources Flexibility. &nbsp

A Review of the Literature on Internal Audit in the Era of Digital Transformation

    Get PDF
Digital transformation\u27s (DT) potential for disruption has been widely discussed in scholarly literature and practitioner-driven discourses. The internal audit (IA) function is a pillar of the corporate governance function, as it maintains transparency in the dissemination of information and provides oversight and consulting services that assist companies in achieving their goals.           The challenges created by the DT to IA are twofold: the increase in the volume of data and the automation of processes. The purpose of this paper is to present the latest research findings on the impacts of digital transformation on the internal audit function. By conducting a literature review, a summary of the most frequently discussed literature attributes is also presented in this paper. This review ultimately reveals that internal audit quality in light of digital transformation contributes to business value creation and reporting quality improvement. Employing digital transformation mechanisms helps the internal auditor perform a comprehensive assessment and prepare periodic reports that incorporate highlights
