The Investment Strategy of Global Sovereign Wealth Funds During the Period of the Pandemic (COVID-19)
This study aims to determine the extent of the contribution of sovereign wealth funds during the COVID-19 crisis, and its ability to continue post-Covid and to remedy the changes in the economic environment resulting from the outbreak of the epidemic.The most important results reached in general, included the application of sovereign wealth funds to different strategies by allocating huge expenditures to the investment activity that contrast between mitigating and adapting to global economic changes and seizing opportunities to enhance returns on its investment portfolios and the growth of investment in biotechnology was noticeably higher than the rest of the industries, as it financed research and development for the manufacture of respirators and supported the development of vaccines
Enhancing Food Security by Moving towards a Sustainable Agricultural System: A Case Study of Algeria in Light of the COVID-19 Pandemic
This study searches to analyze the mutual effects of the food security and agriculture sectors in Algeria, especially in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as to study the various programs and funds that Algeria has harnessed to enhance its food security by upgrading the agricultural sector and ensuring its sustainability. The study concluded the need to take care of the sustainability of the agricultural system by preserving the environment and ensuring the rights of future generations to the same extent that guarantees abundantagricultural production, which would enhance Algeria\u27s ability to provide food and improve the quality of life for individuals, especially in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. Also, the study concluded several strategic proposals to support the Agriculture Division in Algeria, along with financing programs that allow the sustainability of the sector in order to enhance food security
The Role of Islamic Financial Institutions in Establishing Social Responsibility: An Analytical Study
The study aims to know the social role entrusted to Islamic financial institutions, which is derived in its origin from the legal texts that urged cooperation and synergy between the groups of society with limited and no income, by trying to reach the embodiment of the legitimate purposes through zakat, good loan and others, whose results are directly reflected on Social development. We have relied on the descriptive analytical approach by collecting data issued in official reports of reliable scientific journals. The study came to the conclusion that Islamic financial institutions contribute very little to social responsibility globally, and the reason for this is the failure of Islamic financial institutions to disclose the size of zakat, charitable works, charity and others in their financial reports, as well as the small size of the sample approved in financial reports (360). The Role of Strategic Vigilance in Improving the Quality Decision in Economic Institution:A Field Study with the Use of Path Analysis on Algerie Telecom Company
This study aims to identify the role of strategic vigilance on improving quality decisions, through analyzing the relationship between intelligence dimensions (the foresight, system thinking, the future vision and motivation) and quality decisions, because the strategy vigilance becomes one of the most challenges to monitor information and conduct.it is very important and inevitable for the economic institutions especially the Algerian ones which face other competitive institutions. The Algerian institutions must become flexibleand adaptable constantly with update environment internal and external college necessity, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data on the study’s variables. The research used path analysis to analyses and test hypothesis. The study concluded that there is a relationship of impact and correlation between strategic vigilance with its dimensions and improving quality decisions. 
The Financial Disclosure Of Companies Listed On The Algerian Stock Exchange During The Period 2010-2020
This study aims to assess the financial disclosure of the companies listed on the Algerian Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2020, as financial disclosure plays a major role in the investors’ decision-making, so the Algiers Stock Exchange obliges the issuing institutions to disclose to protect investors on the one hand, and enhance the efficiency of the stock exchange on the other hand.
The study concluded that the institutions listed on the Algerian Stock Exchange adhere to the disclosure system when publicly resorting to savings, and after entering the stock exchange, however, this disclosure does not comply with the Algerian financial accounting system, which requires the issuance of updated systems that are compatible with the Algerian financial accounting system modified and complementary to the current systems

In this paper, we prove existence, uniqueness stability results for a class of initial value problem for fractional differential equations involving generalized ψ-Hilfer fractional derivative. The result is based on the Banach contraction mapping principle. In addition, two examples are given to illustrate our results

The Impact of Knowledge Management on the Creative Abilities of Employees: A Field Study at the African Company of Glass – Jijel [In Arabic]
This study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management on the creative abilities of employees of the African Company of Glass - Jijel, where the study included dimensions of the Knowledge Management, which are: Knowledge diagnosis, knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, in addition dimensions associated with the creative abilities of employees, by relying on the descriptive analytical method as a methodology of the study, And the questionnaire as an essential tool in collecting study data from a sample of 65 workers. They were chosen at random, the study concluded that the level of knowledge management processes in the African Company Glass - Jijel was weak in all its dimensions, and there is a positive impact of knowledge management processes on the creative abilities of employees in the Company. In light of the findings, the study recommended the need to pay attention to improving knowledge management processes and enhancing the creative capabilities of employees and working to develop them at the African Company of Glass - Jijel
An Analytical Study of Development of Financial Inclusion Indicators in Some Countries of the Maghreb and the Arab Gulf during the Period (2004-2020)
This study aims to analyse the development of indicators of financial inclusion in a group of Gulf and Maghreb countries during the period from 2004-2020, as the goal behind this analysis is to investigate the reality of financial inclusion in the economies of Arab countries and also to highlight the most important challenges hindering the promotion of financial inclusion at the level of these Arab countries.. Besides, the study concluded that the rates of financial inclusion recorded within the partial indicators in the Arab Gulfcountries are relatively high and acceptable to the same extent, and some of the rates recorded even in some developed countries are commercial, this is in contrast to the rates recorded in the Arab Maghreb countries, including Algeria.
