    The Forms of Implantation of Foreign Banks in Algeria: Evolutions of Practices and Effects on External Financial Risks

    Algeria has experienced deep mutation of its relations with foreign banks. The forms of establishment of those banks in the country have adjusted to economic and political changes, moving from cross border claims to local claims through branches and subsidiaries.     The study aimed to identify the impact of the application of job performance planning in improving the institutional performance of the Palestinian ministries and governmental institutions, through the analysis of the job performance planning stage. The comprehensive survey method was used in collecting and analyzing data, and to answer the study questions, the statistical package for social studies (SPSS) program was used. The most important results of the study are the existence of an effect of applying job performance planning in improving the Palestinian governmental institutional performance, and that the governmental institution sets specific and measurable goals at all administrative levels to a large extent, and there are clear and specific performance indicators to measure the results required to be achieved by employees in the ministry to a large extent      The study aimed to identify the impact of the application of job performance planning in improving the institutional performance of the Palestinian ministries and governmental institutions, through the analysis of the job performance planning stage.     Fiscal Policy and Economic Balance in Libya

    The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of fiscal policy on the internal and external economic balance in the Libyan economy during the period 1990-2020.To achieve this goal, the research employed the developed ARDL model.The most important results of the research indicated that there is a negative relationship between the fiscal policy index represented by public spending and the two general economic balance indicators represented by the price level represented by the consumer price index as a representative of the internal economic balance in Libya, and the trade balance index used as a representative of the external economic balance in the Libyan economy

    This study aimed to shed light on the role of external audit in combating the crime of tax evasion, by addressing general information about external audit and the nature of tax evasion in theory, and conducting a field study in the Office of the Governor of Accounts, accompanied by an analytical study of a group of its annual reports. The study concluded that the external auditor has an effective role in combating tax evasion through his mission within the institution and reviewing all accounting documents and records to ensure the validity, honesty and reliability of the financial statements and the financial position of the institution. The institution, which also allows him to discover violations, errors, and tax evasion. Addressing the receivables payable which the external auditor summarizes in his annual report.   &nbsp

    The Development of Electronic Banking Services is a Requirement to Promote Financial Inclusion: Case of Algeria

    This article aims to shed light on the reality of electronic banking services in Algeria and demonstrate their contribution to supporting and promoting financial inclusion. This is done by conducting an analytical study on the reality of electronic banking services in Algeria (systems of electronic payment) and showing their relationship and role in promoting financial inclusion.      The results of the study concluded that despite the development of electronic banking services in Algeria and the increase in their use in recent years, their contribution to enhancing financial inclusion has not reason to the required level, especially with regard to the index of digital banking services (via the Internet and mobile phone) and the index of credit cards, which reflect the weak use of digital channels, ATMs and electronic payment terminals

    The study aims to test the impact of financial investors\u27 sentiment on the returns of IDX Index (JKSE) stocks in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2001-2022 using the autoregressive model conditional on the generalized inhomogeneity of variance (GARCH). The study was based on the monthly data of each of the consumer confidence index, which expresses investor sentiment, and the returns of the (JKSE) index.       The results showed that there was a statistically significant positive effect of the changes in investor sentiment on the returns of the (JKSE) index during the study period
