The sounds, if they join together, form vocabulary, and this formation and composition takes place as a result of a specific arrangement, for this is why it is said that the sound is the articulation instrument, and the essence that the cutting performs, and in it there is the composition, and the movements of the tongue will not be a verbal or a balanced speech And not scattered except by the appearance of the sound, and the letters are not words except by cutting and composition, so the rhyming effect on the prostrate sometimes and, and at other times we oblige ourselves to rhymes and establish the weight, that we want from behind our words the benefit of the absent, the present, the present and the past     In this intervention, we will try to stop at the problematic boundaries of what is the concept of the Arab communism theory? Then what is the importance of this theory? As long as the limits of Arabic letters are known to the general and the private, then why are some voices more rotating in speech than others
