No full textLa actividad desarrollada por el Instituto de Pastoral Andina desde su fundación nos ha favorecido a todos los interesados por el porvenir de las iglesias andinas. Esta actividad del Instituto de Pastoral se ha concentrado principalmente hasta ahora en el campo de la antropología-religiosa. Los resultados de estas investigaciones tan valiosas han ido apareciendo en las diversas publicaciones del I.P.A. Hoy se echa de menos otra clase de investigación. Se trata de descubrir la teología, que envolvía el mensaje evengélico, cuando nuestra comunidades eclesiales campesinas de los Andes recibieron la fe cristiana.The activity carried out by the Andean Pastoral Institute since its foundation has favored all of us interested in the future of the Andean churches. Until now, this activity of the Pastoral Institute has been mainly concentrated in the field of religious-anthropology. The results of these valuable investigations have been appearing in the various publications of the I.P.A. Today another kind of research is missing. It is a matter of discovering the theology, which involved the evangelical message, when our peasant ecclesial communities of the Andes received the Christian faith

The compilation of the field material is due to the need to satisfy the question "How do traditional, magical-religious rites work in agricultural work and what are the socio-cultural consequences in the process of changes that are taking place in the valley? sacred to the Incas? The workers and some students of the Yucay Farm were the informants for this data collection, which, in our opinion, reflects reality without distorting it.La presentación de este trabajo no supone una hipótesis que requiera de un planteamiento doctrinario, científicamente imprescindible. La recopilación del material de campo se debe a la necesidad de satisfacer la pregunta "¿Cómo funcionan los ritos tradicionales, mágicos-religiosos, en las labores agrícolas y cuáles son las consecuencias socio-culturales en el proceso de cambios que se operan en el valle sagrado de los incas?" No full textLas relaciones del hombre y de los animales como parte de la ecología humana (relación hombre-naturaleza) revisten especial importancia en una cultura como la quechua con pocos conocimintos tecnológicos. Del dominio detallado de sus costumbres y hábitos, dependen, en muchos casos, las actitudes que el hombre debe adoptar para manejar la naturaleza y su mundo espiritual; así por ejemplo, la presencia de un halcón cerca a un individuo que se encuentre en pastoreo en las partes altas, dominio de los apus, le indicará en ciertas ocasiones, que el Dios pide una ofrenda o que algo no marcha debidamente; otros animales le dirán acerca de la presencia o ausencia de lluvias, el fin de una estación, o simbolizarán algo en un sueño.The relationships between man and animals as part of human ecology (man-nature relationship) are especially important in a culture like Quechua with little technological knowledge.
