Get PDFThis paper presents the development and implementation of the IFRS17 Formulated Brighton Mahohoho Inflation-Adjusted Automated Actuarial Loss Reserving Model, lever- aging advanced Random Forest techniques to enhance data analytics in fire insurance. The methodology encompasses the simulation of synthetic fire insurance data with key variables such as claim frequency, severity, and inflation rates. Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and data visualization techniques were employed to assess relationships and trends, aligning the model with IFRS17 compliance standards. Random Forest regression models were developed to predict claim frequency, severity, and inflation adjustments, integrating these predictions to estimate future loss reserves. Robust evaluation metrics, including Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), ensured model accuracy. Stress testing and scenario analysis were conducted to assess the model�s resilience under various conditions. Key IFRS17 metrics such as Present Value of Future Cash Flows (PVFCF), Risk Adjustments, and Contractual Ser- vice Margins (CSM) were calculated, offering a comprehensive approach to actuarial loss reserving. No full textThe foundation of this paper is the generation of all life by evolution. By this as- sumption, �everything� has to be compatible with Darwin�s theory. I discuss some issues that concern animate beings. I ask some rhetorical questions. Answers are provided by speculations. I present arguments for an evolution and general thoughts. I show that some properties of animate beings are compatible with an evolution. The arguments except those in the chapter �Homosexuality� are ideas of mine. All points only are personal views.

Evolution of Entering the Caste-based Untouchability System in Nepal
Get PDFThe early history of Nepal centers around the Kathmandu Valley, believed to have been covered by a water pond in ancient times. Over thousands of years, as the water receded, people settled here, starting with groups of migrants and cow herders known as \u27Nepa.\u27 The Gopal and Mahishapal rulers followed, associated with agricultural professions. The Kirata Period followed, marked by warrior Aryan Kiratas who ruled after defeating the Mahishapals. The origin of the Kiratas is debated, with various theories about their entry into Nepal. This period is mentioned in Hindu texts, and it\u27s believed that Kiratas might have a connection with the Ancient Indus civilization. Despite uncertainties, it\u27s agreed that Kiratas ruled Nepal after the Mahishapals. The Kirata era stood out for its egalitarian society, contrasting with later caste systems. Gautama Buddha\u27s time saw the arrival of Shakya refugees. Afterward, various groups, including Licchavi, Koli, and Malla, entered Nepal due to political changes and the rise of Magadha in India. The Lichchavi Period witnessed the development of confederations in the Terai region. Lichchavis eventually defeated the Kirata king, established a caste system, and declared themselves descendants of Surya, Raghu, and Rama. Lichchavis followed Hinduism and enforced caste divisions, leading to a societal shift. This historical journey reveals a Nepal shaped by migrations, changing rulers, and evolving societal structures. The Kirata Period stands as a unique phase of equality, while the Lichchavi Period introduced the caste system. Get PDFThe study of psychosocial risks at the group level and operational distress among employees in Salvadoran companies is scarcely addressed, despite the significant importance organizations place on this issue. This study aims to understand employees\u27 perceptions of these psychosocial risks and distresses through an assessment of their prevalence using the Healthy Talent Model� and HTMetrics PCAS Tool�, with the goal of proposing interventions to mitigate negative impacts. A descriptive analysis using frequency tables was conducted. The findings confirm the prevalence of occupational stress, the presence of psychosocial risks at the group level, and operational distress. Finally, various levels of intervention are proposed to address these issues in Salvadoran companies
Eternal Formalism: about the Judicial Reform in Mexico
Get PDFThis study offers a critical and hermeneutic analysis of some substantial points proposed in the latest project for reforming the federal judiciary of the Mexican state. The primary focus of this project is to propose a new model for selecting judges, aimed at legitimizing its members through citizen voting, similar to certain federal entities in the United States and to the constitutional model of the state of Bolivia. However, this project overlooks some fundamental elements, such as formation (Bildung), emphasizing that legal formalism remains a cornerstone in the teaching and practice of law in Mexico. Without overcoming this, achieving a paradigm shift that improves the Mexican judicial system and brings it closer to a new vision of understanding and applying the law becomes a highly complex task to resolve
