    We have already presented our concept to close more extensive defects after tumor resection of basal cell carcinoma in the head and neck region in scientific journals [1, 2]. Essentially, the procedure consists of suturing a defect wound by approximation with an overlocking hem suture. over a period of about 3 months. The granulating wound is additionally covered by a collagen membrane and protected with a custom-made, stitched-on dressing plate. It seems to us to be logical to do this also for resection defects of other resection defects of other entities

    Hyaluronic Acid and Recombinant Enzymes Pbserum Low for the Treatment of Sagging Body Skin

    Body flaccidity is one of the most significant physical concerns today. Flaccidity manifests as weakened, rough skin with a noticeable loss of tone and elasticity, deviating from the aesthetic ideal. The causative factors are both intrinsic, such as the natural aging process, and extrinsic, including stress, alcohol, and sun exposure, among others. Women are the gender most prone to flaccidity and are more vulnerable to societal and media messages, leading these physiological changes to have a negative impact on their body image perception and psychological well-being. Here, we present a clinical, open-label study, involving 18 patients, who were treated for their flaccidity areas with Low 1.5 HA pbserum, a cocktail of recombinant enzymes, collagenase, lipase, and lyase, together with high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (HA). Our study showed that Low HA 1.5 pbserum significantly improved body flaccidity after 36 days of treatment. It was effective against skin flaccidity in 92 % of patients. It also improved firmness in 92 % of women and reduced fat in 84 %.� We also measured the patient satisfaction and 93% of women were satisfied with the treatment. The product was well tolerated, permitting a good quality of life

    Oxidative Stress in Oral Mucosa Cells of Adults with Fixed Orthodontic

    Objective: The aim of our study was to assess the level of cytotoxicity of orthodontic appliances by checking the hypothesis that they induce an oxidative stress in mucosal cells. Methods: Our study included two groups: 29 controls and 34 patients undergoing orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances. Samples were collected before bonding (T0), after one month (T1), and after three months (T2) of treatment.�� Results:� Results indicate the presence of oxidative stress following bonding, with significant differences in catalase activity (p = 0.039 at T1; p = 0.01 at T2) and in SOD activity (p = 0.001 �at T1 and T2). The highest levels of enzymatic activities were recorded at T1 for both enzymes�but subsided at T2, suggesting cellular self-repair capabilities in response to orthodontic alloys.�� Conclusion: In view of our results, an appropriate choice of orthodontic alloys is required. Moreover, an identification of the subjects at risk for developing corrosion and galvanism and more attention are required to avoid ionic release in the oral cavity

Further, the Constitution makes it mandatory for the Government to protect and promote freedoms and to assure every citizen a decent standard of living. In other words, the Indian Constitution guarantees the basic rights to every citizen of India Which are Claims of a person over other fellow being ,over the Society, over the government and recognized by the society ,sanctioned by the Law. . This paper dealt with general Constitutional Laws of India and the amendments made into Constitution of India. The paper tells us about the schemes for realization of the above mentioned goals are contained in the Fundamental Rights enshrined in the Constitution Part III and Part IV .     Here we trace the electrolytic deposition of copper and copper composites from a solution of the metal chloride salt in ethylene glycol / choline chloride based eutectics. This work also explores the use of the electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) to monitor both the deposition and the inclusion of inert particulates into the copper coatings. This technique allows the first in-situ the determination the thickness of coated copper beside particulate inclusion. However the composition of composite material was strongly dependant on the amount of species suspended in solution and the size of incorporated alumina particles. It was also revealed that the majority of material was dragged onto the surface that has been shown in the difference on thickness between copper coated with 50 nm and 1? alumina

    Study on Pipe Plugging Mechanism based on Polyurethane Magnetic Capsules

    Piping is one of the important causes of accidents in water conservancy facilities such as embankments and dams. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the timely plugging after the occurrence of dike piping. Based on the plugging of pipeline magnetic materials, this paper proposes a new method of plugging piping holes with PMC. Combined with the experimental method, the effects of different ratios of oily and waterborne polyurethane and the amount of magnetic powder on the plugging effect of PMC were investigated. The main results are as follow:(1) Under the same ratio of oily polyurethane and waterborne polyurethane, the more the magnetic content in the mixture, the easier the PMC is adsorbed by the strong magnetic field at the water inflow, and the more the magnetic material and polyurethane capsule are gathered in the water inflow. The comprehensive analysis shows that the magnetic capsule has the best plugging effect on piping when the content of magnetic material is 45g and 60g.(2) In the case of the same amount of magnetic materials, the ratio of oil polyurethane and waterborne polyurethane used in the test is 1:1,1:2,1:3,2:3, respectively. The water inflow curve is basically the same, and the more the proportion of oil polyurethane in the mixed polyurethane grouting fluid, the faster the PMC reacts with water, the less the final water inflow, and the four mixed polyurethane slurry ratios selected in the test can achieve better plugging effect. The research in this paper provides a good theoretical and experimental basis for piping rescue technology and magnetic material plugging in the future
