Access to Treatment and Waiting Times in Primary Oral Health Care: Dental Nurses 2021
No full textAineisto on osa kyselykokonaisuutta, jonka tavoitteena oli selvittää julkiseen suun perusterveydenhuoltoon pääsyn odotusaikoja. Kyselyt kerättiin kansalaisilta, hammashoitajilta sekä suun terveydenhuollon johtajilta. Tämä aineisto käsittelee hammashoitajien kyselyä, jossa tarkoituksena on selvittää mielipiteitä potilastietojärjestelmien käytettävyydestä hoidon tarpeen arvioinnin tehtävissä. Aluksi vastaajilta tiedusteltiin, kuinka usein he tekevät hoidon tarpeen arviointeja ja pyydettiin arvioimaan omaa osaamista hoidon tarpeen arvioinnissa. Lisäksi kysyttiin liioittelevatko asiakkaat oireitaan vastaanottoajan saannin nopeuttamiseksi, sekä menevätkö asiakkaat kenen tahansa hammaslääkärin vastaanotolle, vai suosivatko he tiettyä hammaslääkäriä. Tämän jälkeen esitettiin väittämiä potilastietojärjestelmien käyttöön liittyen, kuten tarvittavasta osaamisesta, hyödyistä ja toiminnallisuuksista, esimerkiksi tiedon välittämisestä potilastietojärjestelmän avulla eri toimijoille. Pyydettiin myös arvioimaan omaa tyytyväisyyttä potilastietojärjestelmään hoidon tarpeen arvioinnin tehtävissä. Lopuksi pyydettiin vielä arvioimaan, uskovatko vastaajat asiakkaiden tietävän, että internetissä julkaistaan tietoa terveyskeskusten hammaslääkärien vastaanottojen odotusajoista, sekä kysyttiin, miten tieto odotusajoista internettiin tuotetaan. Taustamuuttujia ovat syntymävuosi, työkokemus, työskentelyfrekvenssi hoidon tarpeen arvioinnin tehtävissä, terveyskeskuksen väestömäärä ja käytetty potilastietojärjestelmä.The data is part of a set of surveys aimed at determining waiting times for access to public primary oral health care. The surveys were collected from citizens, dental nurses, and oral health care managers. This material covers the survey of dental nurses, which aims to find out their opinions on the usability of patient information systems in assessing the need for treatment. First, respondents were asked how often they assess the need for treatment and to evaluate their own competence in these tasks. They were also asked whether clients exaggerate their symptoms to get an appointment sooner, and whether clients go to any dentist or prefer a specific dentist. After this, statements were presented regarding the use of patient information systems, including the skills required, benefits, and functionalities, such as the transfer of information to different parties using the patient information system. Respondents were also asked to rate their satisfaction with the patient information system in terms of assessing the need for treatment. Finally, respondents were asked to assess whether they believed that customers were aware that information on waiting times for dental appointments at health centers was published on the internet and asked how information on waiting times was produced for the internet. No full textTutkimuksessa selvitetään epäasiallisen ja väkivaltaisen kohtelun esiintyvyyttä pelastusalalla ja ensihoidossa Suomessa vuonna 2024. Lisäksi tarkastellaan näiden ilmiöiden vaikutuksia sekä keinoja niiden ehkäisemiseksi. Kysely on osa tutkimushanketta Pelastustoimen nollatoleranssi syrjinnälle ja häirinnälle - faktaa vai fiktiota? (Nollatoleranssi-hanke), jossa selvitetään pelastusalan ja ensihoidon kokeman epäasiallisen ja väkivaltaisen kohtelun yleisyyttä, ilmenemismuotoja, toimenpiteitä ja vaikutuksia. Kyselyn alussa kartoitetaan vastaajien kokemuksia tai havaintoja epäasiallisesta tai väkivaltaisesta kohtelusta sekä työskentelyorganisaation sisällä että sen ulkopuolella. Esiintyvyyttä selvitetään muun muassa kysymällä, kuinka usein vastaajat itse tai heidän kollegansa ovat kohdaneet erilaisia epäasiallisen tai väkivaltaisen kohtelun muotoja (esim. uhkailu, seksuaalinen häirintä, syrjintä) viimeisen 12 kuukauden aikana. Tämän jälkeen vastaajia pyydetään tarkentamaan kokemuksiaan ja havaintojaan eri kohtelun muodoista. Epäasiallisen tai väkivaltaisen kohtelun vaikutuksia (fyysiset/psyykkiset/ammatilliset) arvioidaan kysymällä, millaisia ja kuinka pitkäkestoisia vaikutukset ovat olleet. Lisäksi selvitetään, miten vastaajat ovat reagoineet tällaisiin tilanteisiin. Seuraavaksi kyselyssä tiedustellaan, onko vastaajan organisaatiossa käytössä ilmoitusjärjestelmä, jonka kautta voi raportoida epäasiallisesta tai väkivaltaisesta kohtelusta. Vastaajilta kysytään myös heidän näkemyksiään ilmoitusjärjestelmien toimivuudesta ja käytöstä sekä heidän kokemastaan työuupumuksen tasosta. Lopuksi kartoitetaan vastaajien mielipiteitä organisaation toimenpiteistä epäasiallisen tai väkivaltaisen kohtelun ehkäisemiseksi sekä näiden toimenpiteiden vaikuttavuudesta. Taustamuuttujina aineistossa ovat vastaajan ammattiryhmä, organisaatioasema, organisaatiokuuluvuus, sukupuoli, työrytmi, uran pituus, yhteydenottomenetelmä sekä kieliversio.The study examined the prevalence of inappropriate and violent treatment in Finland's rescue services and emergency medical care, as well as the impacts of these phenomena and potential preventive measures. The survey is part of the Zero Tolerance project (Pelastustoimen nollatoleranssi syrjinnälle ja häirinnälle - faktaa vai fiktiota?), which explores the prevalence, manifestation, measures, and effects of inappropriate and violent treatment experienced in the rescue and emergency medical services sectors. At the beginning of the survey, respondents were asked whether they had experienced or observed inappropriate or violent treatment, either within their own organization or from external sources. The prevalence of such treatment was assessed by asking how often the respondents or their colleagues had encountered various forms of inappropriate or violent behavior (e.g., threats, sexual harassment, discrimination) during the past 12 months. After this, the respondents were asked to specify their personal experiences and observations related to the different forms of treatment The effects of inappropriate or violent treatment (physical/psychological/professional) were assessed by asking about the type and duration of the impacts. Additionally, the survey explored how the respondents reacted to such situations. Next, the survey asked whether the respondent's organization has a reporting system in place for reporting inappropriate or violent treatment. The respondents were also asked for their views on the functionality and use of these reporting systems, as well as their level of work-related exhaustion. Finally, the survey gathered the respondents' opinions on the measures taken by their organization to prevent inappropriate or violent treatment and the perceived effectiveness of these measures. Experiences on Shared Custody and Sharing Children's Expenses 2024
No full textAineisto koostuu kirjoituksista, joissa vastaajat kertovat kokemuksistaan liittyen eron jälkeiseen vuoroasumiseen ja lasten kulujen jakamiseen. Aineisto on kerätty alun perin pro gradu -tutkielmaan, jonka aiheena oli vuoroasuvan lapsen asumisjärjestelyt ja vuoroasumisen kustannusten jakautuminen. Kirjoituskutsussa vastaajia pyydettiin kirjoittamaan omin sanoin ja vapaamuotoisesti oman perheen vuoroasumiskäytännöistä. Vastauksessaan kirjoittajan toivottiin kuitenkin huomioivan keruukutsussa annetut kirjoittamista ohjaavat apukysymykset. Apukysymyksissä kysyttiin, miten vuoroasuvan lapsen asuminen on perheessä järjestetty, millä tavalla lapsiin liittyviä kustannuksia on perheessä jaettu sekä miten lapsen mielipide on huomioitu vuoroasumisjärjestelyssä. Vastaajia pyydettiin kertomaan kirjoituksessaan myös lasten iät sekä nimiä mainitsematta sen, keitä kotitaloudessasi asuu. Taustatietona kysyttiin ikäryhmää ja sukupuolta. The data were originally collected for a Master's thesis. In the writing call, respondents were asked to write in their own words and in a free-form way about their own family's alternating housing practices. However, the writer was asked to take into account the writing prompts provided in the writing call. These questions asked about the way in which a child living in the family was accommodated, the way in which the costs of the children were shared within the family and how the child's opinion was taken into account in the accommodation arrangements. Respondents were also asked to include the ages and names of the children, without mentioning who lives in your household. The background information asked included age and gender. Finnish Opinions on Security Policy and National Defence 2024
No full textMaanpuolustustiedotuksen suunnittelukunnan (MTS) haastattelututkimuksessa selvitettiin Suomen kansalaisten mielipiteitä Suomen ulko-, turvallisuus- ja puolustuspolitiikasta, maanpuolustuksesta, asevelvollisuudesta sekä Venäjän hyökkäyssodasta Ukrainaan. Tutkimuksessa esitettiin kysymyksiä turvallisuuteen ja turvallisuudentunteeseen vaikuttavista tekijöistä, turvallisuuden kehityksestä seuraavan viiden vuoden aikana sekä eri tahojen vaikutuksesta Suomen turvallisuuteen. Vastaajilta kysyttiin myös huolta aiheuttavista tekijöistä, varautumisesta erilaisiin uhkiin sekä luottamuksesta Euroopan unionin tulevaisuuteen. Lisäksi selvitettiin vastaajien luottamusta Puolustusvoimien kykyyn torjua sotilaallisia uhkia, suhtautumista Suomen Nato-jäsenyyteen ja Euroopan unionin sekä Naton väliseen yhteistyöhön. Kyselyssä kartoitettiin myös mielipiteitä Suomen kutsuntajärjestelmän uudistamisesta sekä Ukrainan auttamisesta. Taustamuuttujina aineistossa on vastaajan sukupuoli, ikä, äidinkieli, työelämään osallistuminen, ammatti/asema, koulutus, elämäntilanne, kotona asuvien lasten iät, perheen tuloluokka, ruokakunnan koko, aluemuuttujat sekä puoluekanta.The annual Finnish Opinions on Security Policy National Defence survey charted Finnish public opinion on foreign policy, defence policy, security, military alliances, military service, and international armed conflicts at the time of the survey. Some questions examined views on factors affecting safety and security. This survey round also included questions about the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Opinions were charted on the success of foreign policy in the previous few years, funds allocated to the Defence Forces, whether Finland should resort to armed defence in case of any sort of attack, whether the respondents would be prepared to participate in national defence according to their abilities, and how the global security situation would develop in the next five years. Views were probed on the current, conscription-based defence system and whether women should also participate in conscription. Satisfaction with defence policy in the previous few years was also investigated. The respondents were asked to evaluate the impact of several countries and organisations, such as Russia, China, US, UN, NATO and EU, on Finland's security. The respondents were asked to evaluate Finland's preparedness for the prevention of various security threats, such as armed attack, energy supply issues, infectious diseases and epidemics, environmental hazards, political pressure from other states, economic crisis, terrorism, and attacks against information systems and networks. Views on how the military situation in nearby regions would develop during the next decade were also examined. Next, the respondents were asked whether their trust in the future of the European Union had weakened, strengthened or stayed the same. Views on co-operation between EU and NATO to increase security in Europe were also investigated. Additionally, the respondents' trust in the ability of the Finnish Defence Forces to defend Finland against military threats was examined. The respondents were asked how different issues affected the safety and security of Finland. These included, among others, Finland's EU membership, Finland's NATO membership, participation in the EU defence and in international crisis management. Views were also charted on Finnish military cooperation in the EU, with NATO, other Nordic countries, and the United States. Concerns caused by certain phenomena and issues were charted, such as withdrawals from arms controls agreements, climate change, various infectious diseases and epidemics, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, organised crime, international terrorism, inflation, cyberthreats, political extremism, racism and current developments in Russia, the US, the Middle East and Afghanistan. On the topic of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the respondents were asked whether the EU and its member states should continue to offer military and financial support to Ukraine and impose sanctions on Russia. The respondents were also asked whether other NATO states should be ready to defend Finland in case of an armed attack on Finland and whether Finland should be prepared to defend other NATO states in case of an armed attack on another NATO state. Background variables included, among others, the respondent's gender, age, native language, economic activity and occupational status, household composition, ages of children living at home, gross annual income of the household, level of education, region of residence and political party choice

No full textAineisto on osa Terveyden ja hyvinvoinnin laitoksen toteuttamaa kyselykokonaisuutta, jonka tavoitteena oli tuottaa tietoa lastensuojelun ympärivuorokautisten yksiköiden toiminnasta, laajuudesta ja sisällöstä. Kyselykokonaisuus toteutettiin osana Lasteri-hanketta. Tämä aineisto muodostuu kunta- ja kuntayhtymäkohtaisesta kyselystä, jonka tarkoituksena oli kartoittaa lastensuojelupalveluiden tarjontaa ja organisointia kunnissa ja kuntayhtymissä. Ensimmäiseksi tiedusteltiin onko kyseisellä kunnalla omia lastensuojelulaitoksia. Lisäksi tiedusteltiin kuuluuko kunta kuntayhtymään sekä hankkiiko kunta lastensuojelupalveluita ostopalveluna. Edelleen tiedusteltiin kuntayhtymän nimeä sekä onko kuntayhtymässä omia lastensuojelulaitoksia ja mitkä kunnat niitä käyttävät. This data set consists of a survey conducted in municipalities and joint municipal authorities in order to identify the provision and organisation of child protection services in municipalities and joint municipal authorities. The first question asked was whether the municipality in question had any child protection institutions of its own. It was also asked whether the municipality belonged to a joint municipal authority and whether the municipality purchased child protection services from external providers. Next, the name of the joint municipal authority was asked and whether the joint municipal authority had its own child protection facilities, and which municipalities used them. No full textKyselyllä kartoitetaan maahanmuuttajataustaisten suomalaisten demokratia-asenteita, poliittista osallistumista sekä läheisten kanssa käytäviä keskusteluita poliittisista ja yhteiskunnallisista kysymyksistä. Kyselyvastauksia hyödynnetään Valtioneuvoston kanslian rahoittamassa Ulkomaalaistaustaisten ja vieraskielisten suomalaisten yhteiskunnallinen osallistuminen (UTViS) -tutkimushankkeessa, jonka yhtenä tavoitteena on kartoittaa sellaisten suomalaisten poliittista kiinnittymistä, joiden vanhemmista ainakin toisella on tausta ulkomailla. Aineisto on kerätty osana Gen2-kyselytutkimuspaneelia, joka kuuluu kansalliseen yleisen mielipiteen mittaamisen infrastruktuuriin (The Finnish Research Infrastructure for Public Opinion, FIRIPO). Aluksi vastaajilta tiedusteltiin käsityksiä demokratiasta Suomessa erilaisten väittämien avulla sekä tyytyväisyyttä demokratian toimivuuteen. Seuraavaksi vastaajilta kysyttiin kevään 2023 eduskuntavaaleissa äänestämisestä ja heidän puoluevalinnastaan. Tämän jälkeen kartoitettiin vastaajien yhteiskunnallista osallistumista kuluneen neljän vuoden aikana. Vastaajilta kysyttiin esimerkiksi, ovatko he osallistuneet rauhanomaisiin mielenosoituksiin. Seuraavaksi pyrittiin selvittämään, miten vanhempien mahdollinen tausta muualta kuin Suomesta on voinut vaikuttaa siihen, miten vastaajat ovat keskustelleet poliittisista ja yhteiskunnallisista kysymyksistä yhdessä vanhempiensa kanssa. Aluksi kartoitettiin vanhemman taustaa ja syitä, joiden vuoksi vanhempi muutti Suomeen. Seuraavaksi vastaajan tuli arvioida erilaisia vanhempaan liittyviä väittämiä ajatellen lapsuus- ja nuoruusaikaansa. Väittämät käsittelivät esimerkiksi poliittista aktiivisuutta, poliittista keskustelua ja äänestämistä. Tämän jälkeen vastaajat arvioivat vastaavanlaisia väittämiä nykyhetkeä ajatellen. Lopuksi kysymykset käsittelivät rasismia. Vastaajilta kysyttiin esimerkiksi, onko rasismi heidän mielestään ongelma suomalaisessa yhteiskunnassa. Taustamuuttujina ovat muun muassa vastaajan ikä, sukupuoli, maakunta, vaalialue, kuntaluokitus, koulutustaso, ammattiryhmä, puoluekanta ja tieto maanosasta, jossa vanhemmat ovat syntyneet.The survey examines the attitudes of second-generation immigrants in Finland toward democracy, their political participation, and how they discuss political and social issues with those close to them. The survey responses are used in a research project funded by the Prime Minister's Office on the social participation of Finns with foreign background and foreign-language speakers (UTViS). The data were collected through the Gen2 survey panel, which is part of the Finnish Research Infrastructure for Public Opinion (FIRIPO). The survey began by asking respondents about their views on democracy in Finland using various statements. They were also asked about their satisfaction with the functioning of democracy. Next, respondents were asked whether they voted in the 2023 parliamentary elections and which party they chose. The survey then examined their societal participation over the past four years, including, for example, whether they had taken part in peaceful demonstrations. The next section focused on how having a parent from outside Finland may have influenced political and societal discussions between respondents and their parents. Respondents were first asked about their parents' background and reasons for moving to Finland. They then evaluated a series of statements about their parents' political engagement, discussions, and voting behavior during their childhood and adolescence. Similar statements were then assessed in relation to the present day. Finally, the survey addressed experiences and perceptions of racism, including whether respondents believe racism is a problem in Finnish society. Background variables included the respondent's age, gender, region of residence, electoral district, statistical grouping of municipalities, level of education, occupational group, party affiliation, and the continent of birth of their parents

Aineisto on kerätty osana Päättäjäpaneelia, joka kuuluu kansalliseen yleisen mielipiteen mittaamisen infrastruktuuriin (The Finnish Research Infrastructure for Public Opinion, FIRIPO). Aluksi vastaajille esitettiin yleisiä väittämiä liittyen suomalaiseen demokratiaan ja yhteiskuntaan. Tämän jälkeen vastaajia pyydettiin sijoittamaan itsensä vasemmisto-oikeisto-akselille sekä tiedusteltiin vastaajien näkemyksiä siitä, kuinka paljon tietyillä toimijoilla on päätösvaltaa kunnissa. Respondents were then asked to place themselves on the left-right axis and were asked about their views on how much power certain actors have in decision-making in municipalities. Next, they were asked about their satisfaction with the functioning of democracy in Finland and asked to respond to statements related to politics and society. Finally, statements were made on civic participation and cooperation between municipalities and residents. Aineisto on kerätty osana Päättäjäpaneelia, joka kuuluu kansalliseen yleisen mielipiteen mittaamisen infrastruktuuriin (The Finnish Research Infrastructure for Public Opinion, FIRIPO). Aluksi vastaajilta tiedusteltiin puolueettomuuteen liittyen erilaisia väittämiä ja sitä missä määrin vastaaja kokee tiettyjen tapausten käsittelyn puolueettomaksi kunnassaan. Tämän jälkeen tiedusteltiin ajatuksia siitä, että joillakin poliitikoilla on poliittisia tehtäviä usealla eri poliittisella tasolla. Cancer Patients' Experiences of Psychosocial Support 2024
No full textAineisto koostuu kirjoituksista, joissa yli 18-vuotiaat syöpää sairastavat ja syöpäsairaudesta parantuneet henkilöt kertovat kokemuksistaan liittyen psykososiaaliseen tukeen. Aineisto on kerätty alun perin pro gradu -tutkielmaan, joka käsitteli syöpään sairastuneiden psykososiaalisen tuen kokemuksia ja tarpeita. Kirjoituskutsulla pyrittiin keräämään kokemuksia liittyen syöpään sairastumiseen, kuntoutumiseen, saatuun psykososiaaliseen tukeen sekä tuen tarpeisiin ja odotuksiin. Kirjoituskutsussa annettiin muutamia apukysymyksiä, joita vastaajan oli halutessaan mahdollista käyttää kirjoittamisen apuna. Apukysymyksissä pyydettiin muun muassa kuvailemaan omaa käsitystä psykososiaalisesta tuesta ja sen vaikutuksia omaan elämään elämän eri vaiheissa. Lisäksi tarjottiin mahdollisuutta kirjoittaa siitä, millainen tuki on ollut vastaajalle tärkeää sairauden eri vaiheissa, miten se on vaikuttanut häneen ja keneltä vastaaja on tukea saanut. Kirjoittaa sai myös esimerkiksi siitä, mitkä tekijät ovat olleet esteenä tai haasteena tuen hakemisessa. Taustatietona kysyttiin sukupuolta ja ikäryhmää.The data consists of writings in which cancer patients and cancer survivors write about their experiences of psychosocial support. The data was originally collected for a Master's thesis on the experiences and needs of cancer survivors for psychosocial support. The writing invitation aimed to collect experiences related to cancer, rehabilitation, psychosocial support received, and support needs and expectations. The writing invitation provided a number of supporting questions which the respondent could use to assist in the writing process. These questions asked the respondent to describe, among other things, his/her perception of psychosocial support and its impact on his/her life at different stages of his/her life. The respondent was also given the opportunity to write about what kind of support has been important to them at different stages of their illness, how it has affected them and from whom they have received support. No full textKiertotalousbarometrin yrityskyselyssä selvitettiin suomalaisten yritysten kiertotaloustuntemusta, kiertotaloustekoja ja liiketoiminnan yhteyttä kiertotalouteen sekä yritysten edustajien näkemyksiä kiertotalouden merkityksestä. Lisäksi kyselyssä selvitettiin, kuinka merkittävänä kiertotaloutta pidetään niin yritysten arvojen kuin liiketoiminnan kannalta. Barometri toteutettiin Suomen ympäristökeskuksen toimesta Circwaste Life IP -hankkeessa yhteistyössä ympäristöministeriön ja työ- ja elinkeinoministeriön kanssa. Yrityskyselyssä selvitettiin ensimmäiseksi kiertotalous-termin tunnettuutta sekä vastaajien arvioita erilaisten toimien merkittävyydestä kiertotaloudelle. Seuraavaksi kysyttiin kiertotalouden merkitystä yrityksen arvoille, ja kartoitettiin millaiset kiertotaloustoimet ovat osana yrityksen liiketoimintaa. Vaihtoehdot kattoivat esimerkiksi kierrättämiseen, jakamistalouteen sekä materiaali- ja energiankulutuksen vähentämiseen liittyviä toimia. Erilaisiin toimiin liittyen selvitettiin myös, tarjoaako yritys kiertotalouteen liittyvää koulutusta henkilöstölle tai onko yrityksessä tehty esimerkiksi ympäristövaikutusarviointeja. Seuraavaksi vastaajia pyydettiin arvioimaan kiertotalouden vaikutuksia yritykseen tähän mennessä. Arvioinnit koskivat muun muassa yrityksen kilpailukykyä, tuotannon tehokkuutta, liiketoiminta- ja kasvumahdollisuuksia, kustannuksia sekä yrityksen kokemaa säätelyä. Tämän jälkeen kysyttiin näkemyksiä siitä, kuinka yrityksiä pitäisi tukea kiertotalouteen siirtymisessä. Lopuksi barometrissä pyydettiin vielä vastaamaan, lajitellaanko yrityksessä yhdyskuntajätettä ja onko jätteiden lajittelulle aiheutunut haasteita yrityksessä. Taustamuuttujia aineistossa ovat yrityksen tarjonta, toimiala, henkilöstömäärä ja toiminta-alue, sekä yrityksen kasvutavoite ja keskimääräisen vuotuisen liikevaihdon suuruus. Kyselyyn vastannutta yrityksen edustajaa pyydettiin lisäksi kuvaamaan oma asemansa yrityksessä.The Circular Economy Business Barometer examined Finnish companies' awareness of the circular economy, their circular economy actions, and the relationship between circular economy practices and business operations. The survey also explored company representatives' views on the significance of the circular economy in terms of corporate values and business strategy. The barometer was conducted by the Finnish Environment Institute as part of the Circwaste Life IP project, in collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. The survey first assessed familiarity with the term "circular economy" and respondents' evaluations of the importance of various actions related to it. It then explored the relevance of circular economy principles to company values and identified which circular economy practices were integrated into business operations. These included activities related to recycling, the sharing economy, and reducing material and energy consumption. The survey also investigated whether companies provide circular economy-related training for staff or conduct environmental impact assessments. Respondents were asked to evaluate the effects of circular economy practices on their company to date, including impacts on competitiveness, production efficiency, business and growth opportunities, costs, and regulatory experiences. The survey further gathered opinions on how companies should be supported in transitioning to a circular economy. Finally, respondents were asked whether their company sorts municipal waste and whether they have encountered challenges in doing so. Background variables in the dataset include the company's offerings, industry sector, number of employees, operational area, growth objectives, and average annual turnover.
