ANÁLISIS COMPARATIVO DE LA CALIDAD DEL GASTO DE LAS MUNICIPALIDADES DE LIMA METROPOLITANA PERIODO 2019-2021
No full textThe reformulation of the Peruvian public administration responds to issues such as corruption, sectarianism and lack of economic policies that encourage social welfare, one of the slogans is the search for efficiency, effectiveness and transparency in the execution of budgets. The emphasis is placed on regional and local governments, for channeling the public budget. Thus, the research analyzed the quality of expenditure of the Municipalities of Metropolitan Lima for the period 2019-2021, assuming that a good execution of the budget is capable of increasing the general well-being of the population. The study was descriptive-comparative, with a quantitative approach, whose sample is 43 District Municipalities of Lima, to collect information, the documentary analysis guide was used. The results show that the majority of municipalities in Metropolitan Lima do not execute their expenses according to the allocation of their budgets, causing a great disparity in the quality of public spendingLa reformulación de la administración pública peruana responde a cuestiones como la corrupción, sectarismo y falta de políticas económicas que incentiven el bienestar social, una de las consignas es la búsqueda de la eficiencia, eficacia y transparencia en la ejecución de presupuestos. El énfasis se coloca en los gobiernos regionales y locales, por canalizar el presupuesto público. Así, la investigación analizó la calidad de gasto de las Municipalidades de Lima Metropolitana del periodo 2019-2021, presuponiendo que una buena ejecución del presupuesto es capaz de incrementa el bienestar general de la población. El estudio fue de tipo descriptivo-comparativo, con enfoque cuantitativo, cuya muestra es de 43 Municipalidades distritales de Lima, para recolectar información se empleó la guía de análisis documental. Los resultados evidencian que la mayoría de municipalidades en Lima Metropolitana no ejecuta sus gastos según la asignación de sus presupuestos, ocasionando una gran disparidad en la calidad del gasto público

No full textIn July 2021, the Mexican government launched a call to promote solidarity initiatives that contributed to the contingency of Covid 19 in support of confinement at home.The objective of this research was to find the benefits of learning based on challenges with the application of a social campaign in graphic design students, aligned to the announcement. The methodology was carried out in five stages: Analysis of the situation and development of the first proposal; Realization of a forum with experts; Adjustments based on previous comments; Presentation of final results; Recovery of the experience.The results are several campaigns with assertive and creative proposals. It was concluded that, by having a challenge established by the Mexican government, the students acquire a greater formality and interest, value external consultancies to the class and have the satisfaction of contributing to a problem focused on Social DesignEl gobierno mexicano lanzó en julio de 2021, una convocatoria para promover iniciativas solidarias que contribuyan a enfrentar la contingencia de Covid 19 como apoyo al confinamiento en casa. El objetivo de esta investigación fue encontrar los beneficios del aprendizaje basado en retos con la aplicación de una campaña social en estudiantes de diseño gráfico, alineada a la convocatoria. La metodología se realizó en cinco etapas: Análisis de la situación y desarrollo de la primera propuesta; Realización de un foro con expertos; Ajuste con base en los comentarios anteriores; Presentación de resultados finales; Recuperación de la experiencia. Los resultados son varias campañas con propuestas asertivas y creativas. Se concluye que, al tener un reto establecido por el gobierno de México, los estudiantes adquieren una mayor formalidad e interés, valoran las asesorías externas a la clase y tienen la satisfacción de contribuir a un problema enfocado a Diseño Social

No full textThe management of occupational stress is a problem that affects organizations, because it influences the performance of workers, affecting the climate and decreasing productivity, hence the need for the figure of the leader who can better the problem situation and positively influence the organizational climate. In this way, the research is developed in the description of how executive leadership is important and influences the management of occupational stress in the workers of the Cristo Nos Valga District Municipality - Piura. The descriptive research is based on the use of the quantitative and qualitative methodology, cross-sectional, making use of the survey technique. In addition, the population and sample is made up of 112 administrative workers. Finally, the results showed that there is a directly proportional relationship between managerial leadership and occupational stress of the workers of the Cristo Nos Valga Municipality of PiuraEl manejo del estrés ocupacional es un problema que afecta a las organizaciones, porque influye sobre el desempeño de los trabajadores, afectando el clima y decayendo la productividad, de ahí que se necesite la figura del líder que pueda mejor la situación problemática e influya positivamente sobre el clima organizacional. De esta manera, la investigación se desarrolla en la descripción de cómo el liderazgo directivo resulta importante e influye en la gestión del estrés ocupacional en los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital Cristo Nos Valga – Piura. La realización de investigación descriptiva parte de uso de la metodología cuantitativa y cualitativa, de corte transversal, haciendo uso de la técnica de encuesta. Además, la población y muestra está conformada por 112 trabajadores administrativos. Finalmente, los resultados mostraron que existe una relación directamente proporcional entre el liderazgo directivo y el estrés ocupacional de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Cristo Nos Valga de Piura
CUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS OBLIGACIONES TRIBUTARIAS DEL IMPUESTO AL VALOR AGREGADO EN LA EMPRESA SERVI PETROL, C.A.
No full textThe purpose of this research is to describe the fulfillment of the tax obligations of the value added tax in the company Servi Petrol, C.A., the methodology was descriptive, with a documentary, transectional design. The target population of the study were the documents containing the information on the formal and material duties of the company. For data collection, the technique of documentary observation was used. The data analysis was carried out through content analysis. The results reflected that the company maintains a medium compliance with VAT tax obligations. As a conclusion, it is affirmed that the company does not comply correctly with its tax obligations, which is why it is exposed with sanctions typified in the Organic Tax Code (2008), in its articles 101, 102, 103 and 104propósito describir el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias del impuesto al valor agregado en la empresa Servi Petrol, C.A., la metodología fue de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño documental, transeccional. La población objeto del estudio fueron los documentos contentivos de la información sobre los deberes formales y materiales de la empresa. Para la recolección de los datos se utilizó la técnica de la observación documental. El análisis de los datos, se realizó mediante el análisis de contenido. Los resultados reflejaron que la empresa mantiene un mediano cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias del IVA. Como conclusión se afirma que la empresa no cumple en forma correcta con sus obligaciones tributarias, razón por la cual está expuesta a sanciones tipificadas en el Código Orgánico Tributario (2008), en sus artículos 101, 102, 103 y 104

No full textThis article seeks to develop a theoretical review to determine the influence that microfinance and its main product, microcredit, have had as a driving force for the economic growth of nations. For this purpose, the historical-logical, deductive, inductive and historical- logical methods were used. In this study, the different favorable and opposing currents on the influence of financial development and economic growth are described; the main characteristics of microfinance and microcredit are described; the results obtained by several researches on the benefits that microfinance has shown on variables such as poverty and income are also described. Finally, some research showing the empirical results of the quantitative relationship between economic growth, microfinance and microcredit are describedEste artículo busca desarrollar un recorrido teórico para determinar la influencia que han tenido las microfinanzas y su principal producto, el microcrédito, como motor de impulso para el crecimiento económico de las naciones: para lo cual se utilizaron los métodos histórico lógico, deductivo e inductivo e histórico lógico. En este estudio, se describe las distintas corrientes favorables y opositoras sobre la influencia que tiene el desarrollo financiero y el crecimiento económico, se describen las principales características de las microfinanzas y el microcrédito; también se describen los resultados obtenidos por varias investigaciones acerca de los beneficios que han mostrado las microfinanzas en variables como la pobreza, el ingreso. GESTIÓN LOGÍSTICA EN LOS DEPARTAMENTOS DE CONTROL DE ESTUDIOS DE LAS INSTITUCIONES PÚBLICAS DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR
No full textThe objective of the research was to describe the logistics management in the departments of control of studies of the public institutions of higher education in the Eastern Coast of the Lake. Methodologically, it was characterized as a descriptive research, with a non-experimental, field and transectional design. The population consisted of 12 subjects, which represent the personnel working in the study control departments of the University of Zulia (LUZ), the University Institute of Technology of Cabimas (IUTC) and the Rafael María Baralt Experimental University (UNERMB), respectively. The technique used was the survey. For data collection, a Likert-type questionnaire instrument composed of 56 items was designed, this instrument was previously validated by five experts in the area. The results obtained allowed to conclude that the variable logistics management of the institutions studied is developed with a moderate level of complianceLa investigación tuvo como objetivo describir la gestión logística en los departamentos de control de estudios de las instituciones públicas de educación superior en la Costa Oriental del Lago. Metodológicamente se caracterizó como una investigación de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño no experimental, de campo y transeccional. La población estuvo conformada por 12 sujetos, los cuales representan el personal que labora en los departamentos de control de estudios de la Universidad del Zulia (LUZ), el Instituto Universitario de Tecnología de Cabimas (IUTC) y la Universidad Experimental Rafael María Baralt (UNERMB), respectivamente. La técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta. Para la recolección de los datos se diseñó un instrumento cuestionario tipo Likert compuesto por 56 ítems, dicho instrumento fue validado previamente por cinco 5 expertos en el área. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron concluir que la variable gestión logística de las instituciones estudiadas se desarrolla con un moderado nivel de cumplimiento
