Autoprotective Activity of Glyzimed
The actoprotective activity of Glyzimed, which contains herbal plants Hypericum perforatum L., Ziziphora pedicellata Pazij et Vved., Mediazia macrophylla and rhizome parts of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. was studied on experimental animals. Experimental studies were carried out on male white mice weighting 18-22 g. The comparative actoprotective activity of glyzimed, piracetam, and phytin, was studied on adult white mice, which were exposed to the forced swimming until the development of obvious signs of fatigue and the grip strength of paws was tested using a grip strength system device (Ugo Basile Srl, Italy). The animals of the experimental groups were intragastrically administered an aqueous solution of glyzimed using a syringe with a metal probe at doses of 10, 25 and 50 mg/kg, piracetam - 100 mg/kg and phytin - 200 mg/kg one day and one hour before the start of the experiment. Antihypoxants statistically significantly increase the maintaining of physical performance, and activity of glyzimed is almost twice superior to piracetam. Glyzimed can be proposed as an effective actoprotective medicin

Сhange in mentality towards disabled people in Сentral Asia
In early societies, the disabled occupied the position of flawed, inferior, poor people: they were considered a burden, people unable to benefit. But before the Zorastrian religion, the idea of physical defects was understood as a punishment for sins or as a sign of possession by evil spirits. This attitude towards the disabled often led to the fact that they were shunned, feared and considered outcasts of society. The daily lifestyle of people with physical and mental disabilities in those days turned into restriction and isolation, their exclusion from normal life, labor relations, creative spheres. This article is about the tolerant attitude of people to the disabled. This is done in the Avestan meaning in relation to persons with disabilities. Since ancient times, people in the east have been treated with tolerance. The nature of the attitude towards disability and the life of each nation is based on the mentality and religious relations of this nation. In particular, in Central Asia in ancient times, human life was determined on the basis of religious beliefs. For example, there was a pre-Islamic religion Zorastrianism. It has the words "good thoughts, good words, good work." This is proof of a tolerant attitude towards disabled people. The Holy Book of Zoroastrianism in Avesto also calls for tolerance attitude

Historiography of the Architecture of Higher Education Institutions in the beginning of the 17th century - the middle of the 18th century
During the Ashtarkhanid dynasty (1601-1753) of the Bukhara Khanate, which played an important role in the history of the statehood of our country, one of the important tasks was the development of science and the reform of the education system. Despite the constant wars and internal conflicts during the Ashtarkhanid era, education, science, and culture did not stop in the Bukhara Khanate. Especially during the Ashtarkhanid era, many madrasahs functioned as educational centers. During this period, the madrasah was considered a secondary and higher educational institution. Madrasahs were accepted by graduates. Madrasah education lasted 7-12 years, depending on the students' abilities, and was from 10 to 40 years old. They are divided into three groups depending on the level of knowledge: A'la (higher), avsat (middle), adno (lower
The harbingers of breaching of the Abbasid Caliphate’s symbolism during the dominance of foreign powers on the caliphate. Comparative Critical overview
This study explores a significant phenomenon characterized by the harbingers of the symbolic authority of the Abbasid Caliphate during periods of foreign dominance. It provides an analysis, critique, and comparison of the strategies employed by the Turkish, Buyids, and Seljuks, which contributed to the weakening of the caliphate. Throughout these three historical periods, the Abbasid Caliphate experienced profound vulnerability, as external forces marginalized their political significance, reducing their role to one of religious symbolism. Furthermore, the caliphs lost the sanctity and influence they once held during the prosperous and powerful days of Islamic rule, as this symbolic authority became shared with Seljuk officials. This research project seeks to bridge this gap by shedding light on the impact of foreign powers on Islamic authority within the context of the Abbasid caliphate during the Turkish, Buyids, and Seljuk eras
Observations on the Poetics of Erkin Vahidov's Poetry
Erkin Vahidov's poetry, in particular, his ghazals (a genre in poetry) and poems, fell into a period of condemnation and rejection of aruz (a style in lyrics). Perhaps this is why the use of complex words in the work of this particular poet, the ability to turn simple, folk sentences into beautiful poetic lines, has emerged. Nevertheless, Erkin Vahidov was able to create unique examples of poetry without focusing on the beautiful Arabic and gorgeous Persian words. Thus he modernized the old aruz style. However, the same cannot be said of his artistry, that is, his attitude to the means of artistic expression. In other words, Erkin Vahidov did not simplify the traditional arts, but "discovered" their new aspects in the example of his poetry. We study the stylistic devices in the poem "Human" in the lyrics of the poet. Samples of stylistic devices are analyzed in the text of the poem, which reveals the universal, philosophical idea
