Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) - fairly common disease which is one of the most relevant problems in gynecological endocrinology. IN review article presents modern data on the etiology, pathogenesis of PCOS. Given rationale for the frequent combination of hyperandrogen and insulin resistance in PCOS. Folklore has always been an integral part of the cultural identity of people, providing a rich repository of images, symbols, and themes for poets and writers. In Karakalpakstan, folklore occupies a central place in the cultural identity of its people. Ibragim Yusupov is one of the most prominent contemporary poets and songwriters from Karakalpakstan, whose works are characterized by a strong connection to the region's cultural heritage. His lyrics often feature references to traditional motifs and symbols, such as mountains, rivers, animals, and plants, which are used to convey complex emotions and ideas. Therefore, the political circumstances of his era, which were represented by the Peloponnesian Wars and the execution of his teacher Socrates, had a great impact on the construction and formation of his political and social thought, which was represented by their permanent connection. The developments witnessed by societies and the circumstances they are experiencing serve as a driving factor towards the production and innovation of ideas. As the intellectual influences that surrounded Plato’s thought, this influence cannot be denied because it represents the first thought of any human being. The first environment plays a major role in moulding the human being into a specific mold. However, this was not enough. Here we do not believe in the unity of the cause, but rather in the multiplicity of causes, as his aristocratic upbringing was due to.
