The Role Of Foreign Investments In Economic Development And The Legal-Economic Conditions Created For Them
Foreign investments play a significant role in the development of the national economy. They bring not only financial resources but also innovation, technology, and managerial expertise. The effective attraction of these investments is directly linked to the legal and economic conditions established by the state. In Uzbekistan, measures to support foreign investors include tax and financial incentives, investment legislation, free economic zones, and public-private partnership mechanisms. These initiatives create opportunities for job creation, enhancing export potential, and promoting technological modernization in the country. At the same time, ensuring the stability of legal guarantees, reducing bureaucratic barriers, and protecting investors' rights are essential for securing long-term inflows of foreign capital

Strategic Historical And Pedagogical Analysis Of Teachers’ Professional Development
This article examines the historical and pedagogical foundations of teachers’ professional development in the general education system. Based on the pedagogical and philosophical heritage of Eastern thinkers such as Abu Nasr al-Farabi, Abu Rayhan al-Biruni, Abu Ali ibn Sina, Alisher Navoi, Yusuf Khos Hajib, as well as representatives of the Jadid movement, particularly Ismail Gasprinskiy, the study reveals the evolution of professional, moral, and spiritual requirements for the teacher’s personality. The concepts of knowledge, cognition, virtue, wisdom, and continuous intellectual development are interpreted as key methodological sources for the formation of modern teachers’ professional competencies. Personalized Learning In English Language Teaching: Theory, Implementation, And Challenges
Personalized learning has gained prominence as a learner-centered approach that adapts goals, pathways, pacing, and supports to individual needs while sustaining high expectations. This article traces the historical development of personalized learning and examines its theoretical roots in John Dewey’s learner-centered pragmatism, Lev Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory and zone of proximal development, and Carl Rogers’ humanistic, person-centered education. Building on these foundations, the paper explains why personalized learning is expanding in contemporary schooling: learner diversity, competency-oriented curricula, digital learning ecosystems, and renewed emphasis on agency and lifelong learning. The article then outlines practical methods for implementation in English language teaching, including differentiated instruction, mastery-based learning, blended and flipped models, station rotation, project-based learning, learning contracts, formative assessment cycles, and portfolio-based reflection. Finally, it synthesizes major pedagogical challenges that frequently appear during implementation—role transition for teachers, classroom management of multiple pathways, assessment alignment, equity and access, workload and time constraints, and responsible use of learning data—and proposes design principles to mitigate these risks.
Methodological Approaches To Designing A System For Developing Geographical Culture
This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing a methodological system aimed at forming geographical culture in future geography teachers. The study scientifically substantiates the role of competency-based, systemic, activity-oriented, learner-centered, integrative, and information and communication technology (ICT) approaches within the methodological system. The target, content, technological, and diagnostic components of the methodological system are identified, and their interrelationships are revealed. The research findings contribute to the modernization of the process of training geography teachers
