The first step in self-reflection should be to consider why we choose the professional role we have. We may return to that fundamental reason when we are perplexed by the centrifugal forces and chaos of situations, characters, and the myriad details on the periphery once we understand it. The reason we're in a role isn't always important to our life's purpose. It's what we believe we're here to do, what we believe our talents are. Sometimes the reason is only transitory, which is also useful to know. In that scenario, it's a good idea to go back and find the main aim to which this temporary goal ties. The main goal of this research paper is to define medical ethics and analyze the related legal framework in order to arrive at a solution from a medical standpoint. No full textThe study and improvement of the life status of children with congenital cleft lip and palate using temporary silicone nipples and plates showed a positive effect on the development of speech defects and on the anthropometric parameters of the maxillae and dentoalveolar arch. 135 infants born with CCLP were recruited, of which 83 were male and 52 were female. The babies were divided into 2 groups. Group 1 - the main group of 68 infants (of which 42 are male and 26 are female) and group 2 - the control group of 66 infants (of which 41 are male and 26 are female). The studied changes and their systematization lead to a decrease in maxillofacial pathologies, as well as growth and development of the definition, which contributes to the non-hormonal development of the child. The introduction of the obtained data into practical healthcare will reduce the proportion of maxillofacial anomalies. For the first time, the method of using early orthodontic treatment of children with CCLP, carried out with the help of the "Dental Obturator for orthodontic treatment of children with CCLP" was scientifically substantiate

The Drug Alphakalcidol Effectiveness in Osteoporosis in Patients with Systemic Sclerodermia
No full textAccording to the WHO, this metabolic disease of the skeleton belongs to the leading non-infectious human pathologies after cardiovascular, oncological and diabetes mellitus. The article presents the results of studying the frequency of reducing bone mineral density and its relationship with traditional risk factors and clinical parameters, the effectiveness of the drug alfaphorcal (alfacalcidol) in complex treatment in 40 patients with systemic scleroderma with osteoporosis and osteopenia. According to ultrasound osteodensitometry, osteoporosis and osteopenia are a frequent complication of systemic scleroderma and are detected in 57.5% of patients. The incidence of osteoporosis in this disease is much higher with a long course of the disease and menopause. In patients with systemic scleroderma with osteoporosis, alfacalcidol at a dose of 0.5-1.0 μg per day leads to a significant reduction in bone pain, normalization of bone remodeling processes, and an increase in bone strength

The problem of the research lies in preparing educational leaders in a way that suits the changing conditions and interacts with them. It is unreasonable to wait for educational leaders who live with their traditional ideas to prepare for us a generation that is abreast with modern technological and scientific developments unless we prepare them in a proper way that put them in a balanced line with those developments. Hence, the research problem lies in studying the leadership qualities of teachers in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences from the point of view of their students. As for the research sample, it included students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Tikrit University, as they were selected from four-year students of the college. The researcher used the questionnaire as a research tool to collect data and information related to the subject of the research. It consists of a set of various questions and inquiries that are related to each other in a way that achieves the goal that the researcher seeks to address in the light of his subject and the problem he has chosen for his research.
