Tactics of Treatment of Severe Foot Injuries
Any, even minor, injury to the foot causes great discomfort, because every step gives off severe pain. At the same time, such injuries are one of the most common reasons for going to the emergency room. The human foot is a complex support and spring complex that carries the load of the whole body. In this article highlights of tactics of treatment of severe foot injurie
Sarcoptic Scabies Disease and Treatment Methods
Scabies, caused by the Sarcoptes scabiei mite, is a highly contagious skin infestation that affects millions of people worldwide. It is characterized by intense itching, redness, and the presence of burrow tracks on the skin. Effective treatment methods are essential to alleviate symptoms and eradicate the mite infestation. This article discusses the disease and various treatment options availabl
Possibilities of Magnetic Resonance and Computed Tomography in Early Detection of Joint Changes In Rheumatoid Arthritis Disease
Early detection of joint damage by MRI and CT methods relative to the stage of the disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis observe
Modern Pathogenetic Mechanisms of Systemic Scleroderma
Systemic scleroderma is a chronic and often progressive autoimmune inflammation of the connective tissue, characterized by fibrosis of the skin and internal organs, widespread vascular lesions with unknown etiology, and heterogeneous clinical manifestations. Systemic scleroderma is a violation of the synthesis and accumulation of collagen in the skin (scleroderma) and other internal organs, especially in the connective tissue of the lungs, gastrointestinal tract (gastrointestinal tract), heart and kidneys. Over time, patients develop signs of a progressive structural and functional impairment of blood vessels and internal organs due to fibrosis. This review article presents current data on the pathogenetic mechanisms of systemic scleroderma

Indicators of Fetometry of the Fetus in Pregnant Women in a State of Hypothyroidism
The characteristic of the growth rates of various indicators at the stages of screening examination allows us to judge the adaptation processes occurring in the process of fetal growth. And in fetuses of pregnant women in a state of hypothyroidism, the intensity of growth of head parameters was less compared with the parameters of fetuses of healthy pregnant women. In fetuses of pregnant women in a state of hypothyroidism, the biparietal head size is significantly smaller at the stage of the second screening examination than in fetuses of healthy pregnant women
Features Of Morphological Changes in the Pancreas
Objective to study the morphological and functional disorders of the pancreas and blood vessels of the lower limb of rats with experimental diabetes mellitus. Material and methods. The object of the study were 90 white rats at the age of 4-6 months. The morphological changes of the pancreas and the walls of blood vessels of the lower limb in experimental diabetes mellitus. Model of experimental diabetes reproduced by single intraperitoneal administration of streptozotocin Wistar rats at a dose of 60 mg / kg. Results. Comparison of the mass of bodies of rat control and experimental group showed that during the experiment, the experimental group of rats had plenty in development compared to the control group by 1.7 times. In all the experiments in terms of pancreatic islets was observed moderate lymphocytic infiltration. Morphological examination of the vessels in different time postnatal ontogenesis demonstrated that compared with the control group in the form of changes in the delay of progression and formation of individual components vascular wall. Destructive changes in the arterial wall marked us all experimental animals from the early days after the experiment. Conclusion. The results indicate that the type 1 diabetes the pancreas causes changes and limbs
Clinical Features of the Course of Rapidly Progressive Periodontitis Combined with Bronchial Asthma and the Effects of Various Modes of Complex Therapy
The aim of the research was to study the clinical features of the course of rapidly progressive periodontitis (RPР) combined with bronchial asthma and the effects of complex therapy. In the dynamics of the complex treatment, including propolis and resonance therapy against the background of basic treatment, a significant improvement in microcirculation and the degree of restoration of trophic disorders of the periodontal part of the teeth was established. Also, in these patients, the FVD indicators significantly increased

Morphological Aspects of Intestinal Failure in Experimental Peritonitis And Correction
Our studies show that pathomorphological changes in the small intestine in acute experimental peritonitis are characterized by dystrophic, inflammatory-destructive and vascular disorders in the vascular tissue structures of the small intestine wall. In the pathogenesis of damage to the small intestine, deep inflammatory and destructive changes in the vessels of the microhemocirculatory bed, which subsequently lead to disruption of cell trophism, tissue hypoxia, damage to cellular elements, disruption of cellular metabolism, deficiency of energy and plastic materials, accumulation of perverted metabolic products in cells and tissues, are of great importance. . The use of the “Zerotox“ enterosorbent in the treatment complex for the treatment of endogenous intoxication and toxemia had a positive effect on the morphofunctional status of the small intestine, on the clinical course of the disease, on the composition of the intestinal microflora, indicators of local immunological protection, improved clinical and laboratory signs of endogenous intoxication, reduced the recovery period bowel function, reduced the number of postoperative complication
