Evaluation of gene expression level of genes FGF2 and CYP27b1 in male Wister rats treated with indomethacin
The biology department's animal house at Iraq's AL-Qadisiyah University hosted this study. It's part of Iraq's AL-Qadisiyah University, to demonstrate that the Kidney and Liver were subjected to oxidative stress from reactive oxygen species, which led to harmful consequences of the indomethacin medication on molecular level. 40 male Wister rats, aged (2 -3) months, weighing between 200 and 300 grams. Four groups of 10 rats. Control, 5 mg/kg, 7 mg/kg, and 10 mg/kg of indomethacin were given for 21 days to the groups. After the experiment, the animals were killed by hanging. After twenty-one days ,each of the study groups that received indomethacin therapy saw a statistically significant reduction (P <0.0 5), which was a decrease in the amount of the cyp27b1 gene, with the level of decrease being largest in the group that received treatment with ten milligrams per kilogram for 21 days. There was no difference (p>< 0.05) in the expression of the FGF2 gene between individuals in the untreated group and those who were given 5 mg, 7 milligrams, while 10 mg/kg of indomethacin showed significant increase. In conclusion indomethacin cause decrease in the level of cyp27b1gene, and cause increase expression in FGF2 gen
Stages of rehabilitation after endoprosthesis of ankylosed hip joints
The rehabilitation developed by us was carried out in 50 patients. Main group 25 and control group 25 patients. The period before the operation lasts 3-4 days. Period of operation. After the operation, the patient remains in the intensive care unit for 24 hours and receives: antibacterial drugs (antibiotics) to prevent the development of infection; anticoagulant drugs from venous thrombosis. After the surgery, a 2-3 week period of treatment and recovery began for both groups of patients. In the main group, special therapeutic exercises developed by us for the rehabilitation of patients were used and performed in a soft mode. In the control group, exercise therapy was carried out in a group or the patients independently performed the exercises recommended by the exercise therapy doctor. The stepwise rehabilitation treatment method developed by us after ankylosing hip arthroplasty improves the treatment results
The Character of Purulent-Inflammatory Diseases of The Retroperitoneal Region
Conducted a retrospective data analysis of 439 patient records with purulent-inflammatory diseases of the retroperitoneal space, receiving inpatient treatment in the department of purulent surgery of the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy from 2010 to 2022, in order to select the observation group. All patients, along with general clinical laboratory studies, underwent MSCT and ultrasound of the retroperitoneal region before the start of the treatment complex to determine the operational tactics of treatment. At the same time, a limited pathological focus (abscess) was detected in 28.7% of cases, signs of phlegmon were noted in 51.4% of cases, and combined types or postoperative fistulas were observed in 19.9% of cases

The article presents the state of the liver in patients with rheumatoid arthritis
Modern View on the Problem of Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Environmental pollution, repeated artificial termination of pregnancy, and improper use of medications create conditions for the development of breast cancer (BC). According to the World Health Organization, “... throughout the world, breast cancer ranks first among malignant neoplasms in women and is characterized by high mortality. According to statistics, about 1.67 million new cases are diagnosed annually in the world, more than 571 thousand women die from breast cancer...” 1According to the literature, “...triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) accounts for about 8-20% of all breast tumors, more often found in women before menopause, with early menarche, with the first pregnancy at an earlier age, with a short period of breastfeeding and increased body mass index ..." 2 . Frequent recurrence of the disease as a result of inadequate diagnosis and treatment, as well as the search for methods of its prevention are one of the pressing problems facing physicians
Features of the Debut as an Early Predictor of The Clinical Prognosis of Schizophrenia with An Episodic A Type of Course
The aim of the study was to determine the prognostic significance of the features of the debut of schizophrenia for the social and labor prognosis at the remote stages of the disease. The results of the study allowed us to establish that the acute onset of the disease at the age of over 20 years are favorable factors for the social and labor prognosis of patients with paroxysmal schizophrenia. Early onset of the disease at the age of 20 years with initial disorders, on the contrary, play the role of unfavorable factors that worsen the prognosis as the disease progresses
"Transformation of pancreatic secretion with intraduodenal administration of trypsin and amylase with nonspecific substrates for them."
The results of the study on the effects of enter sorbents allowed us to draw a fundamental conclusion, in our view, that the inhibitory influence on the secretion of pancreatic enzymes is exerted by only the solubilized enzymes in the duodenum contents. Immobilized enzymes bound to enter sorbents lose or significantly reduce this ability to inhibit pancreatic secretion. The de-blocking effects are also induced by nutrients introduced intraduodenally. In our laboratory, it has been demonstrated (Korotko G.F., Baybekova G.D.) that starch as a substrate for amylase removes its selective inhibitory effect on the secretion of pancreatic amylase; the selective inhibition of pancreatic protein secretion is reduced by intraduodenal administration of protein, and emulsified fat eliminates inhibitory effects on pancreatic secretion of lipase. The fundamental similarity of effects between sorbents and nutrients, considering the latter as factors immobilizing enzymes, allows us to observe some external analogy between the comparable effects
Investigation of Vitamin D Levels in Iraqi Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: A case- control study
Vitamin D deficiency is common in most regions of the worldwide. Its deficiency or insufficiency is implicated in cardiac disease, infectious diseases, bone disorders, autoimmune and metabolic diseases, such as type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). This study aims to investigate the association between vitamin D levels and development of T2DM in Iraqi populatio
The relationships between Risk Factors and the changes of Histopathological of Tissue Colon Cancer in Iraq Patients
The transformation of an ordinary cell into a cancerous one could be a dynamic process which often involves the approval of oncogenes as well as deactivation of tumor suppressor properties (alterations). Most changes are emptied by cellular genome dauntlessness and repair components. In any case, many genetic changes give cells an advancement advantage and unused capacities, driving to their neoplastic alter. As other cancers, like melanoma, sarcoma, and lymphoma, could affect the colon, colon cancer, also known as colon carcinoma, affects the epithelium of colon. The uncontrolled proliferation regarding colorectal epithelial cells might be a hallmark of colorectal cancer (CRC). The multistep carcinogenesis hypothesis states that pigment cells go through a sequence of atomic alterations before they become totally dangerous cells. The inactivation related to the Adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) signaling pathway is the most frequent hereditary cause of activation. The pathology of damage includes oncogene changes, tumor suppressor qualities, and probably many signaling pathways, which put cancers at risk of metastasis. In advanced nations, CRC has a high disease-specific mortality rate and impacts over a million individuals annually. Worldwide, CRC ranks 3 rd in terms of the incidence in both women and men. Africa and Central and South Asia have experienced the biggest drops in CRC, whereas New Zealand, Australia, North America, and Europe have experienced highest change rates
