Assessment of the Process of Epithelialization After Complex Treatment of Diabetic Foot Syndrome
Currently, the treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications remains an urgent problem. Patients with diabetic foot syndrome, a complication of diabetes mellitus, are increasingly losing their quality of life and ability to work. The treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications affects the economic and financial efficiency of our country. Therefore, the new drug Reomannisol, produced in our country, helps to stop the purulent-necrotic process of the foot, which is a complication of diabetes mellitu

Prevalence and Pattern of Skin Disorder among Primaryschool Children in Wasit Governorate, Iraq, 2021
S Skin diseases account for a large portion of the worldwide sickness burden and are among the leading causes of non-fatal disease. Where skin problems are one of the most prevalent organ-specific reasons for people to attend the primary health care center; they are common in various nations, although the spectrum varies widely. This study aimed to study the prevalence and Pattern of Skin Disorders among Primary-school Children in Wasit Governorate, Iraq, 2021. Material and Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out from October to December 2022. A multi-stage, stratified sampling procedure was used to choose ten elementary schools in Iraq's Wasit Governorate, five in urban regions and five in rural ones. In the second stage, 40 pupils were chosen at random from each school for a total sample size of 400. Results: The current study involved 400 individuals; males made up the majority of the participants (55%), and more than half of the participants (52.5%) resided in cities. Skin problems were seen in 45% of people. There was a strong link between the occurrence of skin problems and gender. Participants with a father and mother who had only completed basic school had a greater incidence. Conclusion: The prevalence of skin disorders among primary school children was 45%. The gender, father education, and mother education significantly affected the prevalence. Viral, fungal, and bacterial infections were the most common causes of skin disorders
A study of the results related to the effect of FICB with LMA on femoral fracture surgery in primary and middle school children in Iraq
Hip fracture or proximal femur fracture is a very frequent operation in people all over the world. Occupation assumes 20-25% of trauma service beds in the world. It is responsible for disability, loss of quality of life and health, economic and social costs, and has a greater impact than other chronic diseases that afflict our population as different professionals are involved in the care of these patients, so coordination between different levels of care is key to the continuity of care. In addition, more than 85% of hip fractures occur in people over 35 years of age, and the incidence is increasing in the Spanish country; these fractures have increased continuously in the past two decades
Assessment of quality of life for affected women singleton pregnancies in Iraq and the diagnosis of pregnancy complications
Uterine rupture occurs when the integrity of the uterine wall is lost. The most common risk factor is having had previous uterine surgery, such as a caesarean section. Uterine rupture is not very frequent, but it is a complication of pregnancy or childbirth that in more serious cases (complete or catastrophic uterine rupture) can cause death of both mother and fetus. Objective: This paper aims to study the assessment of quality of life for affected women singleton pregnancies in Iraq and the diagnosis of pregnancy complications. Patients and Methods: In this study, a descriptive cross-sectional study was applied to study assessment of quality of life for affected women singleton pregnancies in Iraq and the diagnosis of pregnancy complications from 4th July 2021 to 11th June 2022. Data were collected for 90 patients different hospitals in Iraq, where the patients were divided into two groups, the first group of patients, which included women singleton pregnancies patient which included (50), and the second group, control group, which include (40) patients. A statistical study was conducted for women singleton pregnancies patient using the SPSS program. Results and Discussion: Uterine rupture occurs when the uterus ruptures because of pressure during pregnancy, labor or delivery. The uterus can rupture in some or all of its layers, compromising the oxygen supply to the fetus and causing severe bleeding in the mother. Also, Uterine rupture occurs most frequently along the scar line in women who have had previous caesarean sections. Other predisposing factors include congenital uterine abnormalities, trauma and other surgical procedures, and other surgical procedures such as myomectomy or open maternal-fetal surgery where This study relied on the Apgar score distribution of women singleton pregnancies patient, where it was divided into two types of degree and Apgar 5 min < 5 and contained 15 with 30% for the group of women singleton pregnancies patient, but the control group included 27 with 67.5% while Apgar 1 min < 5 was 35 and 70% for the singleton pregnancies patient group and 13, which represented 32.5% with the total number of cases. Conclusion: The incidence of uterine rupture is increasing due to the increase in vaginal deliveries after previous cesarean sections. Our study concludes that the control group was more successful and superior to singleton pregnancies patient group, as a result of what the results of the study showed in evaluating the patients' quality of life as well as the complications affecting both groups

Morphological Aspects Of Hyalinomembrane Disease In Newborn Children
In this scientific study, morphological and morphometric indicators of hyaline membrane disease in premature infants were studied. The material was obtained from the results of clinical-anamnestic analysis of preterm infants at 22-37 weeks and lung tissue. The results show that the immaturity of lung tissue, circulatory disorders and damage to the alveolar and bronchial epithelium play an important role in the development of hyaline membrane disease in the lungs of premature infants. The results of morphometric studies showed that only 1/3 of the lungs of infants born at 22-27 weeks had air in the alveoli, the thickness of the alveolar interstitial tissue, the epithelium of the alveoli was relatively large, and the resulting hyaline membranes were composed of relatively thin fibers. At 28–32 and 33–37 weeks, the dying groups observed an expansion of the area occupied by airborne alveoli in the infant’s lungs, thinning of the interstitial tissue, and thickening of the hyaline membranes compared to the previous grou
Surgical Strategy in the Treatment of Liver Abscesses
To date, despite various newly developed methods of surgical treatment for purulent liver diseases, the frequency of purulent complications and mortality remains high. In this study, the results of treatment for 31 patients with liver abscesses who underwent minimally invasive surgical interventions were analyzed. Along with drainage of the purulent cavity of the liver, patients simultaneously underwent long-term catheter therapy with catheterization of their own renal artery. Using this strategy, we managed to achieve favorable clinical outcomes in a short time
