Management of the Reatening Preterm Birth
Premature birth (PR) is a complex medical and social problem associated with solving problems to improve the quality of the subsequent life of children born prematurely and associated with material and economic costs. The severity of complications associated with prematurity is proportional to the gestational age of preterm birth. Currently, obstetricians face two main tasks: detection of threatened preterm birth in order to avoid inappropriate interventions and preparation of the fetus for preterm birth with the help of adequate and at the same time safe medications. Most maternal complications develop during pregnancy, and many of them can be prevented or treated. These guidelines describe the impact of preterm birth on obstetric complications, diagnostic methods and types of correction of various disorders, as well as the results of the study

Assessment of Thermal Comfort in Hospital Rooms and Health Status of Patients
The paper carefully assessed the thermal comfort in hospital rooms and health status of patients. Thermal comfort in hospital environments is mandatory, as the nature of patients' sickness directly correlates with their thermal sensation, metabolic rate, and regulatory response. A good environment contributes a lot toward patient recovery and wellbeing. Hospital buildings are required to secure a variety of indoor environments according to the diverse requirements of patients and staff. Among these requirements, thermal comfort is an important design criterion for indoor environmental quality that affects patients' healing processes and the wellbeing of medical staff. The patients’ thermal comfort is given priority due to their medical conditions and impaired immune systems. A high indoor environmental quality (IEQ) can improve the recovery process and create a pleasant working environment for the health personnel. While a poor IEQ causes nosocomial diseases that are harmful to the patients as well as the hospital staff. The paper reviewed the concept of thermal comfort, health status of patient, hospital rooms, and the effect of thermal comfort on patient’s health. It was on this basis that the study concluded that; ventilation systems play a key role in maintaining acceptable, thermally-comfortable conditions for patients and medical staff. It was also concluded that thermal comfort can foster the healing process of patients in hospitals and that it is highly case-dependent and varies substantially based on the health condition of the patient as well as the type and level of staff activities to bail the unfortunate condition. One of the recommendations made was that in order to foster the healing process of patients in hospitals there is dire need to promote thermal comfort in the hospital building at all cos
Evaluation of Preventive Work on Reproductive Diseases Among the Population
Preventive measures, especially in the area of reproductive health, can play a significant role in reducing the burden of diseases among the population. This article aims to evaluate the effectiveness of preventive work on reproductive diseases among the general population. It examines the approaches used in the delivery of preventive services, the factors that influence the uptake of these services, and the outcomes of preventive work on reproductive health. The article reveals that effective preventive measures can significantly reduce the prevalence and incidence of reproductive diseases. However, several challenges exist that hinder the uptake of preventive services, including lack of awareness, cultural barriers, and stigma. Addressing these challenges requires a holistic approach that involves working with communities, policymakers, and healthcare provider
Changing Some Parameters of The Fetus Head
The characteristic of the growth rates of various indicators at the stages of screening examination allows us to judge the adaptation processes occurring in the process of fetal growth. And in fetuses of pregnant women in a state of hypothyroidism, the intensity of growth of head parameters was less compared with the parameters of fetuses of healthy pregnant women. In fetuses of pregnant women in a state of hypothyroidism, the biparietal head size is significantly smaller at the stage of the second screening examination than in fetuses of healthy pregnant wome

Hypoperfusion During Migraine and its Effect on the Retina
One of the most prevalent chronic, complex neurovascular illnesses, migraine, is primarily defined by recurring bouts of incapacitating headaches with aura appearances in up to one-third of patients. Nearly 15% of people get migraines, making it the third most common sickness in the world. Objective: This paper aims to study hypoperfusion during migraines and its Effect on the Retin
Public Awareness About Coronary Artery Disease
