Literature review: DIC syndrome – current problems of diagnostics and treatment.
Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) is a complex pathological condition characterized by uncontrolled activation of the hemostatic system, depletion of coagulation factors, microthrombus formation, and hemorrhagic complications. This article discusses the key mechanisms of DIC pathogenesis, including the role of tissue factor, endothelial dysfunction, and the imbalance between coagulation and fibrinolysis. Modern diagnostic approaches and potential therapeutic strategies are also presente
Gene Therapy In Biomedicine In Uzbekistan: New Approaches To The Treatment Of Oncological Diseases And Problems Of Local Significance
This article discusses the issues of using gene therapy in the treatment of oncological diseases in Uzbekistan, new approaches implemented in this area, and local problems conditions. The global successes of gene therapy and such factors as infrastructure, personnel qualifications, financial opportunities in Uzbekistan will be analyzed. The article presents information on the research conducted in this area, their results, discussions and directions for future development. The main obstacles to the implementation of gene therapy at the local level are identified and solutions are proposed. The article serves as a useful resource for health professionals, researchers and policy makers
Experimental Assessment Of The Effect Of Rutan On The Level Of Endogenous Intoxication Syndrome In Prepubertal An
An acute hepatitis model was induced in one-month-old rabbits using carbon tetrachloride, followed by experimental therapy with Karsil and Rutan to evaluate their effectiveness in eliminating endogenous intoxication syndrome. It was found that acute toxic hepatitis in prepubertal rabbits is accompanied by a high degree of endotoxemia, which manifests as an increase in the sorption capacity of erythrocytes, the concentration of middle molecular weight molecules in the blood, and a reduction in the lifespan of paramecia. Experimental treatment of acute hepatitis with Karsil, and especially with Rutan, led to normalization of the parameters of endogenous intoxication syndrome to levels comparable to those of healthy animals. Rutan may be recommended as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of conditions accompanied by endotoxemia in pediatric practice, following appropriate clinical trial
Identification Of Counterfeit Antibiotics: Approaches And Results Of Analysis
Counterfeiting of medicines (MP) is a problem that has accompanied humanity throughout its history [1]. However, special attention was drawn to it only in the 20th century, in particular, since the mid-1980s. In 1985, this issue was officially raised at an international conference of experts on the rational use of medicines, organized under the auspices of the World Health Organization (WHO)
The English Translation Of Your Phrase Is: “Post-Covid-19 Lung Changes And Rehabilitation Methods”
This article analyzes the significance, types, and objectives of the rehabilitation process after COVID-19. Rehabilitation plays a crucial role in restoring physical, cognitive, and mental health, as well as improving the quality of daily life for patients. The article highlights key areas such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, pulmonary rehabilitation, and mental health therapy. It also provides information on developing individualized rehabilitation plans, assessing patients’ needs, and monitoring recovery progress. The recommendations emphasize the importance of a personalized approach, interdisciplinary collaboration among healthcare professionals, and social support. Rehabilitation is considered a key factor in returning to a healthy life, regaining independence, and enhancing psychological resilience after COVID-19
Early Childhood Nutritional Imbalance: Interrelation Of Anemia And Overweight And Evidence-Based Preventive Approaches
Anemia and overweight represent a growing double burden of malnutrition among preschool children worldwide. Iron-deficiency anemia remains highly prevalent due to insufficient intake of micronutrients, while overweight is increasing as a result of high-calorie, nutrient-poor diets and reduced physical activity. Despite appearing metabolically opposite, both conditions frequently coexist, leading to impaired growth, reduced cognitive performance, and long-term metabolic complications
Pediatric Renal Anemia: Mechanisms, Clinical Impact And Evolving Strategies For Management In Chronic Kidney Disease
Pediatric chronic kidney disease (CKD) is increasingly recognized as a global health priority due to its early onset, rapid progression, and long-term complications. Among these, anemia represents one of the most frequent and clinically significant disorders, contributing to cardiovascular remodeling, neurocognitive delay, growth retardation, and reduced quality of life. Despite advances in nephrology, diagnosis and management of CKD-associated anemia in children remain challenging because of multifactorial pathogenesis and variability in therapeutic respons
Pathophysiological Features Of Hemostatic Disorders In Infants With Acute Pneumonia Complicated By Perinatal Cns Injury
Acute pneumonia is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in infants, with disease severity markedly increasing in those with perinatal central nervous system (CNS) injury. Hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy, traumatic brain injury, and perinatal asphyxia create persistent endothelial dysfunction and impaired neurohumoral regulation, predisposing infants to exaggerated inflammatory and prothrombotic responses during respiratory infections. Understanding the pathophysiological mechanisms of hemostatic disturbances in this vulnerable population is crucial for improving early diagnosis, therapeutic strategies, and clinical outcomes
Morphology, Histogenesis And Differential Diagnosis Of Cardiac Myxoma
Cardiac myxoma is the most common primary benign tumor of the heart. The disease can manifest itself as dizziness, spontaneous nocturnal shortness of breath and hemoptysis. The tumor can block the blood flow, leading to the death of the patient, so if symptoms appear, you should immediately consult a doctor. Myxoma can be located in any cavity of the heart, but most often affects the left or right atrium. The tumor grows on a leg, which is attached to a recess in the septum between the left and right parts of the heart. Often it has a smooth surface, but in a third of cases it is loose and villou
Diseases of the adrenal gland and their heredity
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the causes of pancreatic diseases, their forming factors, especially the role of hereditary factors. The genetic basis of diseases such as pancreatitis, diabetes mellitus types I and II, as well as pancreatic tumors, their mechanisms of inheritance and molecular biological processes are covered on the basis of scientific sources. The article considers the relationship of functional disorders in the pancreas with genetic mutations, autosomal dominant and autosomal recessive forms of inheritance, as well as the interaction between environmental factors and hereditary predisposition in the development of multifactorial diseases. Recommendations are given on early diagnosis of hereditary diseases, screening programs, preventive measures and their clinical significance
