Clinical Features And Improvement Of Therapy Of Nicotine Leukoceratosis Of The Palate Caused By Vaping

    No full text
Nicotine leukoceratosis of the palate, associated with the use of electronic cigarettes (vaping), is becoming an increasingly urgent problem in dentistry and oncology. The article presents the clinical features of the disease in patients from different regions, as well as the results of a study on the effectiveness of improved therapeutic and preventive methods. 160 patients from Uzbekistan, Europe, Russia, the USA and Korea were included. Data on the prevalence of the disease, pathogenesis, and treatment outcomes are analyzed. A comprehensive approach is proposed, including topical treatment, immunomodulation, and vaping cessation programs, which significantly improves clinical outcomes and reduces the risk of leukoceratosis progressio

    Pancreatitis (Inflammation Of The Pancreas)

    No full text
Pancreatitis is an inflammatory condition of the pancreas characterized by premature activation of pancreatic enzymes that lead to auto-digestion of pancreatic tissue. This article discusses the clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, and treatment protocols of acute pancreatitis, focusing on evidencebased and intensive care strategies. The content is compiled based on real clinical practices and scientific reference

The Effect Of Surgery On Inflammatory Cytokine Modulation In Women With External Genital Endometriosis

    No full text
External genital endometriosis (EGE) is a chronic inflammatory condition characterized by the presence of endometrial-like tissue outside the uterus, leading to pain and infertility. Inflammatory cytokines are known to play a critical role in the pathogenesis of EGE. This study investigates the impact of surgical intervention on the modulation of inflammatory cytokine levels in women with EGE. Serum samples were collected from patients preoperatively and at various time points postoperatively to measure key inflammatory cytokines. Cytokine levels were quantified using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs). The results indicate significant changes in the levels of specific inflammatory cytokines following surgery, suggesting a potential mechanism by which surgery alleviates symptoms and improves outcomes in EGE patients. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the immunological aspects of EGE and may inform future therapeutic strategies

The Significance Of The Arg223gln Lepr Gene Polymorphism In Obesity

    No full text
Currently, the role of genetic factors in the development of various obesity phenotypes in individuals of different races, ethnicities, and genders is of particular interest. In particular, given the high prevalence of obesity among Uzbek women of childbearing age, studying the characteristics and genetic underpinnings of the various phenotypes of this pathology is of great importance. The action of one of the main obesity hormones, leptin, is controlled by the expression of leptin receptors, which are encoded by the LEPR gene. Mutations in this gene lead to increased leptin levels, decreased expression of the receptors that mediate its action, or altered leptin specificity, leading to the development of leptin resistance. Therefore, studying the allele and genotype frequencies of the ARG223GLN polymorphism of the LEPR gene is of great importance for the early detection and prevention of obesity in this patient population. This article examines and analyzes the prevalence of alleles and genotypes of the ARG223GLN polymorphism in the LEPR gene across various obesity phenotypes

Morphological Changes In The Liver In Steatosis Induced By The Use Of Burdock Root (Arctium Lappa) Extract: An Experimental Study

    No full text
The aim of the study was to investigate morphological changes in the liver during experimental steatosis and to evaluate the corrective effect of burdock root (Arctium lappa) extract. Steatosis was induced in laboratory animals using a high-fat diet combined with the hepatotoxic action of thioacetamide. Morphometric and histological examinations revealed pronounced fatty infiltration, ballooning degeneration of hepatocytes, inflammatory infiltration, and signs of early fibrosis. Administration of A. lappa extract led to a reduction in the degree of steatosis, decreased inflammation, and restoration of the lobular architecture of the liver. The findings indicate the promising potential of burdock root as a natural hepatoprotective agent

Early Immunogenetic Markers For Predicting Food Allergy Development In Children: Clinical And Molecular Approaches

    No full text
Food allergy (FA) is a rapidly increasing immunopathological condition in childhood, often developing during the first years of life when immune regulation, epithelial barrier integrity and microbiota composition are still maturing. Early detection is essential to prevent progression toward atopic dermatitis, asthma, and allergic rhinitis. Immunogenetic markers—including cytokine signatures, epithelial alarmins, filaggrin gene mutations and microRNA profiles—represent promising early predictors of F

Use Of The L-Montus Bronchodilator In Children With Bronchio-Obstructive Syndrome

    No full text
Broncho-obstructive syndrome (BOS) is an inflammation of the bronchi, accompanied by severe swelling of the bronchi and the production of large amounts of mucus. This substance is difficult to expel, causing mucus to stagnate and create a favorable environment for bacteria. Bronchial obstruction is dangerous due to the development of respiratory failure and oxygen starvation, which is especially dangerous for small children

Enhancing The Accuracy And Effectiveness Of Radiological Techniques In Detecting Late-Stage Hip Joint Complications Following Covid-19 Infection

    No full text
The objective of this study is to improve the diagnostic effectiveness of radiological methods in identifying late-stage post-COVID pathologies of the hip joint. This includes defining specific radiological features and patterns that characterize these complications, thereby aiding in early detection, accurate staging, and appropriate management of post-COVID hip joint diseases. Timely and precise diagnosis is essential to prevent progression to severe joint damage and reduce the risk of disabilit
