Efficiency Of Combination Drugs In The Treatment Of Reversible Pulpitis
The article presents a clinical evaluation of the effectiveness of combination drugs containing topical corticosteroids in the treatment of recurrent forms of pulpitis. It was found that when using a combination drug containing an antibiotic and a local corticosteroid, a pronounced analgesic effect occurs, which occurs in 22% of cases in the first hours after using the drug, in 66.7% - within 24 hours. The use of a paste containing an antibiotic and a local corticosteroid is justified for maintaining the viability of the pulp due to its pronounced anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect and preservation throughout the rehabilitation period in 77.8% of patients
Evaluation of wound healing efficiency using collagen matrices on a thermal burn model
Every year dozens of new local wound treatment agents are developed and improved in the world, which undergo preliminary testing on laboratory animals due to the presence of common phases of the wound healing process with humans. Wound healing effect was studied on a thermal burn model on Wistar rats in 4 groups: 1st - control (natural wound healing); 2nd - intact animals (normal, without burn). 3rd - experimental ( collagen treatment ); 4th - experimental 2 , comparison group (" Levomekol "); Wound healing was assessed based on the results of planimetry on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 13th days and histological analysis of skin tissue on the 6th, 13th and 20th days. Results. Thermal skin damage resulted in a IIIA degree burn, accompanied by the development of dry coagulation necrosis. The use of collagen matrices restored the total leukocyte count and reduced the area of the burn wound. Histomorphometric studies confirmed the dynamics of skin tissue recovery after the burn. The effectiveness of the matrices was comparable to the pharmacopoeial drug " Levomekol ". A higher wound-healing effect was noted with the use of collagen. Conclusion. The wound-healing effect of collagen matrices was established on the thermal burn model, as evidenced by the results of restoration of the number of leukocytes, reduction of the burn wound area and restoration of the skin histostructure
Retrospective Evaluation Of Joint Syndrome And Joint Disorders In Osteoarthritis
Retrospective assessment of clinical signs and course of the disease in patients with osteoarthritis in the sex ratio. Materials and Methods: In this scientific study, a retrospective analysis of 300 patients hospitalized in the City Clinical Hospital No. 3 from 2015 to 2019 was carried out based on medical records, with an emphasis on the analysis of the clinical course and consequences of the disease. Results: On the basis of the obtained data on x-ray images, the articular syndrome and joint structure disorders observed in patients with osteoarthritis (OA) were assessed. Conclusions: It was noted that in patients with OA, the articular syndrome was different and gender differences were found in the course of the disease
Studying The Role Of Cartilago Oligomer Matrix Protein (Comp) In Joint Structure Changes In Osteoarthritis
To study the role of cartilage oligomeric matrix protein in structural changes in joints in patients with osteoarthritis (OA). Material and methods: We observed 50 patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis aged 54.5±4.4 years, of whom 43.8% had radiographic stage 0, 40% had stage I, and 16.2% had stage II. Patients in the main group received treatment aimed at reducing the amount of cartilage oligomeric matrix protein, while patients in the control group received traditional treatment. Results: In addition to clinical improvement and a decrease in the intensity of pain in the knee joint, patients in the main group also had lower levels of SOMP, CRP, and ESR in the blood serum compared to patients in the control group. Conclusions: The treatment method aimed at the dynamics of COMP differs from the traditional one in that it is aimed at suppressing the reactions of cartilage destruction in O
Erythema Multiforme-Oral Variant: Case Report
Erythema multiforme (EM) is an interesting dermatologic disease which has oral manifestations. EM is clinically characterized by a “minor” form and a “major” form. It presents a diagnostic dilemma because the oral cavity has the ability to produce varied manifestations. Infections (particularly herpes simplex and mycoplasma pneumonia) and drugs seem to predispose toward the development of EM. The range of possible etiologies for oral disease is immense. Therefore, an otolaryngologist or a dentist while treating such patients should have a differential diagnosis for all oral lesions. We report a case of erythema multiforme in which alcohol (ethanol) seems to be the precipitating factor and have also reviewed the English literature in the present context
Some Aspects Of Acute Bronchitis In Children
The article presents data on the structure of morbidity and features of the modern course of respiratory diseases in children of Andijan. The relevance, place among bronchopulmonary diseases, and features of the course of modern bronchitis in childhood are determined. A brief clinical description is given and the main approaches to the treatment of acute bronchitis are identified. Data from clinical experience with the use of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug fenspiride hydrochloride (Erespal) in children are presented. High anti-inflammatory, bronchodilator, indirect mucoactive and antitussive effects of the drug in the complex treatment of bronchitis in children were note
The Significance Of The Applied Study Of The Features Of Surgical Anatomy Of The Pelvic Region. Literary Review
This article presents a literary review of the anatomy of the pelvic region and its clinical significance in medicine and surgery. The authors emphasize the complexity and importance of studying the anatomy of the pelvic region, especially in the context of minimally invasive surgery and intraoperative procedures. Vascular structures, including the sacral venous plexus and arterial vessels, their role in blood supply to organs and tissues are analyzed. The need to develop minimally invasive methods to stop intraphase bleeding is highlighted. The relevance of further research aimed at understanding the interaction of balloon devices with vascular and nervous structures is indicated. The prospects of improving visualization, developing new technologies and methods of minimally invasive surgery, as well as conducting clinical trials are discussed. In conclusion, the importance of a deeper understanding of the anatomy of the pelvic region and the development of new methods to improve the results of surgical interventions and reduce the risk of complications is emphasize
The Effect of Calcium Channel Blockers on Vascular Remodeling and Intra-Renal Hemodynamics in Chronic Kidney Disease
Comparative assessment of the effect of calcium channel blockers amlodipine andlercanidipine on functional status of kidneys, intrarenal hemodynamics and vascular system remodeling inpatients with stage III of chronic kidney diseas
Thrombophilia’s in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus
A clinical case of severe manifestation of type 2 diabetes mellitus in a teenage boy with obesity and the development of severe ketoacidosis as part of multiple organ failure syndrome is described. Timely elimination of diabetic ketoacidosis, hemodialysis and complex therapy in a multidisciplinary hospital made it possible to improve the teenager’s condition and avoid death
