A Model for Analyzing the Security of the Financial Sector Under the Influence of Artificial Intelligence

Визначено ключові переваги та виклики інтеграції традиційної аналітики, машинного та генеративного навчання в кредитуванні, страхуванні, управлінні активами й платіжних системах. Особливу увагу приділено ризикам: «стадній поведінці», кіберзагрозам, втраті конфіденційності, ефектам мережевої взаємозалежності, алгоритмічним змовам і модельним галюцинаціям. Водночас розкрито потенціал ШІ у виявленні шахрайства, підвищенні ефективності та прийнятті стратегічних рішень. Крім того, підкреслено необхідність прозорого регулювання, стійкості та підзвітності ШІ-моделей задля підтримки фінансової стабільності в умовах цифрової трансформації.This article presents an organizational and information model (OIM) designed to analyze the security of the financial sector amid the accelerating integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The model encompasses three key analytical blocks: traditional analytics, machine and deep learning, and generative AI (GenAI). It captures both the benefits and systemic risks stemming from AI's implementation in core areas of financial services, including intermediation, insurance, asset management, and payment systems. The research identifies enhanced efficiency, fraud detection, risk management, and personalized services as primary advantages of AI adoption. However, it also outlines critical vulnerabilities such as model opacity ("black box" effects), data bias, privacy threats, algorithmic collusion, systemic herding behavior, and hallucinations in AI-generated outputs. The study details how various AI technologies can reduce underwriting costs, improve credit scoring using unstructured data, and optimize high-frequency trading and liquidity management. At the same time, it highlights that reliance on uniform datasets and third-party providers introduces structural homogeneity and single points of failure, increasing systemic fragility. GenAI, with its speed, autonomy, and ubiquity, further amplifies these effects by enabling automation at an unprecedented scale. The article systematically classifies AI’s potential benefits, from regulatory compliance and predictive analytics to innovation in financial product development and transformation in fintech education. Moreover, the article addresses both micro-risks – such as cyber threats, data fragmentation, and discriminatory algorithmic outputs – and macro-risks, including labor market shocks, financial market procyclicality, and cascading failures. Through analysis of past financial disruptions and current empirical data, the article underscores the need for robust, transparent, and adaptive regulatory frameworks tailored to national contexts. The proposed OIM integrates actors, data sources, evaluation criteria, analytical tools, and principles into a cohesive model, with a specific submodel focusing on the interplay between AI technologies and financial stability
Information Interaction of Accounting and Management in the Management Decision-Making System

Обґрунтовано роль управлінського обліку як джерела аналітичної інформації, що формує підґрунтя для стратегічного й оперативного управління на підприємстві. Проаналізовано структуру інформаційних потоків, їх трансформацію в управлінські дії та основні проблеми узгодженості між підсистемами. Розкрито вплив цифрової трансформації на функціонування облікової системи, зокрема щодо впровадження ERP-рішень, BI-інструментів і інтелектуальних технологій. Сформульовано практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності обліково-інформаційної підтримки рішень та окреслено перспективи подальших досліджень у напрямі інтеграції обліку в цифрове управління.The article explores the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of informational interaction between accounting and management within the framework of managerial decision-making. The study emphasizes that management accounting should be viewed not only as a technical subsystem for recording and grouping financial data, but also as an analytical tool capable of supporting strategic and operational decision-making. Accounting data, when structured and properly interpreted, form the basis for rational planning, control, resource allocation, and performance evaluation across all levels of an enterprise. The research highlights the importance of establishing seamless information flows between the accounting and managerial subsystems. The consistency, timeliness, and analytical quality of these flows are essential to enhancing the responsiveness and efficiency of managerial actions. Special focus is placed on the digital transformation of business processes and the integration of modern digital tools, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, business intelligence (BI) platforms, and intelligent decision support systems (IDSS). These tools enable automated processing of accounting data, real-time visualization of performance indicators, and forecasting under conditions of uncertainty. Through the analysis of existing models and barriers to integration, the article identifies a number of common challenges such as fragmented information environments, delayed data synchronization, low granularity of accounting reports, and insufficient involvement of managerial staff in the analytical process. Overcoming these issues requires both technological modernization and institutional change, including the development of data-centric organizational cultures and the strengthening of cross-functional cooperation. The conclusions of the study provide structured recommendations for improving the informational synergy between accounting and management. The author also formulates directions for further research, which include modeling digital information systems of management accounting, developing analytical scenarios for data-driven decision-making, and evaluating the effects of integrating accounting systems with real-time managerial processes in the context of digital economy challenges

It highlights the critical role of marketing strategies in maintaining competitiveness and long-term stability, emphasizing the shift from traditional approaches to modern, technology-driven solutions. The study demonstrates that classical marketing models, based on market segmentation, brand positioning, and mass communication, are becoming less effective in the face of rapid technological advancement and changing consumer behavior. The research identifies the growing importance of personalized, technology-integrated, and flexible marketing strategies that leverage Big Data, CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital communication tools. These strategies enable businesses to enhance customer engagement, optimize operational efficiency, and respond swiftly to market fluctuations. By employing data-driven insights, enterprises can improve decision-making processes, forecast consumer demand, and tailor offerings to specific audience needs, thereby strengthening their market positions. A comprehensive SWOT analysis was conducted to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with innovative marketing strategies. Key advantages include increased business efficiency, risk minimization, enhanced customer loyalty, and streamlined marketing operations. However, challenges such as high implementation costs, complexity in integrating advanced technologies, and the need for skilled personnel were also identified. The study underlines that despite these challenges, the adoption of innovative marketing strategies remains a crucial factor for sustainable growth, market expansion, and economic security. The findings suggest that the successful implementation of modern marketing approaches allows enterprises to maintain competitiveness, foster innova- tion, and adapt to an evolving global economy. Завдяки наполегливості ряду вітчизняних науковців, викладачів та тренерів в Україні та світі набуває значної популярності українська боротьба на поясах. З 2021 року в Україні відновились Чемпіонати України з української боротьби на поясах у всіх вікових групах. Представники України приймають участь в Чемпіонатах Європи та світу з даного виду єдиноборств. Для підвищення спеціальної фізичної підготовленості спортсменів у навчально-тренувальний процес з поясної боротьби запроваджуються методики сучасних фітнестехнологій, зокрема силового фітнесу.For the development of national education in Ukraine, it is necessary to improve physical education with new means of physical culture and sports that meet the pedagogical principles and methods of teaching, which makes it possible to improve the level of health, physical condition and sports fitness of students. Recently, new types of physical education and recreation activities, especially various types of martial arts, have become increasingly popular among young people. One of the promising areas for improving students' physical fitness is the use of Ukrainian belt wrestling in the educational process. Thanks to the persistence of a number of domestic scientists, teachers, and coaches, Ukrainian belt wrestling is gaining considerable popularity in Ukraine and around the world. In 2021, the Ukrainian Belt Wrestling Championships in all age groups resumed in Ukraine. Representatives of Ukraine take part in the European and World Championships in this type of martial arts. Використання блокчейну знижує ризики шахрайства та спрощує due diligence, VDR оптимізують доступ до даних, а аналітика великих даних виявляє приховані закономірності у фінансових потоках. Окреслено переваги цифрових рішень: зменшення ризиків, прискорення перевірки, скорочення витрат на аудит, підвищення точності оцінки вартості компаній. Прогнозується, що технологічні інновації не лише покращать оцінку угод, а й трансформують всю екосистему M&A, роблячи її прозорішою та ефективнішою.
The article provides a detailed analysis of the impact of digital solutions on merger and acquisition (M&A) processes, particularly emphasizing their role in improving deal evaluation methodologies. As business processes continue to digitize, technological innovations have become essential for enhancing decision-making efficiency and accuracy in M&A. The integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, machine learning, virtual data rooms (VDRs), and big data analytics has revolutionized data analysis and scenario modeling, leading to more informed and strategic decisions. Digital solutions in M&A evaluation enable more precise forecasting of future financial outcomes. Blockchain technology ensures transaction transparency and reliability, reducing fraud risks and simplifying due diligence. This is crucial in deals involving multiple parties and significant data volumes. Virtual data rooms facilitate efficient access to confidential information, speeding up negotiations among deal participants and enhancing data exchange security. In addition, it serves as an industrial tool for identifying and supporting talented youth, which in the future creates a powerful reserve for professional sports.At the current stage of futsal development, a number of tasks have been identified aimed at expanding professional, amateur, student, and youth leagues. This will ensure greater public involvement in futsal, promote its mass popularization, and significantly increase their number.Futsal among higher education students in Ukraine is developing thanks to the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Sports Student Union of Ukraine, the Football Association of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Association of School and University Football, and higher education institutions.The prospects for the development of student futsal are associated with active state support and attraction of sponsorship investments. Improving infrastructure, raising the level of coaching staff and introducing new training methods that will allow Ukrainian student teams to successfully compete in the international arena.Based on scientific literature and information sources, the organizational structure of futsal competitive activity in Ukraine was considered. The features of the competitive activity of students of the sports skills improvement group of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after S. Trends in Fidic Contracts in Renewable Energy and Their Relationship to Local Investment Design, Construction and Refurbishment

Визначено основні переваги використання FIDIC у проєктах ВДЕ, включаючи залучення міжнародних інвестицій, підвищення прозорості управління проєктами, підвищення рівня проєктної документації, взаємодії учасників інвестиційного проєкту, мінімізацію ризиків та впровадження цифрових технологій у будівельній галузі. Розглянуто глобальні тенденції розвитку проформ та перспективи їх застосування у муніципальних енергетичних проєктах.The study aims to analyze FIDIC proformas in renewable energy projects and their role in investment planning, construction and rehabilitation at the local level. The relevance of the topic is determined by the growing global demand for standardized contractual solutions in the field of sustainable energy infrastructure development, ensuring financial transparency, risk management and regulatory compliance. The growing need for green procurement and attracting international investment further emphasizes the importance of FIDIC contracts in reducing legal, economic and technical risks in renewable energy projects. The research methodology is based on systems analysis, comparative assessment and risk assessment methods. The study examines the legal, financial, environmental and technical factors that influence the adaptation of FIDIC contract forms to different regulatory environments. The study also includes a structural and functional analysis to determine how the FIDIC framework improves contract transparency, risk allocation and dispute resolution in renewable energy development. The study results show that FIDIC contracts significantly increase investment attractiveness by providing clear contractual obligations, standardized risk-sharing mechanisms and effective dispute resolution procedures. The study identifies key barriers to implementation, such as legal discrepancies between international and national standards, challenges in adapting contracts to local conditions and complex financial structures. The results show that successful cases of FIDIC contracts demonstrate their effectiveness in ensuring project stability, minimizing litigation and facilitating smooth cooperation between stakeholders. In addition, the integration of digital tools such as BIM and smart contracts contributes to contract efficiency and real-time project monitoring. The practical value of the study lies in its contribution to optimizing contract management strategies in renewable energy projects, particularly in the context of municipal infrastructure on the basis of public-private partnerships. The findings can be used by developers, investors and policymakers to improve project planning, financial management and compliance with sustainability requirements. The study also provides insights into future trends in contract standardization, the impact of ESG on contractual frameworks and the digital transformation of contract administration, highlighting the potential of FIDIC contracts to enhance the resilience and sustainability of energy infrastructure projects
Economic Impact of Medical Tourism Development: Opportunities for the Private Sector of Ukraine

На основі досвіду європейських країн, таких як Польща та Чехія, визначено ключові фактори успіху та можливості для України. Розглянуто медичні послуги, що користуються високим попитом серед іноземних пацієнтів, потенційні джерела доходу та необхідні інвестиції. Визначено потенційні ризики та виклики, а також надано стратегічні та політичні рекомендації для розвитку медичного туризму в приватному секторі України.Objective. The objective of this article is to identify and analyze the economic potential of medical tourism development for the private healthcare sector in Ukraine. The study aims to assess the opportunities available to Ukrainian private medical institutions in the context of global market trends and geopolitical challenges, and to determine the necessary conditions for sustainable growth in this sector. Methods. The research is based on a comprehensive analysis of global and domestic trends in medical tourism, with particular attention to successful practices in Central and Eastern European countries such as Poland and the Czech Republic. A comparative approach was used to identify key success factors applicable to the Ukrainian context. The article also includes a review of the regulatory and legal framework governing the sector, supported by a statistical overview and evaluation of current investment needs. Results. The study reveals that Ukraine’s private healthcare sector possesses significant internal advantages, including competitive pricing, a well-developed infrastructure in certain specialties, and an increasing reputation among international patients. Despite the ongoing war, there is substantial potential for regional recovery and sectoral growth, especially in safe areas and niche services such as post-war rehabilitation. The findings emphasize the role of the private sector as a major driver of development and highlight the importance of targeted strategies, coordinated efforts, and investment in quality, infrastructure, and marketing. Scientific novelty. The article provides a focused examination of medical tourism from the perspective of Ukraine's private healthcare system under war conditions, which has not been widely covered in existing literature. It presents a contextualized analysis of how Ukrainian private medical institutions can position themselves in the global medical tourism market by leveraging both internal resources and international experience. The study also identifies behavioral and business model patterns that are key to adapting to new economic realities. Practical significance. The findings of this study can be used by healthcare managers, investors, and policymakers to shape strategic decisions aimed at stimulating the growth of medical tourism in Ukraine. The article offers practical recommendations for developing competitive business models, attracting international patients, and improving regulatory conditions. It also provides insights into how medical tourism can contribute to Ukraine's economic recovery and long-term healthcare system resilience
Leadership and Team Interaction as Factors of Effective Management of Choreographic Projects in the Educational Space

Обґрунтовано, що ефективне керівництво хореографічними ініціативами потребує розвинених управлінських, комунікативних і педагогічних компетентностей. Показано, що поєднання лідерства та злагодженої командної роботи створює умови для формування творчо активного освітнього середовища та розвитку професійних якостей учасників хореографічних проєктів.The article examines the specifics of managing choreographic projects within the educational space, with a focus on leadership and team interaction as key factors in their effective implementation. A comparative and structural analysis of the main stages of the management process is conducted, including planning, organization, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of results. The peculiarities of choreographic project development are highlighted, in particular its synthetic nature, dependence on the human factor, dynamism, interdisciplinarity, and time limitations. It is substantiated that the effective management of choreographic initiatives requires well-developed managerial, communicative, and pedagogical competencies. The study shows that the combination of leadership and coordinated teamwork creates favorable conditions for a creatively active educational environment and fosters the professional growth of participants involved in choreographic projects

У статті досліджено концептуальні компоненти цифрової екосистеми, уточнено її дефініцію, ідентифіковано ключові конкурентні переваги, яких набуває компанії, за умови розвитку відповідно до екосистемного підходу. Виокремлено та здійснено аналіз потенційних ризиків діяльності в цифровій екосистемі. Проведено поглиблений аналіз впливу цифрових технологій на стратегічне лідерство підприємницьких структур та виявлено специфічні аспекти, що формують успіх цифрових екосистем у високо конкурентному глобальному середовищі.The current stage of digitalization of society, characterized by unprecedented dynamics, has necessitated a comprehensive analysis of the competitive conditions for the functioning and development of business structures in new digital realities. The need for effective leadership in the digital age is widely recognized by both the business community and academia, which makes the study of specific factors that determine effective leadership strategies in today's new digital world relevant. This study is aimed at identifying the key features of successful business-leadership strategies in the global digital era, focusing on such a business model as a digital ecosystem, the careful implementation of which allows companies to take leading positions in the global market. The proposed article examines the conceptual components of the digital ecosystem and clarifies its definition. It is proposed to understand the digital ecosystem in the business space as an open, adaptive, flexible socio-technical system that integrates consumers, business structures and other actors who implement digital technologies and platforms for building interaction in practice, and which is determined by self-organization and sustainability. The article identifies key competitive advantages that companies gain under the condition based of their development in accordance with the ecosystem approach, in particular: expanding the geography of presence; reducing production costs; entering fundamentally new market segments, industries, inter- industry interaction; expanding the base of clients and contractors; differentiation of products, services, vectors of entrepreneurial activity; strengthening the brand, etc. The potential risks of business development in the digital ecosystem are identified and analyzed, namely: increasing interdependence with industry competitors; the formation of monopolized entrepreneurial structures in the market; cyber threats; inadequate level of digital literacy to ensure satisfactory business security; financial risks; management risks and problems of inability to resolve disputes between partners of the digital ecosystem and others. A thorough analysis of the influx of digital technologies on the strategic leadership of enterprise structures was carried out and specific aspects that shape the success of digital ecosystems in a competitive global environment were identified
