ASSESSMENT OF THE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF NR/SBR BLEND REINFORCED WITH EGG SHELL AND CARBON BLACK
The assessment of the mechanical properties of NR/SBR blend reinforced with egg shell (ES) and carbon black (CB) were investigated. The egg shell was ground with automated machine into powder form, sieved and used in compounding the NR/SBR blend by varying the loadings at 0-50 pphr. The mechanical properties investigated such as tensile strength, tensile modulus, elongation at break, hardness, abrasion resistance, compression set and fatigue resistance, showed increase in tensile strength (ES: 13.4215-25.1126MPa) and (CB: 13.4215-31.0524 MPa), tensile modulus (ES = 4.2439-11.8009 MPa) and (CB; 4.2439-16.0031 MPa), abrasion resistance (ES: 20.1140-36.6532 mm3/rev.) and (CB: 20.1140-40.0068 mm3/rev.) for filler loadings 0-50 pphr then the decreased at filler loading 50 pphr. The hardness showed an increase for both filler loadings (ES: 28.1603-65.6007 Shore A) and (CB: 28.1603-72.5310 Shore A) while noticeable decrease in properties such as elongation at break (ES: 721.7220-535.2889%) and (CB: 721.7220-621.1225%), compression set (ES: 56.2310-30.0705%) and (CB = 56.2310-40.2119%), fatigue resistance (ES: 11.2880-5.0300 Kc x 103) and (CB: 11.2880-7.1882 Kc x 103) as the filler loadings increased. The NR/SBR blend composites showed an improved abrasion resistance at filler loadings 0-40 pphr before decreasing at 50 pphr (ES = 30.5211 mm3/rev and CB = 37.8006 mm3/rev.). The CB-filled NR/SBR blend composites exhibited excellent mechanical properties and enhanced performance when compared with ES-filled NR/SBR blend composites
ANALYSING THE EFFECT OF FOULING ON A CROSS FLOW MICRO HEAT EXCHANGER
Heat exchangers as a heat transfer device have gained wide applications across different levels of domestic and industrial set-ups. The fouling formation in heat transfer equipment is the complex process, which is determined by the physical properties of the heat carrier, material of the unit and hydraulic characteristics of the flow. The mathematical model based on the asymptotic behaviour of water fouling is examined. The objective of this project is to study the effect of fouling on a cross flow heat exchanger. A theoretical approach showing the effect of fouling has been developed. This approach is based on the basic fouling deposition. The outer and inner rate of fouling relationship was shown. The rate of fouling was kept constant at 0.0007 to 0.00009 and its result is shown. As it can be observed the heat transfer coefficient has affected the heat exchanger adversely. The developed model can be used as a very useful tool in the design and operation of the heat transfer equipment by controlling the parameters affecting fouling processes. The heat transfer coefficient of the inlet diameter is calculated as 4.99*10^5 WM2/K and the outlet diameter heat transfer is 1.76 WM2/K. THE EFFECT OF PREVENTIVE CONTROL AND DETECTIVE CONTROL ON EFFECTIVENESS OF BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION WITH ACCOUNTABILITY AS MODERATING VARIABLE
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of preventive control and detective control on the effectiveness of budget execution with accountability as a moderating variable.The object of research is the district government. Sinjai. The population in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The sampling factor used purposive sampling with the characteristics of the respondents, gender, age of the respondent, last education, position, tenure of the respondent and filling out the questionnaire in the SKPD of SInjai Regency. Collecting data using a questionnaire with moderated regression analysis (MRA) data analysis.The results of the hypothesis show that; 1) preventive control affects the effectiveness of budget implementation, 2) detective control affects the effectiveness of budget implementation, 3) accountability moderates and strengthens preventive control on the effectiveness of budget implementation, 4) accountability moderates and strengthens detective control on the effectiveness of budget implementation
INCORPORATION OF ZIRCONOCENE INTO N-PHTHALOYL AMINO ACIDS AND KETOXIMES: OPTIMIZED STRUCTURE OF C26 H28 N2 O5 Zr AND OPTIMIZED ENERGY BASED ON COMPUTATIONAL ANALYSIS
Incorporation of zirconocene into N-phthaloyl amino acids and ketooximes was accomplished by the reaction of zirconocene dichloride with these two ligands in the presence of triethylamine in 1:1:1:2 molar ratios in refluxing dry THF. This interaction afforded solid products of the type Cp2ZrLA. A pentacoordinated geometry may be assigned to these complexes with the assistance of mass and spectroscopic studies. In these complexes, the coordination behavior of N-phthaloyl amino acids and ketoximes is bidentate and monodentate, respectively. The optimized structure, energy, geometry, energy gap and stability of one representative ziconocene complex were studied by using DFT(B3LYP) to corroborate the structures of these products

As energy is very important in day today’s life also it is known as lifeblood of today’s all community. AN EXPERIMENTAL APPROACH FOR DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF STEEL, COMPOSITE LEAF SPRING
Leaf spring is widely used suspension components, especially in commercial vehicles. Most of the vehicles in the Indian market are overdesigned. This is for the type of usage and road conditions or simply to increase factor of safety and prolong product life.The present paper is the vibration response using the default metal (Steel) leaf springs and then by replacing it with glass fiber springs. A variety of excitation frequencies were used to assess the change in the vibrationresponse. Researches have been made to present experimentation of composite mono leaf spring & steel leaf spring for vibration and compare its results.Experimentation is carried out using FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) analyzer dynamic analysis. From the study, it is seen there is also significant increase in zeta value of composite spring as compared to steel spring. With increased vibration damping rations offer superior ride comfort
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON CONCRETE WITH PARTIAL REPLACEMENT OF CEMENT BY LIME AND COCONUT FIBER
This experimental study is aimed to create a concrete mixture consisting of Lime and Coconut Fibre which replaces the cement. It is also used to analyze the effect of Lime and Coconut Fibre concrete in terms of workability, adhesion of aggregates and etc. After preparing the concrete block, the difference in weight between the original concrete and Lime and Coconut Fibre concrete block is also tested. The Lime and Coconut Fibre is mixed in different proportions such as 1%, 2%, 3% and 5%,10%,15% respectively in the concrete by replacement of cement. And then various tests are conducted for fresh concrete as well as hardened concrete. The results might indicate that both the density and the compressive strength may decrease with respect to the percentage of Lime and Coconut Fibre mixed in the concrete
OPEN-CIRCUIT FAULT DIAGNOSIS IN VSI BY SIMPLE DIRECT CURRENT METHOD
Failures in the Power device of inverter can be mainly divided as open circuit faults and short circuit faults. This type of failure will not necessarily cause the system shutdown and can remain undetected for an extended period of time. This can cause to another faults in the converter or in the remaining component, resulting total system shutdown and high repairing cost. For these reason, development of online methods that can detect open-circuit fault in voltage source inverter has become important. This paper focus on method of open-circuit fault diagnosis is current spectrum analysis technique which is based on the study of harmonic analysis of load current or output current of the inverter. Zero-order harmonics /DC component present in the signal when open-circuit fault occurs. The amplitude and the argument of each harmonics are used for open-circuit fault detection and localisation
