FACIAL EMOTION RECOGNITION USING DEEP CONVOLUTIONAL NETWORKS

    Get PDF
Facial emotion recognition is a developing area that is used in a variety of modern applications such as social robots, neuromarketing, and gaming. Nonverbal communication methods like as facial expressions, eye movement, and gestures are widely employed in various applications of human computer interaction, with facial emotion being the most commonly used since it conveys people\u27s emotional states and sentiments. Emotion recognition is a difficult endeavour since there is no landmark demarcation between the emotions on the face, and there is also a great deal of complexity and unpredictability. Traditional machine learning algorithms employ certain crucial extracted characteristics for modelling the face, therefore it cannot reach high accuracy rates for emotion identification since the features are hand-engineered and rely on existing knowledge. In this work, convolutional neural networks (CNN) were constructed to recognise facial emotion expressions and classify them into seven fundamental categories. CNN calculates features by learning automatically rather than by hand-engineering them. The suggested approach is unique in that it uses facial action units (AUs) of the face, which are first recognised by C NN and then used to recognise the seven fundamental emotion states. The Cohn-Kanade database is used to analyse the proposed model, and the model obtains the best accuracy rate of 97.01 by adding AU, whereas other efforts in the literature employ a direct CNN and reach an accuracy rate of 95.75

Agriculture is one of the important parts of human life. Precision farming is very essential in today’s world. In the process of production of plant food, leaf plays an important role in the growth of plant. Diseases on leaf affects on the food of the plants and quality of the product. Geological condition is extraordinary for farming in light of the fact that it gives numerous good conditions .We have to detect the  disease of leaf but it is difficult task to monitor the whole farm. Now a day the use of IOT is increased rapidly. In IOT domain we can collect data from different devices. We can overcome this problem by using the automatic leaf disease detection using IOT. By applying image processing we can easily work on different types of images. By collecting, the information from various types of sensors predicts the diseases that can be affect the leaf. In this thesis we have used four different sensors. 1. PH Sensor, 2. Temperature sensor, 3.Humidity sensor, 4.Soil Moisture Sensor

A REVIEW OF THE EFFECTS OF CONCRETE STRENGTH ON SIZE, SHAPE, AND LOAD

    Get PDF
Concrete characteristics are the most significant and crucial physical material property when reinforced concrete constructions are \splanned. Because of the development and in kinds and nature of material utilized to increase the concrete innovation, materials\sand mix proportions, test measure, mixing strategy, and testing condition have notable affects on highlights of concrete strength, in view of the fact that the control specimen sizes and shapes could be distinct in relation from State to State. Testing of mechanical characteristics (particularly compressive strength and tensile strength) of concrete is one of the most urgent phases of development. To regulate the nature of the concrete, there are several molds used for pouring concrete samples according to various orientations in different nations. Many studies have noticed that the exact shapes and sizes of concrete samples might produce distinct sorts in the repercussions of compressive strength or tensile strength. The relationship between the compressive strength of the concrete cube and the cylinder is complicated. In this paper discuss the Size, Shape and Load Effect on Strength of concrete. &nbsp

DEVELOPMENT OF HYBRID ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING STATION

    No full text
Electric vehicles have become a major trend in the development of the automobile industry. Most sources of non-renewable energy are fossil fuels. Nowadays cost of petrol and diesel are increasing. Non-renewable Sources are limited. In order to making charging station for E-vehicles, it will sustain if they are made from nonrenewable sources. So that we are making a hybrid charging station using renewable sources like solar and wind. Electrical vehicles are fast becoming a popular site in the world. Their technologies have been widely developed over the years. However, their charging infrastructure is still a subject of interest, as most of the electric vehicle charging requirements were previously met by an AC grid. However, over the year\u27s research has been conducted on the implementation of renewable energies in the charging station. Most of the research studies focus on the management, optimal control, charging schemes and charging strategies. There is no research done on a charging station that combines the grid integrated hybrid renewable energy system such as Wind and PV comprising of a central battery bank with a peer-to-peer energy trading model. The aim of this project is to develop a well-coordinated charging scheme of Electric vehicles in a charging station whilst optimally managing the charging and discharging of the central battery bank (used for energy storage) as well as the power dispatch of the grid and Wind and PV charging station. The proposed model will maximize electrical vehicle user satisfaction that meets all the charging requirements of the charging statio

Peddling washing machine is a very great innovation in its own. Peddling washing machine is specially made for the purpose of its utilization to wash the cloth by means of applying pedal. Today due to non-renewable energy cries its basic need to utilize the energy from other wayor save the energy. This project includes the construction and utilization of the peddling washing machine which can with any amount of requirement. The following pages in the report includes about the constructions of peddling washing machine, its raw material, it’s working, benefits of the peddling washing machine with respect to actual electronics washing machine save the time, water, electricity, and not very expensive. Its main expect is exercises with applying the pedal to wash the cloth. The present work is an attempt to develop a concept to make a cloth washing mechanism which can meet out the requirements of above mentioned 70% population of the nation. Working principle of this concept is no more different from available similar type of machine with a difference driving mechanism of the machine. The objective of bringing down the initial cost and operating cost of washing machine is almost achieved in present work within the limitation of work as mentioned. The main aim is to reduce the human effort for provides the light washing in the rural and dark areas which are very far from the electricity and development. In our country where approximately 70% population is living with very poor economic status, those people cannot have a washing machine because of cost constraints and unavailability of electricity due to any reason according to survey 2013-2014, there are approximate 25722 villages are still not electrified, where 400 million people are suffering from this problem

STUDY OF PLASTIC CELL-FILLED CONCRETE BLOCK PAVEMENT FOR RURAL ROAD (PCCBP)

    Get PDF
One of the innovative ways by which the Government of India is addressing the challenges of rural Road development is the use of plastic waste as an alternative material for road construction. Under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), or the Prime Minister’s Rural Road Program, several Implementing state level agencies have utilized plastic waste as alternative road construction materials in various ways, even though still on a pilot basis. It is expected that India will not only reduce the amount of plastic waste that goes to its landfills or incinerators, but also benefit from more efficient rural road Development. The aim is to carry out a review of Plastic Cell-Filled block pavement by the study of Previous experimental studies carried to satisfy the need of sustainable all-weather roads with accessible riding quality in rural areas with satisfactory life span and maintenance cost.&nbsp
