    The main objective of this project is to develop traditional or conventional concrete and simultaneously motivate the people about light weight concrete. This focuses on tests such as Compressive test, Water absorption, and flexural test only. The results obtained are interesting and useful to compare the results with that of traditional concrete. The main fortes of this concrete is to low density and thermal conductivity, Ultimately there is reduction of dead load, faster building rate in construction and lessen haulage and handling costs

    The economic costs of construction have become largely unbearable today. In a bid to mitigate these costs, civil engineering faculties and stakeholders across the world have endeavoured to produce recyclable and resource saving concrete for construction purposes. Most of the environmental problems are caused by the deposit of waste to the environments in which marble shaping is part. Both stone slurry and solid wastes are generated from the marble stone slurry and with the huge discharge of marble waste locally, emphasizes has been placed on the reuse of the waste material. This research investigates the utilization of marble dust powder in concrete, where marble dust at varying percentage (0%, 15%, 25% & 35%) with replacement by sharp sand was added in M20 grade and water cement ratio 0.50 was kept constant in the concrete mixes. The quality, performance and reliability of the concrete where tested by the compressive and split tensile strength of 7, 21, 28 and  curing days. The results of the laboratory work showed that marble dust powder replacement with cement increased in strength up to 25% for both resistance to compressive load and tensile strength of concrete. Nylon fiber is not an absolutely new material, it is successfully applied in such fields as mostly found in garment interlinings, tooth brush, Fishing lines, Nets and building structures. At the present time very prospective directions of using nylon fibre is fibre-concrete and fiber-cement, reinforced with nylon fibers, using nylon fiber as post-tension or pretension reinforcing bars in reinforced concrete structures, applying polymeric and metal composites for structures.     The purpose of the project entitled as “Online Hospital Management System” is to computerize the Front Office Management of Hospital to develop software which is user friendly simple, fast, and cost – effective. It deals with the collection of patient’s information like add patient, update patient, delete patient, search patient, view patient diagnosis, etc.Traditionally, it was done manually. The main function of the system is register and store patient details and doctor details and retrieve these details as and when required, and also to manipulate these details meaningfully. The Online Hospital Management System can be entered using a username and password. It is accessible by an Admin, Doctor and Receptionist.Only they can add data into the database. The data can be retrieved easily. The data are well protected for personal use and makes the data processing very fast. Government of India has still aimed at providing medical facilities by establishing hospital. The basic working of various hospitals in India is still on paper as compared to hospitals in European countries where computers have been put in to assist the hospital personals their work. The concept ofautomation of the administration and management of hospital is now being implemented in India also, with large hospitals like APPOLO and AIIMS in Delhi, ESCORTS in Chennai, having automated their existing system.     The software to be produced is on Library Management System. Then there are 2 druggies. They\u27re The Admin and the receptionist. The first procedure is the enrollment of the people who arrive to the library. The receptionist has the authority to enter the name, address and contact number of the people who visit the library along with the name of the book they want to read. Their entry and exit time to the library will be noted down. This calculates the total quantum of time they spent in library. A library card will also be handed to the guests who visit daily. A person can also adopt the book for particular days. All the information will be entered in the system. However, a forfeiture will be added and the information will be transferred to that particular person about the fine, If the person doesn’t return the book before the due date. Admin has the authority to add, cancel or modify the details of the book available to/ from the system. He also has the authority to give username and word for the receptionist. He can also add the details of the book bought from shops along with the shop name. Yearly expenditure report, books bought report, cash collected for figure can also be viewed

    Solar air dryer is one of the useful technologies in agriculture sector. In hot climatic countries like India solar Air dryer can play vital role in drying of different foods, crops as well as different industrial process. Renewable energy technologies can be used for drying of grains. Maize has been selected as the grain in present stage to exploit solar drying technologies. Proposed system of hybrid drying system is integration of solar thermal air heating system, air heating using suitable heat exchanger based on biomass burning to maintain continuous drying process. The proposed system will help at a large to solve the current problems of food wastages. In the present work Renewable Energy solar biomass hybrid air dryer was tested for drying maize. The main objective of present study is to assess the performance of the system. Experimental results show that Solar hybrid system using biomass as a fuel for cross flow heat exchanger has reduced time of drying maize. For only solar hot air drying time reduced from 72 to 33 hours and for solar hybrid drying time reduced from 72 to 15 hours

    THREE PHASE UNDERGROUND CABLE DETECTION USING ARDUINO

    The underground cable system is a common practice followed in many urban areas. While a fault occurs for some reason, at that time the repairing process related to that particular cable is difficult due to not knowing the exact location of the cable fault. The proposed system is to find the exact location of the fault. The objective of this work is to determine the distance of underground cable fault from base station in kilometers using an Arduino. In this proposed work, when a low DC voltage is applied at the feeder end through a series resistor (cable lines), then current would vary depending upon the location of fault in the cable. In case there is a short circuit, the voltage across series resistors changes accordingly, this is then fed to inbuilt ADC of Arduino to develop precise digital data for display in kilometers. The project is assembled with a set of resistors representing the cable length in km and the fault creation is made by a set of switches at every known km to cross check the accuracy of the same. The fault occurring at a particular distance, the respective phase along with the distance is displayed on the LCD

    The article deals with the process of obtaining biogas, and also presents calculations for determining economic efficiency using the use of mathematical modeling and control of the information-measuring system. It is shown, the speed, microbiological processes occurring in a biogas plant, depending on the value of the fermentation temperature, the acidity of the processed mass, the degree of mixing, etc. Energy costs and analysis of both direct and intermediate results are discussed, which in the final types of products will have a significant impact on increasing the economic efficiency of production. Based on the indicators of economic efficiency, a comparative assessment is given before and after the modernization of equipment for the extraction of biogas
