A STUDY ON PERSONALITY OF KABADDI PLAYERS
Performance in sports is not only dependent upon various physical or physiological factors but it also depends upon various psychological parameters. The performance in competition is determined by various physiological, morphological, sociological factors. All these factors have direct link with the personality of an individual. Personality characteristics of an individual play an important role in achieving high performance in Kabaddi. Personality effect the performance of the sports persons in various sports. Keeping in view the importance of Personality and Personality characteristics of Kabaddi players on the performance the study focused on the aim to establish relationship between the various Personality characteristics and performance of Young Kabaddi players of school level of Haryana. Comparison of Kabaddi players’ personality characteristics was studied and comparison of Kabaddi players National style kabaddi. 16 P.F. questionnaires by Cattle and Eber (1971) were used to collect the data for Personality characteristics assessment of young player of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. Statistical techniques included Mean, S.D ’t’ test were used to analyze the data. It was observed that the mean of personality characteristics of females in both groups is less than the male kabaddi players playing either circle or national style Kabaddi but not statistically significant.. This means that the characteristics affects the performer performance of kabaddi players negatively or in simpler terms, with the increase in personality characteristics there is decrease in the performance of performer. The greater co-relation in the male Kabaddi players playing national style kabaddi may be attributed to the higher or tougher competition between them

For an organization to prove its sustainability, CSR is crucial. Customers will have a favorable perception for an organization if it practice CSR. CSR attempts to hold businesses accountable for their deeds and to encourage good effects on the environment and stakeholders, such as customers, employees, investors, communities, and others. The author\u27s goal in writing this paper is to examine the well-being performances of the non-conventional commercial banks operating Bangladesh that are listed on the DSE and to discuss CSR and related topics. Immigrants bring their native culture with them. However, they encounter a wide range of issues; nevertheless, they must adapt to and grow in the congregational nation. Hosseini wrote about Afghanistan, which is often associated with the Soviet War and the Taliban in the minds of many people in the west. Khaled Hosseini intended to bring attention to the fact that Afghans have been able to live in quiet anonymity. The book depicts the shattered identities of the oppressed, victimized, and downtrodden with sympathy and shows a desire and fight for survival. The central theme of all of his works is the theme of broken identity and survival. Hosseini\u27s main characters are incredibly alone, worried, baffled, and lost. The majority of the characters experience emotional sterility and temporary loss of human goodness because of painful social interactions with a hostile environment and extremely violent and harsh domestic situations. THE EFFECT OF RETURN ON INVESTMENT AND OPERATING CASH FLOW RATIO ON EARNINGS PER SHARE AT PT. GOLD BATTLE SHIPPING (TEMAS) TBK
This study aims to determine whether Return On Investment and Operating Cash Flow Ratio affect Earning Per Share at PT Pelayaran Tempuran Emas (TEMAS) Tbk. Period 2017 – 2020. The population in this study is quarterly financial report data for the period 2017-2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: Return on Investment does not necessarily affect the level of a company\u27s Earning Per Share, nor does Return On Investment affect the level of Earning Per Share. And Return On Investment and Operating Cash Flow Ratio simultaneously have no significant effect on Earning Per Share

REVOLUTIONIZING DIETARY MONITORING: A COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS OF THE INNOVATIVE MOBILE APP FOR TRACKING DIETARY COMPOSITION
Dietary composition plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health and preventing various diseases. Mobile apps have emerged as a popular tool for tracking and monitoring dietary intake, but their effectiveness and limitations are not fully understood. The Speak4Diet app uses artificial intelligence to analyse and track the composition of users\u27 diets. The present study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Speak4Diet in monitoring dietary intake and its potential as a tool for improving dietary habits and overall health. A convenience sample of 200 adults aged 18-65 years was recruited and data were collected over a period of 12 weeks. The results showed that the app was well-received by users and had a high level of engagement. Analysis of dietary intake data revealed that the app was able to identify deficiencies in nutrients and provide recommendations for improvement. Correlations were also found between certain dietary factors and health markers such as body mass index and blood pressure. These findings suggest that the Speak4Diet app is a useful tool for monitoring dietary intake and has the potential to be a valuable addition to traditional methods of dietary tracking and nutrition counselling. Further research is needed to fully understand the long-term effectiveness of the app and its impact on health outcomes
Design Steps of Online Leave Management Application System for Academic Institution
An Online web-based employee’s leave management application system integrates various processes and systems to automate and simplify the management of employee data, leave requests, and tracking, as well as the approval of leave. In many organizations, employees are entitled to different types of leave, which are allocated based on institutional policies. However, the manual management and approval of leave requests can be time-critical, time-bound, time-consuming, error-prone, paper-based, and challenging to handle. To address these issues, an automated leave management system is being developed using technologies such as HTML, PHP, and MySQL. The implemented system will successfully fulfil its intended purpose, demonstrating satisfactory functionality and error-free operation. The system enables employees to request leave in a timely manner, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. This automated solution is suitable for both academic staff and the administrative department of an institution, facilitating effective and efficient management of employee leave. It reduces paperwork, streamlines processes, and provides a reliable platform for leave management
