No full textThe data have been assessed during a 5-min trunk extension exercise in order to investigate the agonist and antagonist muscles implication during a prolonged trunk extension exercise and to determine the relationship with paraspinal muscle metabolic and hemodynamic responses in healthy individuals.
Sixteen young and healthy subjects performed a 5-minute exercise of trunk extension. During the exercise, the paraspinal muscle deoxygenation was assessed using near infrared spectroscopy. Electromyography was used to assess the neuromuscular function of paraspinal muscles, biceps femoris, gastrocnemii and rectus abdominis.
The data made available here are:
EMG data (RMS and MPF) collected at each trunk extension;
the maximum RMS for each electrode during a maximal contraction;
NRS data exported at 0.2 hertz.
Results and discussion about these data have been recently submitted for publication in a scientific journal

No full textThis dataset gathers experimental results in electrochemistry, Raman spectroscopy and UV-vis total internal reflectance. The dataset was generated during the the formation of gold nanoparticle films by electrochemical assembly at the polarized water | trifluorotoluene interface. Using a four-electrode configuration, cyclic modulation of the interfacial potential induced the growth of AuNP films, monitored in real time by total internal reflection (TIR) UV-Vis spectroscopy. These electrochemically generated films were subsequently evaluated as SERS-active substrates for two cationic probes: methylene blue (MB⁺) and norfloxacin (Nor⁺)

No full textIndicateurs des changements par horizons temporels issus des débits journaliers simulés par le modèle hydrologique SMASH pour l'ensemble des projections climatiques Explore2 sous RCP 8.5. Ces fichiers résultent de l'agrégation temporelle des simulations hydrologiques sous runs historiques (avant 2005) et des projections hydrologiques (post 2005), fichiers NetCDF disponibles au téléchargement dans la collection Explore2 - Projections hydrologiques.
Ce dépôt regroupe un tableau par indicateur, horizon temporel et chaîne de simulation, c'est-à-dire, scénario d'émission RCP, couple GCM/RCM, correction de biais BC et modèle hydrologique HM. Ces données sont brutes et contiennent donc des chaînes de projections jugées aberrantes / horsains qu'il est possible de filtrer grâce à des métadonnées supplémentaires. Pour des raisons techniques, ces indicateurs sont regroupés par dossiers compressés selon les différentes phases du régime hydrologique.
