Scripts and preprocessed dataset for An identification method for two types of particular behaviors in stream temperature time series. Application to a national dataset in mainland France
The measurement of the stream water temperature signal is subject to various issues
and environmental phenomena. Accurate interpretations of the data composing water
temperature time series (WTS) often requires a high-level human expertise during data
preprocessing steps to sort out meaningful temperature signals. This study proposes a
method to highlight two main types of particular behaviors encountered in WTS, apart
from outliers: intensified data and buffered data. The method uses a metric based on
the WTS itself to identify periods with particular data. It enables the identification
and the visualization of regular and irregular particular behaviors in a given WTS.
The method was applied to a large national dataset collected in mainland France.
The dataset contains 993 WTS with a wide range of data quality and environmental
measurement conditions. Data identified as particular behavior accounts for up to
7% of the dataset. Depending on the measurement conditions, up to 25% of a given
WTS data can be considered as ”occasional particular behavior” and potentially not
exploitable. Buffered data mostly occur during winter months with no apparent spatial
pattern. Intensified data occur mainly in summer months and a spatial pattern shows
WTS containing the highest percentage of intensified data in the south-east part of the
study area. The identification method was also applied to several known situations
where a high-level human expertise was available. It provided robust identification
performances at regional scale confronted to human expertise as well as at national
scale, on a large dataset. Such methods can facilitate the selection of exploitable data
in large datasets which are more widely available today. Potentially problematic data
becomes straightforward and subsequent data qualification or correction is facilitated
Restoring the complexity of walking in the elderly and its impact on clinical measures around the risk of falls
Dataset collected as part of an experiment conducted during a CIFRE doctoral thesis.
The data includes all recorded walking sequences (solo and duo) of the participants and their guides, along with the results of clinical tests
Specific timepoints derived from axial dynamic MRI of healthy participants
This dataset provides the specific time-points (beginning, maximum of exercise, end) of the different repetition of each exercise.
This dataset was derived from the dynamic MRI of twenty healthy participants performing three different exercises: breathing, coughing and the Valsalva maneuver (corresponding dataset: https://doi.org/10.57745/CTM9BO). It also contributed to derive different abdominal metrics (corresponding dataset: https://doi.org/10.57745/R5AQRS).

Données de réplication pour : Field trial
Trial 1 (start: December 2023, end: July 2024) performed by the IAV Team at the experimental station in Tiflet (Morocco) (Fig. 17). Climate and agronomic parameters were regularly monitored in the fiel
Dataset on the milk performance of a cohort of dairy cows in Brittany, France.
The dataset describes the health-related factors and milk production of 421 Holstein dairy cows with lactation ranks of two or three during the transition period: once before calving and once afterwards. The cows were housed on 25 commercial farms in Brittany, France. The dataset provides data associated with clinical exams, which are not widely available, as well as routine records made in dairy operations
Temperature profiles of the G and G+L model cakes
The temperature profile in the oven air and at the surface, bottom and center of the of the G and G+L model cakes were measured during baking at 140°C/25 Hz, 140°C/50 Hz, 170°C/25 Hz, 170°C/50 Hz, 200°C/25 Hz and 200°C/50 Hz.
Three thermocouples were inserted horizontally at different heights in a model cake. The first one measured the temperature on the central axis and at the interface between the cake and the mold (bottom); the second was also on the central axis but at half height of the cake (center); and the third was at the periphery of the cake (across the cake until 0.1 cm from the opposite side) and at the interface between the cake and the air (surface)
Supplementary information to "Bearing fault prognosis based on Cyclical Remaining Useful Life (CRUL)", 2025
The dataset used in this study consists of vibration signals acquired from a bearing endurance test rig. These data describe the progressive degradation of bearings from their healthy state until failure. The supplementary GIF files illustrate representative samples of the vibration signal evolution and the corresponding degradation trend over time. They were added to visualize how the vibration patterns and extracted health indicators change across different stages of bearing life, which supports the understanding of the proposed cyclical prognosis approach
EU Law Temporariness Corpus
The datasets consist of a corpus of legal sources in the EU legal system (1964 – March 2025) dealing with situation of temporary transnational movements of persons or businesses. Data were collected from the Eur-Lex website and then coded by hand according to the type, scope, and duration of a temporary situation. The database contains information on the year, subject matter, and institutional author of the legal text, as well as hyperlinks to the original documents
