Workflow for Maison en Terre netCDF creation and replication

    No full text
Jupyter notebook of Maison en terre data. This workflow contains all steps to recreate a global netCDF file. The global netCDF file contains all 52 measurements, regardless of year and dates. IF wanting to use this workflow, PLEASE ENSURE you have dowloaded the "Processed files" from RDG. All 52 measurements included are organized by themes. You can find: Air quality: Interior CO₂ (north and south), CO₂ (PPM) and micro-particles (µg/m³) Climatic parameters: Interior temperature (north and south), perceived temperature and temperature (°C), interior humidity (north and south), absolute and relative humidity (%), pyranometer measurements (W/m², kWh/m²), azimuth and solar elevation, weather station temperature and sensor state (°C, boolean), front, left, right and maximum light intensity (lux), wind speed (m/s) and rain. Energetic performance: Connectors, light, outlets and ventilation energy consumption. Connectors, light, outlets and ventilation power (W). Maison en terre structure: Roof, south walls and walls temperature (°C). The obtained netCDF file can be used to analyze the environmental impact on office workers. The workflow in itself can be used to replicate the corresponding file, but also a good idea on how to create netCDF file if wanting to replicate

    Multi_Modal_Microscopy_Dataset_SEM_FLM_PLM

    No full text
A Multimodal Microscopy Dataset for Woven GFRP/PP Composites This dataset gathers multimodal microscopy data acquired on woven glass-fibre-reinforced polypropylene (GFRP/PP) composites processed at three controlled compaction ratios: 0%, 30% and 41%. For each compaction level, extensive-field microstructures were prepared using a fluorescent-enriched mounting resin and a polishing route consistent with the associated research article. The microstructures were imaged with three complementary techniques: Fluorescence Light Microscopy (FLM), Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Because the regions of interest are relatively large at the selected magnifications (approximately ×80 for FLM/PLM and ×200 for SEM), image acquisition was performed using mosaics of overlapping tiles. These tiles were stitched into extended-field views, which serve as a common 2D reference frame for comparing impregnation quality and porosity across compaction ratios. The dataset is organized in three main blocks: 1. Extended-field multimodal images 2. Bundle-scale crops and binary masks for 0° bundles 3. Representative raw mosaics and scale references** Further details on specimen preparation, imaging protocols and the scientific analysis framework can be found in the associated Readme.pdf file included to the dataset

Abundance Estimates Dataset for Trout Parrs and Sea Trout in DiaPFC ORE Rivers

    No full text
The Data Collection Framework (DCF) is a European-wide framework for collecting, managing, and using fisheries data to support scientific advice on the Common Fisheries Policy. As part of France’s national work plan, led by INRAE, mandatory data collection for sea trout has been in place since 2022. This monitoring includes stock assessments in rivers and during migrations. The goal is to improve abundance estimates of sea trout at different life stages (anadromous adults, smolts, juveniles) by standardizing estimation methods in small coastal rivers monitored by the ORE DiaPFC, particularly in the Basque Country (Nivelle) and Lower Normandy (Oir and Bresle). To achieve this, Bayesian hierarchical models are used to integrate various spatial and temporal data sources, facilitating the transfer of information between years with abundant and scarce data. Data collection relies on combined methods: smolt and adult trapping in index rivers (except for the Nivelle, where smolt monitoring is not possible) and electrofishing in September-October to assess the juvenile stock (except for the Bresle, where this monitoring is too recent). The estimates cover abundance at different life stages and associated uncertainties from the early 1980s to the present day, contributing to a better understanding of population dynamics and more effective stock management at both local and international scale

    No full text
